Seringa Blanc

Got myself a sample. Seringa Blanc is green, fresh and crisp, with a dominant lily of the valley note. In the opening a hint of grapefruit mingles with the leafy notes of the lily, making them sparkling and energetic. The drydown is floral and clean, more femenine. This scent is cleanliness in a bottle, for me. I can picture it pairing very well with a white shirt attire, both on men and women, on a hot Summer day. May be made more traditionally masculine by layering it over some nice dry vetiver. Lasting power and sillage are moderate, as expected from mostly floral and citruses notes. Pricepoint is expensive, but average for a niche perfume. They also have small 30 ml bottles, which is handy for collectors and perfume aficionados. I don't think I will buy the full bottle, as I have several clean florals in my arsenal. But if you need something in that department, this is really well made and definitively worth sampling.

Starts with a bitter green spin on the fresh sweet white floral mid, lovely way to welcome the spring season if you can ignore the room freshener aspects, the jasmine at the end overpowers everything else though so I’m not giving it 10/10. I enjoy it despite it leaning feminine, can’t have enough of the deliciously fresh 10 minutes at the start, specially after getting tired of the stuffy winter mood. Sample first if you can, i can’t imagine a better white flowery fragrance that doesn’t go full old lady vibe or overly sweet, would only recommend if you’re looking for the perfect piece of the puzzle that fits the description aforementioned to round up your spring rotation, longevity and projection are moderate if you don’t overspray, which i would advise against unless you want to get chocked later on by the heavy jasmine.

A very nice jasmine-fueled lily accord. Nice, but already seen before, and unquestionably feminine. Pass for me.

Orange lily of the valley... I just realized now the lily of the valley ruined it for me. This has oranges, lily of the valley, lilac, & petitgrain. Meh.
