Spirit Night Fever for Men

This is the Spirit Night Fever flanker to the regular Spirit release...night fever is what I expected the spirit to be.. So needless to say I was a bit disappointed with the regular Spirit release now on the other hand this Spirit Night Fever is fantastic amazing and really really a good pungent cinnamon tobacco laden scent which i can still smell a slight resemblance on my forearm after a full 12 hours....no bs

A beautiful tobacco-themed release from AB with terrible performance! It's starts with a strong cherry tobacco scent that fades marginally after a few minutes to reveal the cinnamon-spicy background of the original AB Spirit. A very likable spicy tobacco scent for a relatively cheap price. The performance, however, is atrocious! It lasts literally around 60-90 mins max on my skin & clothes. That's it! It renders unwearable because by the time you reach you destination it's gone! I feel ripped off performance-wise . Avoid it people. Antonio Banderas needs to learn to how to make it better fragrances, especially when there are a lot of better performing cheapies.

Batch # 62781 This opens with a boozy citrus blast and mellows fairly quickly. (fortunately) I put two sprays on my neck and one on my left wrist. The dry down is slightly reminiscent of an ashtray full of butts, but not stale butts. Another way to describe it is "dirty tobacco." It's not sweet, and I don't detect much in the way of spices at all. The sillage is soft and the longevity on my skin is about 2 hours. At that point it becomes very faint. It can be had for under $15.00, so if one is looking for a straight-up, no frills tobacco scent with no vanilla or sweetness, this one might be worth trying.

It's got that "cherry pipe tobacco" thing going, but here it is not too prominent, and it's a touch sweet. Otherwise, it's a bit blended for me to detect notes clearly, though the tobacco is clear if not strong. There doesn't seem to be lavender here, not any aroma chemical I don't like or don't like in excess, so those are huge pluses for me. Don't expect any strong base notes here - what you smell at first is what you get, but that is pleasant, and I can always layer if I want to add patchouli or something like that to it. UPDATE: The drydown is a straightforward musky tobacco, just as the listed notes suggest. There may be a bit of this or that with it, and it is definitely sweet, though the sweetness dissipates over time more than the musky tobacco (or at least it seems that way). The great thing about this scent is that it is something you can reach for when you want "no frills tobacco," just as is the case for some niche scents, yet this one costs a lot less. It's not very strong, though it is persistent, and spraying more does seem to help with projection. For me this is the best of this line. As to AB more generally, I do like The Secret as well, which is considerably stronger than this one. I'm not sure if the lack of strength is a dealbreaker. For now, I've got a 50 ml bottle so I can try to layer, which might bring out the tobacco more, but because I have so many tobacco scents, this one might not make the rotation.

It smells good, but longevity and projection are weak.
