Lively Basil

The one perfume that I love and will hold onto. I've had this since 2020, and it quickly became a signature scent. I ordered this through Yesstyle, where someone described it as walking through fresh greenery, with mint and basil. I can't honestly describe the scent, but the prominent scent that opens up on my skin is the clean mint with basil, It dries slightly warm, with the musk and cedar I believe peaking through that gives off a woodsy smell. Not so warm that it defeats the spicy mint, basil, and lemon notes that truly give off an old-money, fresh aromatic green scent. Sadly the line was discontinued and difficult to repurchase so I still hold onto my original bottle. I have been kindly gifted several more of this scent this year, but it definitely isn't as strong, almost as if they were watered down which makes me not commit to my old roll-on just to save it. I sometimes layer this with Creed Royal water, which is similar (but still different), and have been complimented on this several times. Really wish I could find an alternative that smells just like this. If you come across this, I definitely recommend it. Green scent. Unisex.

I absolutely love this scent and wear it very frequently. I personally prefer to wear this when I go on walks. It feels like I'm not wearing perfume because the basil is very realistic and subtle. I can't pick up the other notes during the first 30 minutes. It's so simple yet it's one of my absolute favorites. Reminds me of playing outside as a kid. The longevity is as expected for a cheap fragrance but other people have complimented me about it in the past so it doesn't completely disappear that fast 😅
