Saffron Oud

Has resemblances of OFG and Haltane for sure but it has a lesser sweetness to it which I prefer. Very nicely drafted and it has one of the worst boxes ever. Again this has resemblances of OFG and Haltane but not a clone. It has a very present pungent non metallic saffron with their signature musk. It is masculine and leaves one of the most beautiful scent trails I have ever experienced. Not to mention it is dirt cheap at discounters in the US nowadays for $110 this is an absolute steal IMO.

I was on the hunt for a new signature perfume when I stumbled across Arabian Oud Saffron and I’m so glad I did. I’d never even visited the store before, but this scent instantly felt perfect. It gives effortless compliments every time I wear it, works beautifully as an everyday fragrance, yet still stands out. The aroma smells truly luxurious and refined without being overpowering. Definitely a new staple in my collection.

My mind is blown with the quality, it lasted for a good month on the tester strip I got, of course not the same strength after weeks but you can still pick up the saffron. I feel it takes a different direction than OFG with the addition of the rose. Notes include: Saffron Rose Musk Amber Patchouli Oud Great scent profile, and great performance. Happy with my purchase.

I don’t care if this is a clone - Arabian Ouds take on Oud for Greatness. It is really really nice. The rose takes the DNA in a slightly different direction for me and the ever present Arabian Oud amber drydown is present. To me, it’s fresher than OFG - almost like a mix between OFG and OFG Neo. Bottom line - if you like the OFG DNA get this

Coming to say i was wrong, i was foolish. This is such a brilliant bottle, rose, saffron, always gets me complements, perfect.
