Vanilla Cream Macaron

My goodness this is gorgeous. I just picked one up from Vinted and I have no idea why anyone would want to sell this on. It’s a gourmand lover’s dream, more specifically a banana gourmand lover. This is so much better than Eclair (weird drydown on me) and Banana Bliss. It’s a custardy creamy banana dessert I’m a bottle. LOVE. 🍌 🍌 🍌

This smells like banana custard/pudding! It’s delicious and so artificial (like a jello pudding). Do I hate it? Absolutely not. This is a banana pudding dream. Is it sophisticated? Not at all. Still, it’s delicious and worthy for any gourmand lover.

I got this at my local Bealls for $24.99 and holy shit this is so damn good. Bottle is huge and gaudy but adorable at the same time. The fragrance is like burned spun sugar vanilla with banana and custard. So damn good!

This smells SO good! The smell stuck with me for hours. I will be buying a larger bottle of this as I only had a sample.

Artificial banana scent but still pleasant. That's unusual they included only banana and creamy notes, it could be a nice body mist, but in a perfume it's also OK for a casual wear. The name might be a bit misleading unless we mean vanillin not vanilla. Vanillin has a pleasant yet artifical supermarket bakery sugary airy scent. The bottle is made of heavy glass and has a cute cap. The sillage is rather close to intimate and the longevity is average. I hope that would macerate in a while.

This is my favourite banana 🍌 perfume so far. I tried both Banoffi and Banana Bliss but to me those smell like banana 🍬 . This is more banana milkshake 🥛 🍌. The projection and longevity is better than banana bliss but lesser than Banoffi.

This is basically Banana Bliss with a more prominent banana note..... but I actually like this one better! The banana note stays on for longer and on the dry down it doesn't come off as candle-ish.

Reminds me of those big ol Oldsmobile car smell with a vanilla air freshener hanging from the rear view mirror. Shame. I was excited about this one

‘Vanilla Cream Macaron’ seems to be less of a ‘Banoffi’ sister and more a ‘Banana Bliss’ mutated offspring... I really I let my love of Banana cloud my judgement with this one. I’ll be back with a more definitive review when I do a full body day wear. 😇 Update: Just a zhuzh’d up ‘Banana Bliss.’ This is more refined and a bit more wearable, but just as cloying and dense. Absolutely not at all reminiscent of ‘Banoffi’ in anyway, thoroughly confused to see her in the reminds me of section. On a positive note the high quality atomizer is truly one of the best I’ve come across. Its a shame the greatest part of this perfume is the bottle and sprayer rather than the fragrance itself. 🤧

The milky note here is super amped up, so if it overwhelms you like it did for me, you will get a bad smell. And I am a person who is ok with Bianco Latte (specially in the dry down). So steer away if you dislike milky notes. Also the banana note is in the background, not as obvious as other reviews imply, I would say it's as the name exactly implies, a vanilla cream macaron, milky thick and heavy.

I'm one that LIVES for gourmand fragrances and a banana fragrance sounds great. This is not it, and whoever voted that this smells like banoffi i think they voted for fun, they are NOTHING alike. Banoffi is banana foam sweets with fluffiness, this is a cloying banana milk with custard but gone wrong, it's way to thick and heavy to the point that I would like to scrub it off my arm.

I own 3 perfumes i adore from the line lemon sorbet, choco ganache, caramel macaroon, french vanilla latte i’m down bad for gourmands, Luckily i got a tester of this one and it’s awfully disgusting to my nose and brought back memories when i was doing drugs and got overdosed on weed smells like weed vomit with sprinkles on top🧁 DISGUSTING SCENT

To me this smells musty, like getting in an old tent that was stored in the basement for a year or two. I am a banana note lover. I love Banoffi, Banana Bliss, and Jousset’s Banana Split I don’t know if I got a bad batch or what but it’s a no for me. Too bad, I was excited about this one.

I’m usually a fan of gourmand scents and I am like a fly to a trap for banana scents especially. However, this let me down immensely. I don’t get a smell of banana...? It’s like a really strange artificial sweetness, like something you would find in a Claire’s child perfume. I’ll let it marinate and be back with an update but right now it’s not looking great. Update; even after maceration it’s terrible. I actually feel so sick smelling it. And I get the smell of the banana now but it’s not even like shampoo banana it’s like the essence of banana and something sickly sweet. Also, why do I only see bad reviews AFTER I buy the perfume ....lol.

I do not know why this smells so horrible... maybe it needs some time to age but the scent is just like a burnt fart and the banana is nice but is overpowered by this burnt smell that is just so thick and dense and doesn't go away as it dries down. if this was bearable to wear, maybe I wouldn't have an issue with it having to age but it's not wearable at all

Awful opening, couldn't bare it. It smells like something spoiled, like old, stale bread? Really unflattering scent. Syntetic mess. It was finally ok on the drydown, but we have so many vanillas out there, this is not worth it. Total no from me.

I agree, this sits above Banana Bliss and even Éclair Banoffi for me. It’s creamier, far less synthetic in its banana accord, and noticeably more lactonic, which actually works in its favour. The banana note stays soft and unobtrusive in the background. Projection is solid with average longevity. With no musk, amber, sandalwood, or tonka bean in the mix, it remains a linear, creamy composition from start to finish. The drydown reminds me of Cerchi Nell'acqua's Latte e Cacao.
