Caramel Oud

The notes listed are beyond my imagination. The perfume is quite nutty with the sweetness of caramel. Depending on your skin type it might end up very nutty torwards the end. First spray is sweet not buttery caramel so it pairs well with Sol 71 even though 71 is less nutty by folds than this one. It has decent longevity. The title of oud makes no sense you can't smell it at all which is good is you hate these kinds of scents. It retails for less than 20 bucks but doesn't smell cheap at all. If you like caramel strongly then I guess Molten Caramel by paris corner which is butter mixed with caramel and its strong and heavy but if you like uninterrupted sweet caramel then Demeter's caramel is the way to go. I've been waiting for this perfume to appear on Fragrantica, and I'm so glad it's finally here so I can share my thoughts. Both my 11-year-old and 8-year-old sons really like this scent. In fact, it was my 8-year-old who picked it out first. At first, I wasn't too sure about the smell—it had a slightly bitter tone. But as it settled, it became sweet, calming, aromatic, and almost caramel-like, even though caramel isn’t one of the listed notes. There’s just something comforting and captivating about it. The scent feels soothing and elegant, and just smelling it helps me relax. My younger son enjoys layering it with Qissa Pink, which gives it an even sweeter and more charming touch. I don’t wear this perfume myself, but I love how it smells on my boys. I often take a moment to enjoy the scent before they fall asleep—it’s very comforting.

Wow wow wow, why haven't I ordered this earlier! I saw a few influencers saying they don't like it much or that it's not a well-blended fragrance/weird and I crossed it over from my list. Then went to the shop and by accident tested it and fell in love right away, me and my friend both ordered it the same night. Love it!! I'm a huge white flowers fan and I think you need to be too to enjoy this perfume. It's heavenly white flowers on a beautiful soft base of cashmeram/sandalwood, I don't really detect caramel or oud, it's all nicely softly blended. I have already stocked up on two more bottles...

It's just bananas that this is called Caramel Ood, and all I smell is caramel and oud. But those are the only two notes not in this fragrance! This is a delicious perfume, like a very adult caramel. I can't wait to added to my fall and winter rotation! 🍂☕🧤🧣

Oooh this was weird on first spray. It was a mix of tuberose and caramel/chocolate, and let me tell you... they do NOT work together! 🤢😵💫 BUT.... Give it a minute and it settles. Thank God! Smells way more floral than caramel, but beautiful if you like tuberose! Has a kind of vintage vibe, like Poeme! Now this was straight out of the box, and we all know Arabian perfumes need time out to mature. Maybe it will change.

It's probably called caramel because it smells like caramel. It's a very light, inoffensive caramel fragrance. It's also called oud, which I don't get at all, so there's that. 😂😂

At first it's hazelnut cream with some nondescript flowers and it's quite pleasant, then after a few minutes I get this big blast of bubblegummy tuberose that turns this into a stomach churning concoction, I can see why some people might like this but I totally can't stand it. Performance seems average. I have to try this again later on, for now it's a no to me.

This is the masculine Eclaire. WAY more intense, projecting and super long lasting. The bottle is gorgeous!! Heavy glass, even the cup, too and high quality. It doesn't smell synthetic at all, unlike Eclaire which is to me a chemical mess. Way more realistic caramel than in Eclaire. Not my cup of tea, though. I'll sell it - EU only if you're interested contact me :) The notes listed are wrong, but anyway. I am surprised with any reviewer saying they don't detect any caramel or oud, as it is PURELY ONLY OUD AND CARAMEL. 🤯 It is a very oud-y caramel (more oud than caramel), particularly oud-y on fabrics. Simple as that. Unisex leaning masculine on my skin. It's smooth, intense. Luckily no musc detected and it becomes a smooth oud-y caramel note on the drydown that's pleasant. Better for cold and dry weather. If you are ok with oud, get this instead! I got this perfume as a gift when I bought a bunch of other fragrances. As a gourmand, this smells off... my nose is extremely confused about what I'm smelling. I definitely get the vanilla and cedarwood notes, which are much needed to mellow out the caramel note. The caramel note almost punches me in the face, in a very, very synthetic way. Smells very plasticky and cheap to me; there is almost a coconut or butteriness note mixed in there somewhere that keeps clashing with everything else, especially the oud. Thought it was me, so I gave it a few chances on separate occasions and let it age for a few months before spraying again, just as bad every single time. Not blind buy safe.

Reading these reviews and really asking myself why I continue coming on the platform to gather information. Nothing said is really accurate. Either my nose is broken or people have lost sense of reality. My nose is not broken. Understandable now that parfumerie is the hype and everyone is a professor. This is a lovely scent. Feminine and clean with some depth. Magnolia is very present. I personally don’t enjoy oud but this was a successful blind buy. And for the price you pay she lasts more than any Killian.

Omg I love this stuff. So cosy and the caramel! My youngest son said it smelt more like chocolate than caramel but I wont complain. I can barely smell the oud, its blended so sublety. I got a bottle for a steal and then went back and bought two more. On clothes its lasts forever and smells like chocolate cookies. Just a lovely sweet caramel-y creamy scent. Very inoffensive. I would call this a "cute" perfume. Something i would spray on fluffy teddy bears. 😊

My least favourite perfume in my collection. There’s nothing caramel about this. It’s floral, sweet and a bit sickly with some depth in there but I find the notes of this confusing and all over the place. I don’t understand the identity of this perfume at all and the dry down has a good sprinkle of a piss smell. 0/10 - I know how to use this perfume. It has no identity or personality. It’s a mess.

Oud isn’t even listed in the notes😭 this looks like it’s for someone who says they wants an oud fragrance but they don’t like oud in fragrance. I wanna try this 😜
