Angels Kiss

Wow. This is SO good. I finally caved and grabbed this (along with Vanilla Suede) to add to my Ari collection and my Love Notes collection — and honestly, I wish this had been the original release. Being in the U.S., we got that awful Pink Woods instead. I know some people love it, but it did absolutely nothing for me. This, however, is amazing. The opening is beautifully sweet — the vanilla and rose combo is stunning. This isn’t a typical heady or earthy rose at all; it’s a sweet, delicate rose. The raspberry-rose pairing with that creamy, milky gelato note is so smooth, cozy, and genuinely unique. If you’ve ever used a rose water facial wash or mist, you’ll recognize that soft rose water vibe here. There is a tiny hint of green, earthy rose, but the creamy, gentle notes round it out and make it feel truly special. I have over 500 bottles in my collection and have smelled a lot — and this is honestly one of the most unique Ariana fragrances I’ve tried. It’s easily one of my favorites from her. Longevity is best on clothing; it fades faster on skin, where it wears more intimate, but it still lingers and smells lovely. I’ll absolutely enjoy this both on its own and layered. Rating: 9/10 — almost perfect.

Oh wow, this is different. Not what I expected. At first I wasn't sure I like this fragrance. I bought it because of the rosewater and dark vanilla note. To me this perfume needs a few minutes to develope before it smells amazing. It opens up a little scratchy and smells like cough syrup. But give it 5 minutes to settle and oh my. This smells so velvety sweet and cozy! The rose and raspberry kind of mix together and make the fragrance feminine. I am not getting gelato at all, on the contrary I am getting warm boozy vibes from this. And more than a cold a desert I get marshmallows and chocolate (?). Something in the ice cream accord must smell cacao-ish or chocolaty to me. I agree with the review below about the reminiscence of a campfire. When I read that it clicked because to me there is smokiness to the woodsey notes. It really smells like a girly campfire. Imagine a group of girls roasting marshmallows drinking hot cocoa and the girls wear beautiful perfumes. It wont be for everyone I feel like the boozy sweetness could make some people nauseous or cause headaches. Not a safe blindbuy in my opinion. But I will wear it a whole lot this fall and winter!

sweet, delicate, creamy, it has depth. absolutely an instant love for me. i’ve been searching for a creamy rose gourmand fragrance and this is it. it truly smells like a rose tinged gelato. it’s not overly floral or overly gourmand, it’s a perfect balance of both. so fluffy, airy, and delicious. the bottle says salted amber (as a note) but my nose gets a salted caramel vibe. it’s like a rose flavored gelato with a single stripe of thick caramel swirled through it. by the time it fully dries down hours later, it turns into a soft vanilla scent with a rosey/berry undertone to it. it also becomes powdery by that point but not overwhelmingly so. just enough to keep it smooth and fresh. my only issue is that the projection is intimate. i overspray this one and it’s a skin scent after 4 hours although i can still smell it on clothing nearly 8 hours later but it’s very light. despite that i am in love with this one, this became my everyday scent for spring/summer quickly. it’s so effortlessly cozy and feminine. definitely the type of scent you’d smell on a beautiful stranger who is walking past you. a creamy rose gourmand lovers dream in my opinion <3

Delicious! I can definitely smell rose water, but it's not like the classical rose smell that I smell in other perfumes with rose note. It's blended nicely with the other notes, like, rose flavoured Turkish delight / ice cream with coconut sprinkles. So, it's young and sweet. Afterwards it's indeed like a coconut/vanilla dessert but it also smells like cocoa a little bit, even tho it's not listed. Rose is then less noticable. I think it's very warming during winter but can be cloying if sprayed too much. Not safe for blind buy. It's not fresh or cozy (to me). But sweet, different and addicting nevertheless! Only Ariana perfume that smelled different and addicting than other ones and also stayed all day even if I washed my hands multiple times, while other perfumes I sprayed just disappeared. Even before sleeping, my bf said that something smells nice and sweet, it was this one. And he RARELY says that (maybe 3 times total)

i'm writing a second review on this as it's become tied to my top 3 ari fragrances (others are thank u next and ari) this really has to be her best and underrated lovenote ever, it's so sweet and light and it reminds me of an icecream shop in the best way possible. it's like if you took the raspberry + rose combo from ari and thank u next, as well as the coconut from thank u next and that sweet light musky vanilla from mod vanilla, that's what this is to me it feels like those 3 had a baby. i know this fragrance isn't for everyone but i happen to love all of the notes in this fragrance and it's gotten me a good amount of compliments! it smells like a sweet rose icecream with salt and coconut flakes on top. seriously hoping this never gets discontinued :') 🍨🥥🌹

This is in my opinion the most underrated ariana grande perfume. The first time I ever sprayed it, it had a strong alcohol smell (not sure why) but after that settled, it smelled like vanilla ice cream with a hint of roses. After everytime I've sprayed it besides that first, it's smelled amazing so not sure what was up lol. It's a very classy, creamy vanilla scent which isn't super in your face but stays long and you can still smell it on you. The hint of rose is a nice touch too especially if you're a fan of floral scents. I don't smell much fruitiness, just a hint of coconut and musk but that's all. I highly recommend this perfume especially if you can get it for a cheap price!!

despite loving ariana herself, i’m normally not a fan of her fragrances, however, mod vanilla and angel kiss are among my favorite perfume i’ve ever owned. this one in particular has such an interesting blend of very realistic notes - it smells like eating vanilla ice cream drizzled with caramel in a rose garden. it’s dreamy and delicious, a perfect middle ground between creamy gourmand elements and rosewater, so the best of both worlds for me personally. i’m not picking up on the raspberry note at all in this one, which i’m absolutely not mad about. this scent is what i imagine glinda could very well smell like 🫧

I love it. Salted amber, excellent lasting power. Tested side by side with TF Lost Cherry 6hr later Angel's Kiss is winning! There is some nostalgic sentiment to it. Also I get the reminisce to devotion, however AK is better, more complex execution and sillage. The heart note is vanilla and gelato. I haven't detected raspberry yet. There is a storyline behind it, like a second etûd to Cloud. Not similar but connected. The rose note is soft, reminds me of my beloved Stella. I do think is a more grown up, and more elegant interpretation of Cloud.

I am not a rose lover but I really like this fragrance. To me the rose is a sweet watery rose, not jammy or in your face type rose. And the rose is perfectly balanced so it is not the star of the fragrance. All the notes are balanced so well. It is a really pretty scent and to me it is such a happy smell. I like this the most from this collection.

Im absolutely obsessed with this perfume. The more I smell it the more I like it, it’s a truly unique and feminine smell. I was worried it would smell too much like rose, but it only shows up as a complement to the other notes in my opinion, it’s moreso like a sweet gelato. My new everyday fragrance💓🍦 can’t wait to try vanilla suede!!!

Absolutely love it!! Didn’t buy it though, due to the price point. I was patiently waiting, till it arrived to my local douglas and oh my god it smells heavenly. Firstly I recognized a smell, but I couldn’t find a definition to it. It smells like a raspberry teramisu (i’ve made it once and it is exactly it)!!! I really want it 💞

Smells like rose Potpourri. It has an addictive coolness which I think is from the gelato note, after the initial calm rose smell, you get this cold ice cream scent! Its very unique, and quite distinguished from her other perfumes but it is really beautiful!

Sweet, feminine, and mature. A well-balanced gourmand that avoids culinary literalness, yet remains delightfully enveloping and soothing. The sweet notes linger as a subtle veil throughout most of the day, with the dry down being slightly woody. Beautiful.

Just smelled it at the shop and it smells like pistachio ice cream with a little rum raisin icecream! I love it, its a nice vanilla fluffy nutty and gourmand! I think its the best ariana grande scent ive tried! Wish i could try the vanilla suede too

I usually hate rose notes but here it is really a creamy rose gelato. The vanilla is soft and creamy, not too sweet and outpowers the rose that remains in the background but it's not too strong. Innovative scent and very well done!

i was lucky enough to receive this as a gift. i absolutely adore all of ariana’s fragrances and this is one of my favorites. the amber/musk is so comforting, combined with a creamy sweetness. what’s not to love? 🤍🫧

when i don’t know what perfume to wear, i always reach for this one. so soft, girly and i cannot stop smelling myself. ariana did a great job with this one :)

To me it smells exactly like classic tiramisu. I can definitely smell the vanilla and cocoa notes, although cocoa isn’t listed. Love it.

I'm slightly shocked by the number of negative reviews/votes here. Is Angels Kiss ground-breaking? Absolutely not. Is it the best release from Ariana? Probably not. BUT, I think it deserves a chance. My opinion has moved from indifferent to a strong like on this one. At first, it seemed too rosy, too musky, and a poor performer. On second test in-store, I got more of the rosewater vanilla gelato note, but not too creamy and not too sweet. The musk and salt stops it becoming sickening. It intrigued me enough to buy a bottle to take back to the UK. On a full wear, it was very much like my second test but even better! Someone in one of the reviews mentioned rum and raison ice cream - yes I strangely get that too for the first few minutes. Then it moves into the sweet rosewater ice cream (but not too creamy!), musky with a sprinkle of salt. At this point, it is pretty linear. The performance was great and lasted 8-10 hours on my skin and clothes, though it does become more of a skin scent after the first few hours. This is just a comforting yet fun scent to me; I'm happy to have it. Edit (18/08/25): After owning this for nearly a year I have to say this one is a love for me. It's performance has improved and it has become richer and slightly denser. I love to reach for this one in the evenings as a comforting scent.

I first tried this a few months ago. My opinion of it back then was extremely mediocre - I thought it was a bit bland and although smells relatively nice, I struggled to explain it but it lacked a distinct smell. This was no signature scent really. Fast forward to now, I like it more than I used to. After re-reading the notes, I finally smell what it's supposed to be: Rose! I honestly forgot what the notes were in these and the rose did not stick out to me for some reason until I had read the notes which is unusual as rose is a note that is very easily identifiable. Now that I've read it, I can easily smell it. Best way to describe the scent: the bottle smells like rose-y baby wipes it's quite underwhelming and I can't unsmell the baby wipes but when sprayed on skin, it's somewhat reminiscent of a campfire? I get a very nice lightly musky toasting fire from this with rose of course. Take the past reviews with a grain of salt, because I feel like the "balloon" comment is a bit overexaggerated and it IS sweet, just subtly sweet. Very different from her other sugary sweet ones. Lovenotes Vanilla Suede is extremely sugary sweet and this one is much more subtle but still noticeably sweet.

At first, this absolutely smells like Roses Vanille or the Al Haramain Tanasuk perfume oil (which is a copy of Roses Vanille). It’s super rosey and if rose can be nauseating for you, this perfume might be troublesome. But when it dries down and settles, it strongly resembles MOD Vanilla with just a little added rose in the background. While the first half of the perfume is indeed something new for a Ariana Grande perfume, the second half (dry down) is yet another smell-alike version of one of her pervious releases. Overall it is very pleasant and feminine. As MOD Vanilla is one of my favorite Ariana perfumes, this scent is still very much to my liking. If you enjoy strong/sweet rose scents and MOD Vanilla, give this one a try.

I tested this today, to me this smells exactly like rum and raisin ice cream with the slight whiff of rose and musk. Maybe it’s just my nose/skin chemistry though. Opens up alcoholic and rose-like, rose smell quickly diminishes, gourmand notes start to come out. Also, it’s a bit similar to angel’s share with the alcoholic opening and gourmand notes coming out as it sits. I think that is why this perfume is called angels kiss. However, in no way this is a dupe for Killian. Very very similar to mod vanilla. Same vanilla ice cream scent. Only this has something a little extra. Really not worth it to have both.

Notes listed on the bottle itself are: rose water gelato, salted amber, dark vanilla. And it is the best description in my opinion. I was hoping for a candied rose and it delivers on that, especially when it settles a few minutes from the initial spray. I get the sweet&salty note in the opening. The bottle is huge and simple, quite heavy so not great for travelling. I really like it, especially for a celebrity fragrance. I wish it lasted longer, the staying power isn't great (I'd say 2-3h max).

This one, as well as Vanilla Suede have a soft powderiness that is reminiscent of a babydoll head. The rose is light, whipped, and creamy. It is very delicate and feminine, and I think the name Angels Kiss is fitting. The projection is quite intimate, but that seems to be the case with the Love Notes line besides Plush Vanilla and Pressed Petals. I only have a dabber, but I definitely see myself purchasing a full bottle in the future 🪽🌫️🩷🌹

Interesting smell. It’s unique. It’s smell like vanilla ice cream dipped in red wine. I don’t feel the raspberries at all. People say it’s soft and intimate, but on me is quite strong and i can feel it when i move my hand or when my hand is down. The longetivity is ok, few h. I layer with Paris Corner Marshmallow Blush, Kayali Yum Bouje, Lataffa Eclaire. Overall i like it. Is not love at first sniff.

It's very very rose heavy at first. I personally hate anything rose scented so the opening note of this perfume makes me sick. However, I love the base note. On me this wears sweeter than ANY of her other fragrances. The dry down reminds me of mod vanilla a lot except sweeter and a more pink. I wouldn't say this perume is more mature than her other ones.

Sweet. Lasted about 6 hours on clothes, maybe 4 on skin. Sillage not horrible but not great either. Overall, I'm keeping it. The size to price ratio is worth it. 4 oz bottle? Who does that? Decent buy.

Excellent fragrance but very pastry/bakery heavy, unfortunately gets old fast and suits colder weather only. Opening is too sweet also.

its very close to zara angelic vanilla but more sweet and less powdery.

Just tested it in Douglas. In the opening is very similar to Delina, fruity sweet and tart raspberry and rose. After around 2h on the skinn it changes into creamy vanilla and coconut with a slight hint of fruity rose in the background. In the beginning I wasn't a fan, but as I wear it though out the day it grows on me. It's definitely feminine and cute. The sillage and longevity is decent - around 4h

I don’t really like it. Somehow all these notes together come to create a smell of a rum, whiskey, Armagnac or alike. Something strong and alcoholic. Ice cream and raspberry? Where?

Sooo I tested it at a Douglas today. Unfortunately, I don’t really like it. It is very very creamy. I much more prefer her fragrances like REM, Thank u next or God is a woman. Also the Mod ones. This new one smells much more mature, and too creamy for me. Other than that not too sweet or fruity. It lacks the fruitiness and zestiness I love in the other Ari fragrances. But of course it’s just preference. I understand it’s supposed to smell more mature. All in all, for me not worth a buy. But her other ones, definitely <3

Pointedancer101 this one's not far from Thank you next but I wouldn't say they're the same. TYN is a bit more juvenile IMHO and it's a coconut macaron with raspberry cream. Angel's kiss smells like a sweet raspberry icecream in an extra sweet cone with special emphasis on the cone itself. (Is has nothing to do with Delina.)

Hm, i dont know about this one. When i first spray it, it smells kinda rancid. There is a moment after a while where it smells descent but also not great.

Tested this and its just meh... smells like raspberry but not the fresh way... but thr coconut is more dominant and i dont really enjoy it..

I reeeeeeeally wanted to like this. All I get is balloon, plastic, and table salt. Not sweet at all to me :( I’m so genuinely disappointed.

I got this for Christmas after months of anticipation. From the perfume reveals, this was the one I was most excited for judging by the vanilla, musk and gelato notes. I'm very 50/50 with Ariana perfumes despite her being my favourite artist. I've collected her fragrances since 2015 when Ari first dropped. Sadly, I get none of the vanilla or gelato notes, this smells very similar to Chanel No.5 to me or Rose Gourmand by Zara. It's very acidic in the rose, the rose overpowers everything else. Upon dry down it becomes more pleasant but that acidic rose note still lingers. I don't understand anyone saying this is like a desert or powdery gourmand vanilla. I'm hoping when it macerates on my shelf for a few weeks that the rose dies down and it becomes a more gourmand scent but I really detest this. Other reviewers stated that this smells very similar to Vanilla Suede from the same fragrance line but I can assure everyone that it 100% does not. Vanilla Suede is sweet and powdery and a clone of Ghost but this is the complete opposite and resembles a bug repellent more than a cookie. Very disappointed with this.

Angels Kiss is already available in Hungarian Douglas stores, so I bought it on a whim yesterday. Firstly, I don’t think this is anything like Ari’s previous releases. I was a bit turned off by the notes, i usually don’t gravitate towards rose heavy fragrances and let me tell you, the rose in this is PROMINENT! but it’s not a Chanel/grandma type of old lady rose, rather a sweet, tart rose, kinda like rose jam. The opening is carried by the heavy rose note with some added berries. Once the opening fades, the fragrance becomes a very amber heavy scent with some vanilla undertones, and that is carried throughout the entirety. Overall performance is good, 5-6 hours on skin with moderate projection. This is a very mature, sexy scent, and rather designer leaning imo. Definitely NOT. a safe blind buy

I hated it on my skin. Why does all her fragrances smell so cheap, synthetic and childish? when I sprayed it, it was so strong with ice cream not in it and so synthetic I couldn’t enjoy it at all.

It's definitely a creamy scent as others have described too, but I don't particularly get cold 'ice cream' vibes specifically. The rose is very minimal, which I'm a bit bummed about because I've been searching for a rose gourmand scent. The raspberry is definitely stronger than the rose by far, but it's not to an obnoxious and sickening degree. The raspberry is quite synthetic though but it's as good as it can get in perfumery as of now. It reminds me a bit of the raspberry in 'Beyond Romance' except that one was sickening and too syrupy, while this one is more subdued and softer. I don't really get coconut though, which is a shame. But luckily the amber was not noticeable at all, because I'm personally not a fan of amber as I often tend to find it too heavy and pungent smelling. For some reason this also reminds me a bit of Moonlight, especially the fruity facet? Even though Moonlight has plum and this one raspberry. I don't really think this scent is more 'mature' than her previous scents at all though. I think it's quite typically her style, aka gourmand and feminine! I think age wise most people can wear this, I'd deem it flexible in that sense. Sillage and longevity wise it's not great though sadly, at least not on my skin. I'd say overall it's a cozy sweet scent and quite easy to wear. I'm not blown away by it nor do I find it groundbreakingly original compared to her past scents, but it is pleasant. A like, not a love! Edit: Ok it actually ended up growing on me A LOT. I jumped the gun and bought a full bottle! I really love the creaminess and the rose smells more balanced now with the raspberry as I tried it more!!

And other three : VANILLA SUEDE exclusive in the UK ( Italian bergamot, creamy sandalwood, Rice Milk, vanilla beans, liquid musks ), PINK WOODS only in North America ( Italian bergamot, lotus flower, jasmine petals, tea leaves, vetiver, tonka beans, cashmere woods, Cotton Candy), PRESSED PETALS only in Australia ( bergamot, Italian lemon, violet leaf, raspberry, jasmine petals, sandalwood, pink amber, Marshmallow ). The bottle design is simple this time, I guess she’s trying to move away from campy, young bottles to the more elegant mature looking ones. I personally like that new concept. I also think that especially Angels kiss fits with Ariana new Glinda aesthetic - ethereal and pink rose scent.

When I first spray this all over myself, I get only light, kinda salty vanilla scent. I was very disappointed. I wanted pink rose perfume, because i’m obsessed with roses lately. To my luck, Angels kiss quickly bloomed into very dominant realistic rose. Similar to Pixi Rose Ceramide Cream. That slightly powdery rose petals smell. I’m in love with Diptyque Eau Rose, fresh rose scent with greenery from stem and thorns. Angels kiss is different. This is all dry pink rose petals with gentle vanilla in the background, extremely feminine, true estrogen in the bottle. I don’t smell any coconut. I’m glad that Ariana stepped out of her typical perfume zone this time. I really love that perfume. Perfect for flower lover. I actually watched It Ends With Us movie today and Angels kiss perfectly complements sequences of flower shop and overall vibe of that movie.

Very, very bad. I more or less love all the Ariana’s perfumes that she released previously, before this collection, but this one... Together with my boyfriend, we were in a city, and I saw Douglas Store (normally, with her releases, I just blind buy it all the time). This time I didn't have time to order it, so it was the perfect chance to test it and buy it right away in a store. So I sprayed it, and it was so bad. I gave it to my boyfriend to smell it, and he was like - Damn, that smells bad, smells like tequila or something. After that, it becomes, I guess the sweeter rose scent, I don't know, but I still hate it. Please, if u love her other perfumes, do not blind buy it. Just don't. Go to a store and test it first.

I just tested this in Douglas. From my nose I personally get a lot of the salted amber and dark vanilla. When you first spray it on you get a lot of the rose note. As it settles down, it starts to smell salty and creamy from the amber and ice cream note. The vanilla in this is not a cupcake sweet type of vanilla but more mature, it really is a dark vanilla. In my opinion it does not smell like any of Ari’s previous fragrances. It is still a sweet scent, but a bit more mature I’d say and warm, not too much of a childish gourmand but more adulty. For me it’s 50/50, I wouldn’t wear this everyday but it’s still a pretty fragrance. Main notes I smell: salted amber, ice cream creaminess and dark vanilla.

Ordered it when it came out as a blind buy trusting that it would smell great, as I have her entire collection. Absolutely hated it, took a break from it for about a month, sprayed it again today and I still just can't get myself to like it. The notes listed are great, but the end result is a very body odour like smell to my nose.. Nothing like her other perfumes which all smell amazing. It smells "stinky" and not in a luxurious kind of way or whatever, just pure stench. Something like a sweet body odour + plants type of smell. I wonder if the rest of the Love Notes collection is just as bad

FLAMBÉED ICE CREAM!!! Nobody understands how nostalgic this scent is to me... there’s been a Chinese restaurant we’ve been going to ten years ago and we always ate ice cream that was inside of a huge marbel cake ball that was flambéed with rum. It was my absolute favorite dessert and for a strange reason this literally smells like this on my skin. It really bought back lost memories I am so in love with this. With that being said tho: it’s kinda boozy. And I remember smelling this on paper months back and it reminded me of Baileys. Have to try it on clothes. Ugh this made me happy (:
