God Is A Woman Body Mist

I haven't smelled the eau de parfum; only the body spray. I sprayed it on my hoodie sleeve in store, not my skin. I actually enjoy this, just not sure how I'd like the parfum, or how it would interact with my skin. It reminds me a lot of CLEAN Beauty Collective Radiant Nectar (which I also like, but rarely use anymore, smells almost like old honey as it ages for a few years.) If you've smelled that before, this smells very, very similar to it. Instantly reminded me of it. Maybe mixed with SKIN (also clean beauty collective.) Definitely get the pear and ambrette. It's pretty. I'd see it as inoffensive to anyone, just maybe not everyone's cup of tea. If someone gifted this to me, I wouldn't be mad, just probably not willing to fork out the money right now myself. I bought Ariana Cloud a few years ago and ended up returning it because while it smells good from the bottle, it dries down to this artificial, plastic vanilla smell, not like Bath & Body Works warm vanilla sugar or anything. I don't like the artificial or ambroxan type of scents too much, and that's what Cloud was like. I enjoy the Thank U Next body spray, but more as a room spray; just too sugary for me, I think. This smells good on clothes and not plastic-y. Just can't say how it is on skin (I know it's different depending on everyone's chemistry, anyway.) I'd give this a try if you like soft, yet sweet, calming scents like iris and ambrette for sure.

Pear Gourmand over Cloud... I sprayed this on in the store today. Definitely got the pear & vanilla, but the base is something similar to Cloud Ariana Grande or Baccarat Rouge 540. There is something honeysuckle/hay-like in the top note layer - like a layer of Viva La Juicy Juicy Couture over a layer of Cloud Ariana Grande. There are some similarities to Thank U Next 2.0 in that underneath they both have a layer of something similar to Cloud or BR 540 as the base, with something else over top. Only in this case it's a pear-gourmand layer with something like honeysuckle over top, rather than fruity strawberry/berry. It smells nice and I think it could be worn year-round. Performance is quite good for a body spray - it's been 3 1/2 hours and it's still there. Love it: Enjoy!

One of my fav as a body mist is a blessing. I can overspray to the max. And as always it really does smell the same.

Not a huge fan of the name of this, so I neglected to test it for a year or longer. However, this is enjoyable and holds up as a fairly decent celebrity perfume. A.G fragrances typically are so far in my experience. It opens with a tart fruity note, but not quite sour. I'm pleased that the pear here doesn't smell like canned cocktail fruit, as many pear containing fragrances do. It's kind of challenging though actually, because it has a some abrasiveness until it settles (after about 5 minutes). I prefer this over the cloying pear trending in modern perfumery though. After this dries a while, the soft orris takes over and it begins to smell musky, though in a clean, clean way. Not in a Narciso Rodriguez manner (IYKYK), but in a more youthful way. I can understand why, because the target audience might be musk-shy. I've never thought of this before, but I'd recommend this to someone specifically looking for a "intro musk" fragrance, it's nice, friendly, and a musk that doesn't demand huge fortitude to pull off. It fact, I'd say this is quite crowd-pleasing, and an easy-reach. It's PLUSHY in texture, and makes me sleepy. The vanillic drydown and soft sandalwood meld seamlessly. Some people are describing this as "vibrant" or "outgoing"...but no...not in my mind at all. I politely disagree, this is pillowy, relaxed...and makes me want my bed (in a good way). It's not sensual necessarily though, just pajama-y 😆😊🛏🌌 No, performance isn't stellar, but this also doesn't cost a mortgage payment, so I have no complaints. (Cross posted from other entry.)

This is a really unique woodsy and fresh pear scent that I really like. It has that signature scent DNA that all the perfumes in Ariana Grande’s collection have, which to my nose, is a sweet ambery smell, synthetic but not unpleasant, reminds me of Baccarat Rouge in a way. There’s a clean muskiness that makes this scent more interesting than other pear body mists I’ve had. I just wish the longevity and projection were better, and I mean a lot better. This scent is so hard for me to smell on myself even when I spray liberally. When my bottle of the body mist runs out I might upgrade to the perfume version, though I haven’t heard good things about the longevity of that one either, hopefully the strength of the perfume is better.

Like Suzanne said below - there is a hay-like note at the top. Maybe it’s the musk-mallow? It’s interesting for sure. I haven’t tried the actual perfume, just the body mist, somI don’t know if it’s in both.

This is the strongest body mist from Ariana grande imo most of them smell like straight alcohol, but this one is a very nice clean aquatic pear scent

Smells like pear. It's nice but I don't feel it matches the name 'God Is A Woman' and just smells similar to her other body mists (such as thank u, next). Should be more floral like the bottle suggests it is.

It's definitely not Sandalwood it is Cedar.
