No One Elsie

I found this, and its companion (A kind of floral) sat looking forlorn on a TK Maxx shelf for £3.99 each. I thought oh why not! Total blind buys! Well this fragrance is lovely and so different! I can smell tart smelling tomato vines and rhubarb on the opening and then it softens into a lovely soft mix with the honeysuckle but the rhubarb remains and the tomato vines keep everything balanced beautifully. I imagine myself wearing this sat in a rattan chair in a leafy garden amongst my potted plants with an Elderflower G&T and a good book!

This fragrance is just so, so nostalgic to me. It reminds me of my Grandad and Dad's glasshouses. This starts off juicy and tart and then is quite quickly softened by a beautiful honeysuckle note. It's terrific value and at the rate I'm going through this bottle, that's just as well! I'll definitely be replacing it as soon as it's finished. Spraying this feels like applying the best uplifting tonic that you could ever wish for.

Beautiful and unique scent. Maybe it’s just me, but it reminds me of marijuana plant (not heady smoke), lush green stalky tomato plants and dirt. I know my review is off-putting, but I love the smell. Might not be for everyone, but for the price, it’s worth trying out. The only gripe I have is that it doesn’t seem to last, nor is it strong.

I cannot wait to wear this all summer long, it's so fresh and aromatic. I genuinely cannot stop sniffing my arm every time I wear this, it's so uplifting!

Bought this as part of the four fragrance set from Arkive. It’s my favourite of the lot, although they are all good. I love the tart and green notes of rhubarb and tomato leaf. Layer it with something delicately fruity like Fancy from Jessica Simpson and it’s phenomenal. Wish it lasted more than half an hour though.
