Excellus Men

I have not had my nose on CH Men so I can't compare the two, but I really enjoy this fragrance. It opens up with bright citrus that lasts, then develops into this luxurious creamy floral-woody scent on the dry down . This has class for days! Dress it up or down, either way you will get noticed for all the right reasons. Unlike some other reviews my bottle was delivered in perfect shape and performance is very good. (9/10)

Es rico no es muy parecido al carlina herrera chhc pero rico más amaderado y menos dulce. Duración un poco baja unas 2 horas de proyección y 6 en piel a ras en ropa un poco más unas 12 horas . Lo recomiendo si por el precio del chhc si más barato y olor en 85 % parecido.

Second use: The second use of this is better after 6 weeks of maturation. Lots of neroli, vague citrus, and pepper on the open moving into a light jasmine with woody undertones in the heart. The fragrance was extremely light on the first go around in early January so I'm glad it's coming out now as at that point I could hardly smell anything, whereas now the nutmeg (smells more peppery to me) is hanging around after not even existing on the first try; I also get what smells like green apple to me in the heart, but it's unlisted in the notes. The base itself gives off a light leather and sandalwood, with a touch of ambery vetiver. This might be my most extreme improvement thus far from first to second use of a fragrance and I know it happens a lot with some of the Mideast dupes -- don't give up on them after one use. This went from non-descript to something I would upgrade to "like" and will keep.

Unfortunately I also have a loose atomizer and an extremely weak fragrance. The scent profile itself is not bad, but to give a description it is almost as though they started with an eau fraîche and then watered that down; it is a ghost of the fragrance they intended to make. The only use I think I could reasonably have is an extreme overspray gym freshie.

I have this fragrance for some time but haven't really used it often . It started growing on me, its good fragrance for office and daytime. Performance is good, not a beast mode but is strong for spring-autumn. If you like CH men Excellus is great alternative!

This stuff smells very good. Fresh spicy goodness in this bottle. Btw the bottle itself..not the fragrance seems to be borrowed from Ferragamo Subtil.

An amazing CH Men alternative with a wonderful bottle! Edit: it also has that fresh Le Male On Board vibe, especially in the dry down. 8/10

#355 in my "Tour de Fragrance" My knock on Carolina Herrara's entire line has never been that the scents aren't likeable, but that they don't project and they have no staying power. The EDTs perform like colognes, and the EDPs perform like EDTs. Hardly the only offender, but more disappointing because they are otherwise nice scents. I have the same knock on this CH Men clone Excellus. It smells very nice, very safe, performs like an EDT. So not sure anyone will notice you have this on after mid-morning unless they're nuzzling.

One of the weakest performing frags i owned. Like 30 min longetivy and i can't detect it on myself. Really good smell, but that doesn't matter unfortunately

Armaf Excellus Men kicks off with a refreshing citrusy blend infused with neroli. Similar to stepping into an Italian citrus grove in full bloom; the air is thick with the aroma of bergamot, grapefruit, and, neroli. The opening is so comforting. Here's where things go from Formula 1 to off-road. Excellus accelerates like a racing car off the start line but runs out of gas way too quickly. One moment you're basking in that glorious neroli sparkle, and the next — it's gone. It's as if you're watching a spectacular fireworks display that suddenly stop, leaving you staring at a dark sky. What follows is a boring middle and base phase, it transitions into a somewhat forgettable blend of nutmeg and jasmine. There are spices and floral notes, sure, but they're struggling to make themselves heard over the cacophony of generic base notes. One trick to somewhat salvage the experience is extreme overspray. Even then, it turns into a woody-citrus chimera that lacks depth and longevity. It seems as though the fragrance is stuck in first gear, unwilling to rev up and reveal its true potential. I bought this bottle from another Fragrantica user, lester86, and we're both on the same page — Armaf Excellus Men promises a lot but delivers little. If you're considering investing in this bottle, here's my two cents: don't. Excellus fleeting bubble doesn't justify the price tag. To be blunt, it's money down the drain unless you're just in it for those few minutes of citrus bliss. After that, you're left with a generic fragrance you'd find in a discount bin — underwhelming and forgettable. It's a race that ends before it even begins, leaving you yearning for what could've been a grand finish. I have few words for this fragrance. It's weak, gone in 4 hours, with little projection, my bottle was faulty and the cap literally destroyed itself after a few weeks, it leaks and the neck of the nozzle was all weird and oxidized when it first arrived, with green stuff at the base of it. I couldn't even spray it that I'd drench my hands in it. The smell is kind of close to CH Men, feels like CH Men but more leathery and greener, but to be fair this is one of the worst bottles I've ever got from the net, and I'm not the only one who had these issues with Excellus, also as I said longevity is bad, I sprayed like a madman once and nobody could smell it after 5 hours. I gave it to a friend of mine, which speaks volumes for the fragrance itself, I am very jealous of my collection. Do not buy, you'd be better off by going at the casino and gamble the money you'd spend for this piece of hot garbage.

Very lovely fragrance though it leans slightly feminine - floral, powdery/musky, woody, spicy. I don't get any citrus notes as listed. This reminds me somewhat of Givenchy Gentleman Society.

Does anyone know if this lasts longer than ch men?
