The Pride Of Armaf For Women Rouge

Like many other BR540 dupes, this is very Ambroxan heavy - HOWEVER - Armaf sprang for the good Ambroxan, so it's very nice! I've noticed there's 2 different Ambroxan notes out there. There's this one (the same as what's in Juliette Has A Gun Not A Perfume, Dior Sauvage, and Molecule 02) and the other is more... funky and metallic. I've run into a lot of that funky Ambroxan in other BR540 scents lately, like Fragrance World Barrakat Rouge and Maison Alhambra Baroque Rouge. This is a much better option!!! To be honest, this smells like 2/3 BR 540 and 1/3 Juliette Has A Gun Not A Perfume. Very good scent, so far! Very airy.

Saw an Armaf display in DM and had to check what’s the fuss about their perfumes and let me tell you, it’s for a reason. Mainly replicas of famous brands, more expensive ones. This one in particular smells exactly the same as Baccarat rouge 540. It lasts over 7 hours on the skin. Although after 5 hours you can smell ambroxan a looot, which I’m not a huge fan of. But for 50 euros it’s a steal for sure

Major blast of saffron, ambroxan, amber, and oakmoss; altogether strongly BR540, smells amazing. Lasts for hours on skin and even longer on clothes, enters the room before you do and lingers well after you leave. Best in cool/cold weather, so every season except for summertime.

It’s an accurate BR540 dupe alright. Surprised there aren’t any 5-mile long reviews claiming it’s the ultimate alpha sex god scent, that 500 people were simultaneously chasing them down the street for it, and that it smells like a million Jesuses being pissed onto your skin by God himself — yet!

Before you buy this... Please, please.... Try it first. This is definitely not for everyone. It lasts forever, and it's very strong. I have a really bad headache from it and urge to puke, tried to rub it off, but can't.... It's not coming off.... So synthetic, too much amber , Excessively and unnecessary too much of it .... I need to survive this scent... 🤢🤢🤮🤮.

This was revolting. On initial sniff it smelled like a less well blended version of BR540, but it was acceptable. Five minutes later however it turned into something absolutely foul. It had this note of pungent crusty socks. It was so strong as well, it burned my nostrils. Instant scrubber. Nothing like BR540 after that first initial spray. Do not recommend

As others have said, it's Baccarat Rouge 540. It's probably one of the best possible buys if you like that scent because it's so strong it never quits. If you spray it on clothes, it just stays there forever. It's very persistent. Don't overspray. I don't like BR540 and this bothered me a lot when I tried it without knowing what it was a dupe of. Sprayed once on a shirt, haven't done the laundry yet, the scent is still there days later.

My opinion is that this perfume is beautifully blended; I tried it from a tester which was (probably) already fully macerated. I can understand the comparisons to Baccarat Rouge 540, but Pride Rouge remains an airy, powdery cloud (a total ambroxan-amberwood dream) while toning down the "sea-salt" element of BR540, which I assume comes from the ambergris note. On skin, I find this scent to dry down to a sweet, woody musk.

Before you shell out a huge sum of money for Baccarat Rouge 540, which I consider one of the simpler blends, I recommend that you try Pride of Armaf Pour Femme Rouge/White. In my opinion, 99% copy, and precisely for this reason because it is not a complex blend in my opinion. I think Armaf is a much better alternative than Instant Crush Mancera.

I like the opening, love the amber and jasmine and pretty much everything else ....and then comes the sugar bomb and hits me with that over the top sweetness which ruins the whole thing for me... and I can't stand it....What a shame! This could have been something wonderful..

My wife has it and I can honestly say that the smell is strong and long-lasting. A masterpiece for ok money. The real nuclear bomb.
