The Pride Of Armaf Rose Oud

To me this does NOT smell like Yara. I don’t like Yara. Maybe they are compared because both feel creamy. But I find the creaminess different. The coconut here is what might help the creaminess feel different. To me is like a perfumy-piña colada at the beginning. The pineapple and citruses calm down as time passes and it leaves you with a sweet femenine trace on your skin. To me, the coconut in it does not feel like a sunblock. Alien Goddess feels more like sunblock to me than this perfume. I wanted a perfume with the pineapple note and I am happy this one has it. It gives it a brightness together with the other top notes that help this perfume not feel too sweet or cloying. I don’t know why people mention other notes when on the Armaf page comes the same: Top Note: Lemon, Tangerine, pineapple, Litchi Middle Note: Orange Blossom, Orchid, Coconut Base Note: Vanilla, Musk, Amber. If I had to change something from it I would change the bottle or the name. No rose, no oud. It’s not my everyday perfume but I like it for sunny day mornings, run errands and still feel pretty.

Wow I think this is the version of my dear Yara I have been hoping to find and I am so glad to chance on it! No they are not one to one, but they are sisters and this one is much betterrr. All the flaws of Yara are gone, that hairspray taste in it, the overpowderiness too, although I learned to love them I am so glad to find this way better blended milkier fuller smoother more expensive smelling version. Yup I am hanging up the Yara for Armaf Pride Rose Oud. I get no rose and no oud, it is sweet strawberry pineapple orchid milkshake. I am one of those who gets a prominent strawberry in Yara and I definitely get it here too, here it is even more jammy reminding me of Lattafa's Berry on Top but not as intensely so.This one is great from the jump unlike Yara that needs about 4 months to macerate properly. Sillage and longevity are far better. So other than it being more pricy, its definitely a no brainer and Yara lovers this is so much better, its the bomb.

When the bottle and the contents are completely out of sync. Rosé is a fancy name in a pink bottle, while the contents are a pineapple-coconut-milky wonder reminiscent of a real pina colada cocktail. When you exhale, you can smell the milky coconut first, and then as it dries down, the vanilla pineapple emerges. Long-lasting, very feminine, sweet wonder. This perfume is the queen of summer parties, straight from Malibu. I'm sorry that its packaging gives the impression of a rose perfume, even though it has nothing to do with it. This way, it will pique the interest of fewer people, but anyone looking for pineapple and sweet, milky coconut would find the big one right away!

This perfume is marvelous! It's fruity at the beginning but has a floral soft oud dry down that's sweet. Strong but not too much muscle. Unique and distinctly feminine. If you like sweet floral scents with a touch of earthiness and a tash of powder, you will love it. Two sprays lasts until the next day. Not tropical to me. Sweet like candy for a adult. A man could get away with wearing it especially if he has the personality for it.

Reminds me of childhood memories and those pink fruity bubblegums we all used to chew all the time. 😅 Too bad it barely lasts on my skin. Gives off total summer beach holiday vibes. It’s more of a body spray in disguise than a powerhouse perfume. Maybe it's best if used in layering with something stronger..

I blind bought this at winners. I work there so one my colleagues bought it too. She was wearing and all I could smell was her. This is truly an amazing fragrance

I don’t think the notes here are correct, what a gorgeous delicious & sexy fragrance! A sweet creamy rose leaning more milky to my nose, what elevates this scent is the touch of warm saffron! Addictive , alluring & absolutely sensual! I don’t understand why it is not talked about perhaps the comparison to Yara has bored people, last forever and a day, affordable, no maceration needed, date night approved 😉
