Okay, I’m dropping my two cents while this stuff is on the back of my hand, having been sprayed about 25 minutes prior to my thumbs constructing this sentence. Having never smelled Aventus for myself (unless by chance in public and my plebeian nostrils couldn’t make the connection), I couldn’t be bothered to assume how close L’Aventure by AH is to it. Knowing that it’s a clear dupe of Aventus, I notice similarities in how Ventana and L’Aventure both open, and dry down. Not exactly the same, but I pick up similarities straight away. I read a comment illustrating a sort of Aventus(*L’Aventure*)/Suavage hybrid olfactory assault, sans suavagean metallic notes in the dry down, and I’ll admit it’s eerily close to that exactly. The opening though, in particular is quite peppery to me, like L’Aventure. Which I can take or leave depending on the mood I’m in, but it’s worth it to make it to the dry down of that juice. The pepper becomes lost in the aroma that surrounds me. Easy to pick it up when I smell close to my arm within the first 4-6 hours. Ventana is a lot like that, but it loses the pepper even up close within half an hour. Nice little plus in my book. There’s obviously a brighter citrus note with a strong semi-realistic pineapple (at first) and that peppery bite to start things off. Of course all of this is nuanced faintly by alcohol, and it dies away within minutes. We don’t spend much time with the top notes of the juice upon application and, by my standards, bravo to the master who crafted it. The dry down has every beautiful component of a dark “blue” summer evening fragrance. It evokes the same joy as Suavage for me, and while it really does lack the metallic note, I don’t miss it. This opinion will certainly raise an eyebrow or two; I get mostly just the bubble gum type sweetness of Dior’s entry, and the rest is more similar to Dylan Blue. Like that... sprayed on fresh clean leather. A small piece though. It’s just there kind of smoothing things out. These are first thoughts, bearing in mind, I am a novice in the world of fragrance. I’ll update again once I have this bottle broken in a little bit. All in all so far, I’m happy with this one. It seems like it will be easily worn any time of year. We’re over 100° daily where I live right now, so I’m thinking nighttime on this one until we dip back toward double digits again. This is most definitely a safe buy if you’ve ever smelled and enjoyed any of the aforementioned fragrances. It’s just easy to like. I think if one doesn’t apply too much scrutiny based solely upon comparing Ventana to other fragrances, they’d find themselves quite pleased by it. Thanks for making it this far. Keep ‘em high and tight mommies 👍🏻 P.S. Packaging is as described ubiquitously in this thread; cheap. Its contents tell its own special story though. It may not be a very long, or intricately detailed story, and that’s okay. EDIT: I finally smelled Explorer from Montblanc and they’re so similar it’s almost uncanny! Explorer has less of the peppery thing going on, but they’re basically the same otherwise.

I am a huge fan of Dior Sauvage. I don't care that everyone and their brother wears it. I've loved it since I first smelled it in 2015. Bought it on the spot before it was discounted. Along the way I've also picked up its three flankers - Very Cool Spray, EDP, and Parfum. The original EDT remains my favorite and lasts the longest on my skin with more sillage than the others mentioned. This is, of course, not a Sauvage review, however I felt I needed to include all the above info to demonstrate I am someone who considers himself a Sauvage aficionado. Have seen the percentages other reviewers have assigned to Ventana smelling close to Sauvage. Disagree with 90%. It's closer. Also disagree with 99%. It's not quite that close. I would (as objectively as I can) say that Ventana is 94% Sauvage after a thirty minute drydown. Not a clone, but a near clone. It does not have all the strong pepper of Sauvage. It does seem to have just about the same amount of ambroxan. It is as crisp and fresh as Sauvage in every other way. Not as long lasting, but I get a good six hours. Sauvage lasts a lot longer on me. I blind bought this because I wanted to see just how much of a clone it was. I would never want to give up any of my four originals for Ventana, but I am a satisfied customer nonetheless. If you can't afford the original this is a very close alternative. I have enough of the original and its flankers that I did not need this. But I did want this. Not disappointed in the least. I am recommending this strongly to all fans of Dior Sauvage EDT.

This is the best fragrance i have ever had the pleasure of smelling on a man. Opening smells bad for me but the dry down stage is intoxicating. I will say this though; it's a masterpiece in general but i only love love love it on one guy in particular. He always smells so sexy-babyish-soft and comfy-delicious and seductive-clean-cool-young but mature-bad boy, all at the same damn time! I compliment this guy every time he puts it on, which leads me to believe that it does smell different on different people. I smell it on this one guy and i feel the need to compliment him but when i smell it on other guys i just think what a good scent it is and keep it moving..... It definitely lasts long enough and leaves a trail. I will never get tired of this Scent.Also, I think it's more for younger men. like 26 to 40. I wouldn't want someone like my dad putting it on because when i smell this all i can think of is, "I believe in miracles, what is wrong, you sexy thing". So yeah definitely for the less seasoned. One of the best male fragrances for me but i haven't smelled Sauvage Dior, imagine that!

Nose Note #583 To my nose this is a better dupe of Sauvage than Urban Elixir, but this is still not an accurate clone... To my nose it still translates a closer image than Urban Elixir, but it's still very very far, for one - it has no pepper, and it doesn't feel like it has ambroxan. Urban Elixir is not bad, but it has other issues which in my opinion are worse than ones Ventana has. Let's just put it this way. Do you like Sauvage? Don't consider this a dupe. Imagine it's some cheaper european brand like Jimmy Choo that "accidently" made something that really smells like Sauvage. This is not a substitute, but damn it comes at least 80% close. Sauvage is also much stronger, but being just above average like this one comes as an advantage - you won't get tired of it like you probably will with Sauvage... Although it doesn't have the pepper I so adore in Sauvage, this is still so so good of a clone. 8.5/10, maybe the best clone of Sauvage I've come across so far despite its obvious drawbacks

So let me start with this; I love Sauvage and I can't help it. The Sauvage DNA is pretty much my favorite of well over 80+ frags I've smelled. I've got Prada LRC, Ventana, Ajmal Kuro, even Franck Olivier Bamboo.. I'm a sucker for this DNA So with a lot of experience with Sauvage and its clones, I can say Ventana is absolutely the closest 1:1 Sauvage clone unless everyone is missing a gem. For the price and similarity, this is a BUY if you're trying to get Sauv on the cheap. Ventana has the bright, metallic and synthetic blast that Sauvage does, its LOUD, albeit not as loud as Sauv. It lasts, projects, the whole 9 yards. Even if you want to get snobby about it, I still dont think you could make an argument that its not a good frag for the price, regardless. Armaf did really, really well here.

Okay, so idk if I have an untrained nose or if I'm still yet to truly analyze the smell differences between Sauvage EDT vs EDP, but this to me smells like Sauvage EDT on the first hour or hour and half and 99% exactly like Sauvage EDP the rest of the dry down. It doesn't project as strong as Sauvage EDT but it gets eerily close to the beast mode projection that Sauvage EDT has which leads me to believe this is through and through a Sauvage EDP clone, I do prefer this over Sauvage EDT just because of the price and because It smells a bit richer and more masculine than Sauvage EDT but if you have the money get Sauvage EDP, it will last twice as long as this and you just can't beat the bottle and the quality of the materials that this fragrance lacks and that becomes apparent in the opening

This is simply amazing! I personally love the Sauvage DNA and this is by far the best Sauvage clone that you can get for this money. It is more than worth it. The only difference i can tell is that it's less peppery and it performs slightly worse. I have two bottles and i am waiting for my Hunter Intense to arrive so that i know for sure should i order my 3rd Ventana bottle. If you like Sauvage and that type of fragrances don't even think about getting Ventana! I am 100% sure that you simply can't find anything better for the money, no matter how hard you try to find it. This is a steal and probably my favorite release by Armaf. I prefer it over CDNI or Tres Nuit or any other CDN they released so far.

I've been using Sauvage EDT lately, ( I also own very cool spray and edp, they are all great IMO) and bought Ventana to check if it was really that good of a clone, and I am impressed how close it is to Sauvage EDT. Now I have a cheap bottle for when I dont want to use the pricier Dior juice. I blind bought it and I am glad I did, if you like Sauvage just go for it, is ridiculous how close this is. Is not a huge deal but is too bad the bottle is so ugly, it would take a whole team brainstorming to come up with a bottle design worse than this one, you can't see how much juice is left inside, it looks ugly and is all plastic... but as long as the juice is this good I can definitely live with it.

Just got the latest batch of Ventana. The bottle is really bulky but not as bad as what people make it out to be IMO. Comparing to my Sauvage, this is less peppery. Opening is very different but once dry down, it becomes similar. Sauvage is much more potent and strong. Let’s just say Ventana is a watered down version. After 2 hours or so you hardly can smell anything other than skin scent. Can’t complain much since it’s like 1/5 of the Sauvage price. Probably use it for the gym or sports while Sauvage for more formal occasions. Overall still a good blind buy. And for those who are also considering the Armaf Sauville, this one is closer.

very very good take on sauvage edt. it is really similar. as this a take for this dna, obviously you can expect their version slightly differ from the og, like for example this doesn't have noticeable hint of spiciness from pepper.. and the whole mix that create your loved ambroxan cloud also smells bit different, though it is still very good. unfortunately ambroxan bomb type fragrance like this can be tricky to judge for lot of people because it is so so prone to olfactory fatigue. update. after quite some wears and rotations for about 2 months ish, apparently i can really notice the pepper on my skin, what 😳!

Never has a fragrance been more at variance with its wrapper than this one. Come on, Armaf, you have a highly sophisticated clone of Dior Sauvage and yet you wrap it in the daftest bottle design I have ever seen. Why did you ever think a low-rent plastic imitation of a radiator casing would be a fitting sleeve for this well- blended Sauvage dupe? Had Armaf spent more on ensuring greater longevity than in producing this dog’s dinner of a bottle, then that would have been money well-spent. Truth be told, longevity is not good. But at £25 a bottle, we can all afford the odd additional squirt.

Get this one by chance a week ago, and instantly love it! Never try Dior Sauvage, so I cannot compare. So affordable, about $26 in Indonesia, no regret. Not a fan for the bottle design, reminds me of the movie The Great Gatsby, old style, but classy and i could say, unique. I feel fresh at first spray, then over the time the dryout feels calming. The longevity I think is enough, but the sillage not so much, easily overpowered by surroundings, especially in a meeting room where everyone brings in their aromas. Matching with low profile person like me. Definitely will buy again.

Ventana is a solid savage clone i ran out of savage so blind bought this one Because I heard it was a clone of savage edt and I wanted to save money First spray and i was reminded of the sauvage dna fresh spicy its one too one in the dry down I noticed that the og savage is alot more pepper heavy wich was something that I didn't like about it but ventana takes that dna and replaces the pepper with geranium wich is so much better in the dry down its spot on as well definitely a good clone and great for compliments save money and buy ventana instead of sauvage 10/10 for me

I have to follow up to what i said few days ago after testing latest batches of both Dior Sauvage EDT and EDP. This is actually 95% Dior Sauvage EDT. I am not sure how they did it exactly because according to notes pyramid Ventana lacks both pepper and ambroxan but yeah, they are extremely similar, basically the same. EDP version of Sauvage is slightly different and smells more refined and not as loud as EDT version. Also i think that Ventana has very similar performance to current baches of both Sauvage EDT and EDP, not worse.

This perfume, to me, actually smells nice. It is very similar to Dior Sauvage. I blind bought it at a local perfume store. It's not very strong and beast mode but it's nice. I got nice whiffs of it throughout the time I wore it. Doesn't last super long but it's cheap so you might not mind reapplying. I love it as a Dior Sauvage alternative. It's not screechy or harsh. It does have a strong ambroxan scent in the very beginning but disappears soon after for me. Then you get the sweet aromatic scent that mimics Sauvage.

An excellent clone of Sauvage. My coworker was wearing Sauvage and the projection smelled identical to this. It really gives off a pepperiness despite what the notes on here say. Personally I love the peppery tones and it really sets itself apart from other citrus-based fragrances. Performance is excellent as some have said. This projects well and lasts a long time on your clothes. People are likely going noseblind to this because it is fairly potent in my opinion. Maybe 2-3 sprays max for the office.

*Blind buy I did try Dior Savauge afterwards to compare. This is more of the sweetness and I can't stop smelling myself. Dior Savauge does add a more manly scent, maybe the pepper, but I love the sweetness more. I only get a solid 4hours though and faintly smell it at about 6. Eventually I will test out how long Savauge will last me, and if I can get a Solid 6-8 then I would just end up sticking with Savauge. I still highly recommend this if you just want to spend a little less before committing.

The opening is very lemony the first 20 minutes, then the woody, aromatic and amber notes come up. It projects for about 4 hours and last for about 6. It's versatile and you could buy it blindly. I haven't tried Sauvage, so I picked it without any preconceptions. It's similar to "Insurrection II Pure Reyane Tradition for Men", but Insurrection is less complex and lasts less. The bottle has sharp edges, tries to be like a window or something metallic but it's plastic.

Recently got this, I don't have DS so I can't compare the smell. It smells soapy on me, is it right? Lol. But I like it because it smells fresh and clean, and is also less offensive. I don't notice difference on opening and the drydown so I'll try to macerate it. Longevity is on trial now lol but I wish minimum is 6hrs. My batch is 09/22 Update: I dont know if I am just noseblinded or the performance of this is weak, I cant smell it 30 minutes after spraying.

This is my 2nd review on here and I bought this for its comparison to Dior sauvage. I didn’t want to spend 100+$ to smell like everyone else since sauvage is overused but I gotta be honest this is quite similar. Lasts a pretty long time, smells great, projects a nice freshness quite well, some say ugly bottle but whatever I’ve seen worse. If you want a good fresh fragrance that doesn’t cost a fortune this is a no-brainer/blind buy 100% 8/10.

Smells the same as Sauvage. Maybe slightly louder. Sauvage slightly more refined...maybe. Pretty much eliminates the need for Sauvage if your buying purely off scent, In some ways I prefer Ventana..liquirice + pepper is stronger in ventana. Its true Ventana has slight alcohol blast at first but it passes in like 30 seconds. The bottle sucks for sure. Ventana way closer than Pride of Armaf, which is also nice but different.

Beautiful scent. It opens up different than Sauvage, more citrus, specially on that mandarine and lemon. It still gives that Sauvage vibes, but after 10-15 minutes, that lavender starts to shine and for my nose, its a 1:1 clone. Its JUST like Sauvage. In my skin, it lasts around 8 hours, the first hour projecting good, then it starts to get more personal. And on the 6-8 hour close to skin, but not extremely close.

I purchased this fragrance around a week ago, and while initially on the fence about it, I eventually fell in love with this. I sampled the real Dior Suavage EDT in Dillard's, and prefer Armaf's interpretation. Sauvage is, to my nose, far too peppery. While not containing any real pepper notes, after the top notes dissipate Ventana has some kind of phantom pepper note that develops, which is quite interesting.

Seriously there is nothing to say about this. I sprayed a shot of this on my right wrist and Sauvage EDP on my left wrist. They are 98% the same and I have not tried any clone that is so similar like this before. Not only the scent, I can also feel it touches my throat when I smell it closely, exactly like Sauvage. This fragrance makes me sell my Sauvage EDP and I think this is a really good deal

Just got the bottle. Here are my 2 cents Scent: 9/10 (10 minutes into the dry-down, 99% Sauvage-like just a bit sweeter) Projection/Sillage: 7/10 (need the help of breeze to let others smell) Longevity: 7/10 (Lasts about 5 hours on my skin) Cost: 20/10 ($29 CAD...) Overall: 9/10 (If you are fond of Sauvage but feel like Dior is ripping you off, just buy this. I love it)

Had this for $38sgd/27+USD since Apr 2022. First use and opening It didn't impressed me, harsh and chemical on the start. After some hours it becomes CD Sauvage like. Allow the bottle to sit and it becomes much better and a pretty good inspired juice of CD Sauvage. Performance is pretty decent on projection and silage. Overall price should not be any higher.

Almost identical to sauvage EDP to me and my wife maybe a little more citrusy can easily take its place as a very cheap alternative you can over spray without care. This so far is the best clone I’ve found almost identical to the original just not as strong projection and staying power but for around 1/5 the price it’s perfect.

It almost 95% similar to dior sauvage after fruity opening without a blast of pepper. It was weaker than sauvage on my skin. You can use it without offending anybody. It's a cheaper and good alternative for dior sauvage. Bottle design kind tacky, but the sprayer is good. Rating: 8/10(buy this if love dior sauvage)

Fugazzi for sure. It smells like a knock off of Sauvage teetering on car air freshener. This is the fragrance equivalent of a knock off Rolex. That being said, if you squint it's mint! This does smell good for what it is & for the price it wins the bout but this couldn't ever contend with the big boys on its own.

Wait till dry down and enjoy the feel of dior sauvage😍. Opening is too harsh so better to not smell closely because it will numb your smell senses for sure. After dry down all i can smell is peppery note along with the citrus and woody touch to it.🍋🌶 Its bang for the bucks and no brainer deal. Just go for it💌

this is the very best sauvage clone possibly even better than the original as i own both of them ..... man is this thing good as hell!!! its an edp so your going to get performance and longevity and alot of "what do you have on it smells so good" man i love this fragrance another hit from armaf!!!

Okay the person who reviewed this below me is a friend of mine, yup this smells great, blind buy worthy. Silage isn’t that great, but you get whiffs of it sometimes throughout the day, sprayed once on my hoodie in the morning, still getting whiffs at night, amazing for the price imo 9/10

update : its been a couple days wearing this and ive received 7 compliments and i kid you not people will ask you is that sauvage ??? please do yourself a favor and buy this fragrance its literally Dior sauvage for half the price even less totally recommend it.

Dry down is very much like dior Sauvage. I asked my wife could not tell the difference between the two she said they smell the same. The opening is the only thing different between the two. Ventana has a very strong opening that mellows on the dry down.

So I bought it around 14 bucks in Europe and I love it... if you are on a budget and love Dior Sauvage EDT go for this one! Easy blind buy worthy. The only disadvantage I can think of is that the bottle is really ugly. Who cares tho?

Definitely similar to Sauvage. I own Ventana, purchased from Amazon $27. Sauvage has that great peppery note where Ventana has a fruitier opening. Very similar however. Instant hit, blind buy safe IF you like Sauvage.

It's a very nice fragrance... But I think it's too weak. I prefer stronger and definitely longer lasting ones. This one didn't last long on me. About 3 hours after that the smell is gone. Sauvage last much longer!

Worth every penny! Affordable! Great strong citrusy scent without smell of cheap alcohol. Lavender and cedar dry down lasts a long time. Bottle is unfortunately very tacky, but the juice is great.

Great blind buy, very siminar to original Sauvage EDT, my wife complimented me first time I wore it :). Performance is not beast mode but original is also nor a beast anymore so its the same!

You don't have to like it in order to buy it for yourself. Trust me when i say people around you will like it on you. Safe blind buy for men (I enjoy smelling it on younger men, 26-44 years).

Considering the price, I can only say this is an awesome fragrance..if you cant afford sauvage right now, go for this and for the price you can find this, you wont be dissapointed:)

I just got this. I have a decant of Sauvage and it smells pretty darn close to me. Different in the opening but that same great dry down. Great Job Armaf. Happy with my purchase!

Smells very close to Dior Sauvage in the drydown, decent longevity and sillage. Recommended if you do not want to spend money on Sauvage but want a similar smell.

kinda disappointed because it doesn’t have the spicy pepper on the opening that what makes sauvage interesting imo. but for the price it’s good enough.

This is awesome. Really close from Sauvage, only clear difference = it's a little less "peppery". Awesome performance if you spray on clothes.

Great alternative to dior sauvage edt long lasting aswell, I have received many compliments wearing this Ventana from armaf.

85% similar to sauvage. Less Pepper up top, lower quality , and more citrus heavy.Projects heavy. Great for the price

98 percent Sauvage with longevity around 6-7 hours on my skin. Crazy stuff and yes - it's that good!

The best sauvage clone and 3 times cheaper. Lasts around 7-8 hours. Definitely recommend!
