Voyage Bleu

Ok so being new to this "hobby" of collecting and reviewing perfumes I ask you to take my "review" with a pinch of salt. Although I've owned a lot of perfumes I'm no expert by any means in the field of perfumery. I picked this scent up after I bought a really cheap dupe of BDC. The dupe was nice but only lasted an hour or so. Since I enjoyed that one I decided to buy a " better dupe" of BDC. I should mention that I haven't actually had the opportunity to smell BDC at all. I just thought for myself that if the dupes smell this good then the real deal must smell incredible which I'm sure it does. Anyway, I bought the armaf voyage bleu and like it really really much. Regardless of how BDC smells , this is truly one of my favourite to go scents. It's fresh , it's easy and when it dries down it's magical to my nose. I love it. Very cheap and perfect for a beginner like me. I don't care about the bottle and how it looks or what is weighs. It all about the juice and me like! One day when my wallet allows me I'll surely buy the real deal but until that day comes ( or not) I'll gladly rock this during spring and summer. Very newbie friendly scent, very simple. I know there's a ton of dupes out there , some of them probably far better than this one but honestly I'm not hunting for an exact clone since I don't even know what the original smells like. I'm just giving you my personal and very humble opinion. I like this stuff.

I blind bought it and im happy i did it. It got above my expectations. That fragrance stays on my skin for about 8 hours, projects around 2 hours.(yep, there is harsh opening)I have not used it for 3 days and i can still smell it on my jacket. It Really worth it for that price. I recommend it ! Scent: 8/10 Longevity:9/10 Projection:7/10 Price:10/10

I hate the blend so much it smells cheap and synthetic. After 30 min it starts to smell like black tea in the air. Very bad performance as well. Doesn't smell anything like BDC lmao. Like the presentation and the magnetic cap not the juice inside.

Awesome Clone of Bleu de Chanel Eau de Parfum, the first 10-15 sprays are quite faint as a scent but after 3-4 days of use everything comes in place and the magic goes on for quite a long time

This smells way better than Armaf cdn iconic. The performance ain't bad either if you spray enough.

As it goes with clones, you're paying a much lower cost for a reason. Sometimes that isn't the case as with this one. Bottle is weird (less weird than most Armaf releases, so you come to expect it), sprayer is great. Magnetic cap. Overall, a quality presentation if not a bit tacky. The scent? BdC EDT in a nutshell even though this is an EDP. It doesn't smell quite as good (or exact) but the difference is negligible compared to the price. Nobody will be able to tell the difference except for the frag snob. It smells good and it's extremely affordable. Just know, it's a BdC clone. The best one I've smelled but still, a clone, so the quality is obviously not the same. I would say the performance is even less desirable compared to Chanel BdC EDT. So, in that regard, pretty damn terrible. One hour of decent sillage and two more of skin scent. At least in this instance, you're not paying a ton of money for it. I wanted this to be a solid replacement but it's not. Be prepared to bathe in the stuff.

Warning - If you are looking for Bleu De Chanel alternative you should skip this and buy the real one instead. They are not and will never be a cheap BDC substitute for whatever reasons. While it has a bit of BDC resemblance in the dry down, the overall quality is subpar. I have tested side-by-side and can confirm that BDC scent has a much higher quality and you could feel it almost instantly after sniffed. Armaf Bleu Voyage is good enough in its way, just not as a BDC substitution. That's all. Longevity - 7.5 / 10 - You could feel it for around 6-10 hours depends on the weather. Sillage - 6 / 10 - You would have a moderate sillage for around 1.30 hours before came close to skin scents for the rest. Verdict: This is not a good buy regardless of how cheap it is.

A mild blue, gentle spicy citrus forward scent. On my skin - it sports arms length sillage & 6hr longevity, - great for the office as it's totally inoffensive. .. If applied too lightly it quickly becomes a skin scent within the first 2hrs which is a shame as the profile is surprisingly quite beautiful. Sissy sprayers won't find this fragrance worth the price even though it's a solid cheapie. *The spray nozzle itself is far too mist fine for my liking. .. Personally I love this scent, I use it primarily when layering, I just wish it was more robust & a little more potent. 7/10. Ignore the snobs, the bottle is interesting & well made in my opinion. It's a decent masculine cheapie, you could do a lot worse at twice the price.

I find this nice smelling, it pushes off you well in the first hour especially. Projection starts dropping after that but keeps a nice scent bubble around you for a couple hours more. For twenty quid it does offer acceptable quality. Iconic Blue is the more popular clone now but I'm happy with this till I run out. I'll stay loyal to my lesser known clone 😁 In the air somebody would think your wearing BDC. I've worn proper BDC before and obviously it has more going on in the opening especially. The real one smells of higher quality ingredients but surprisingly for it's cost it's no more longer lasting than this.

Got this in Apr 2022 for $35sgd/25+USD? Very clumsy bottle and the cap. Opens very synthetic and chemical like, blasts your noses with the pepper and makes one sneezes. Allow it to sit some months and it gets kinda better but still don't like how it opens but it becomes better when it settles after an hr or two and becomes BDC Edt like. My Mrs dislike this scent profile thou. Too many BDC inspired frags by Armaf itself and don't even mention other brands.

Yes, it's a bdc clone. Lacks depth of bdc and missing the strong ginger note and incense. However, it's more potent than bdc imho as it lasts longer than bdc with the same number of sprays. For someone who can't afford Chanel this is definitely a welcome addition in the wardrobe. People who have trained nose and those who have used many bottles of bdc may find it flat and cheap but otherwise it's a win for many.

I wouldn't call it "dirt cheap" as another reviewer did, but at less than 1/3rd the price of Bleu de Chanel, it is a fair imitator (not clone). The head citrus notes are pronounced, and the sandalwood, cedarwood, and patchouli give a heady, masculine finish. A quite refreshing fragrance, but it doesn't last long and is not far-reaching. Overall, I'll stay with Chanel's BDC, thank you ! Feb 2019.

Much better than Tag-him, incense here is more prominent. Still synthetic and harsh in the first 10 minutes (way less than Tag-him though), after that it starts to develop into a more sophisticated scent which is remarkably close to Bleu de Chanel, overall a good clone by Armaf.

Smells exactly the same like bdc edt side by side except voyage bleu with; More floral, lack a little of ginger and incense. In the air, they're the same. You do get alcohol mess at the opening not as smooth as the real deal. Longevity is better than the real deal thou..

Bleu de Chanel clone. That same fresh citrus with slight woodiness. However, it lacks the beautiful depth the incense adds in the original BdC. Yet, it is definitely worth considering given the huge price difference between the two.

I like the DNA of this edp, but the cologne itself reminds me of something you would find at a clothing shop for teenagers. It's a little too young for me: I'm 40 btw. Good news is that it was 20 bucks, so I'm gonna use it as an air freshener at my place. I think if you're a bit younger and on a budget, you'll dig it. I like the bits of incense and spice, but they are overshadowed by the sweet citrus notes.

Has a very good citrus/ginger initial smell, but as quickly as 1hr wears down to a very minty/synthetic soapy smell and not very pleasant on my skin. 5/10

#787 in my "Tour de Fragrance" I picked up Armaf "Voyage Titan" a year ago, and I like that scent despite fairly middling performance for an EDP, so I decided to pick up the three flankers and see what's what. Armaf would probably like us to think this is a Bleu de Chanel clone, but if so they missed the mark significantly. It's missing some key notes from the Chanel, especially the musk which dulls the citrus in Bleu de Chanel keeping it from coming off as screechy as it does in this scent. And this is definitely synthetic bergamot as my sneezing fit tells me. As with all citrus that screechiness chills in the dry down, but then there isn't much left but a little wood, some pink pepper and a vague hint of bergamot that smells like you were cutting citrus fruit yesterday and didn't shower. It's very Nautica/Tommy Bahama level performance. Projection for an hour. Skin scent for two to three, which is more than what I got from the Chanel and why I never bought another bottle of the Chanel, which I consider a mediocre fragrance that only got popular because of the Chanel brand power, not because anyone actually found it to be a triumph in perfumery. This is a summer style day scent, but in hot weather this will disappear quickly. It was cheap so I'm not lamenting the purchase, but I'll probably never wear this.

Guys please stop comparing every cologne from Armaf to Blue de chanel or Invictus. It’s not okay to set people up with such false expectations. Upon reading certain reviews I can tell who takes their reviews seriously and who doesn’t. Pro tip: if you’re going to compare a scent to another, try leaving a detailed description as to how you got your opinion. An example would be; explaining if it’s in the opening, mid, or base. I own both BDC edt and edp, and this is nothing even close. When I see a review just saying it’s a BDC clone, sorry, that’s not good enough. I need more than that, and so does everyone else. Now, this does have some small bits of DNA Versace Dylan blue that I pick up in the opening, but in the dry down it barely resembles BDC. I respect other people’s opinions, but sometimes I just feel like others are way off. The citrus and the alcohol in this is a little strong. Is it worth the 30$ price tag? Definitely not. Jump to another Armaf cologne. I don’t even love BDC, it’s decent, but I grew tired of it. Saying that though, BDC is it’s own masterpiece, and nothing from Armaf has come close. This is very average. 5/10

Had high hopes for this because other Armafs I have tried have been excellent. Voyage Bleu, however, while long lasting and strong in sillage smells harsh, sharply synthetic. Yes it has a close similarity to original BdC but definitely not BdC Parfum. BdC Parfum is a much spicier scent with an Oud/Incense flavour - I currently have a 2ml sample of this and definitely prefer it to Armaf Voyage Bleu and original BdC. Voyage Bleu holds on to an astringent lemon/nutmeg/ginger accord that kinda burns the nostrils. The scent trail is ok but not remarkable and doesn't exude the usual Armaf quality. No Voyage Bleu is much closer to Scorpio Collection Night which is around the same price point but a more pleasant scent to wear overall - to my nose at least. :o) I do feel bad being so brutal on my review of Voyage Bleu but I just don't dig it. I'm very much still an Armaf fan though.

I was an OK fragrance 10 years ago with mid performance. Today, there are dozens in this scent profile that perform much better. Look elsewhere.

I've owned Bleu de Chanel in the distant, foggy past, and I currently own Dylan Blue. My weak memory mistakenly linked the two together as sniffing much the same. Then I took delivery of Voyage Bleu, and I gave it its first outing around the house—an evening of relaxation and not doing much. The wearing of Voyage Bleu brought BDC back vivid. Voyage Bleu smells more like BDC than BDC does, it is a caricature. It is in eau de parfum concentration too, and it was still on my hoodie this morning, singing away to itself. It's still there now, 24 hours later. Of all my seventy-odd fragrances, I feel compelled to write on this one—all £7.50 worth of it. I'm deliberating over my words for the sake of a cheap bottle of clone-juice. But heed me—whatever steps you need to take to acquire this, do so without dallying. I have no clue as to projection and sillage. Trust me, you won't care. Scrap that... You will smell yourself where you've been, where you are. Great, visible jet trails will form in your wake and in your sitting, and your associates will squint at you through the fug. Remember the final scene in 'Perfume' (great film), when Grenouille unleashes the vial on the multitude, and they all succumb to its charm, and they are rendered useless in its presence? Voyage Bleu is that weapon. Put me in my coffin with this on.

I excepted the hate posts towards this fragrance to be made by frag snobs, however I can say that this is not good at all. Tag-Him by Armaf I find much better because it's goes into soapy direction and does not try to imitate BDC so much. This smells like it's trying to imitate BDC so much that it sacrifices the overall experience just to get closer to resembling it. It's too screechy synthetic and not smooth at all. Projection is too big, perfume is too bright compared to BDC. Rating here is too high imho, should be around 3. However! I started using it in my washing machine and for that use it's perfect. I mix it with my Silan Blue Sky fabric softener and that creates nice cedary kinda smell, with geranium base notes from the Silan softener, does not clash at all. For detergent I use Persil green gel. The clothes come out smelling clean fresh and masculine. I only paid 10€ for the bottle so I don't mind using it in this way. TLDR: On skin - prepare that you probably won't like it. In washing machine - perfect

So I wanted to make another review on Voyage Bleu simply because people compare it to BDC.. Having said that I’m gonna dive right into this. I literally sprayed this and my bottle of BDC EDP on me next to each other.. Now listen before fragrance nazis get to angry. Do these two scents smell similar? Absolutely! Probably more to the EDT of BDC. But it’s NOT BDC!!! Having said that here where I live Armaf Voyage Bleu is 85 dollars for 3.4 oz and BDC EDP is 95 dollars for 1.7 oz. so for the price I’d say if you want to smell pretty darn similar and CLOSE to BDC without breaking the bank! By all means buy Armaf. However if you want the timeless, measureless, amazing scent that can be worn from anywhere to the beach to the cold winters in KY, that’s literally the “panty dropper” for the ladies so to speak ;) but not literally lol BDC is the safest bet! And as for me I prefer the EDP. However the choice is yours ;)

Voyage Bleu opens with lemon, bergamot, and grapefruit, bright and uplifting with a touch of pink pepper that adds sparkle. It feels fresh, crisp, and in line with the Bleu de Chanel style. I've owned this for a year now and can attest that this is the closest to Bleu de Chanel than any other clone. It has a nice incense note to it that makes it very masculine. I think it is better than Armaf Tag-Him (had a bottle of that as well) since the opening of Voyage is a lot smoother. My favorite Bleu de Chanel clone would have to be Perry Ellis Pour Homme, but Voyage Bleu is more accurate to the original BdC. Even though Voyage Bleu is closer to the original fragrance, I prefer PE Pour Homme because it is sweeter and a tad more fresh. Either way, both are exceptional clones if you don't want to spend the money on the original BdC (discounters don't sell Chanel products so it will be full price).

1. Bottle – Thick glass with magnetic cap. Pretty neat actually. Decent sprayer 2. Fragrance – Clone of Bleu de Chanel Parfum from Chanel. One of the best opening and top notes I have ever encountered. Very good clone. Better than its brother Tag Him from the same brand. 3. Longevity – This is where it hurts. 2-3 hrs with 3 sprays. Very Poor for a eau de parfum, it does not make sense 4. Silage – Poor. 1 ft. Advice - Spray it on clothes rather than on skin. 5. Price – Dirt cheap 6. Overall – 5 / 10 (A bit generic smell but personally I find it really fresh and nice) 7. Should you buy / skip – Skip. There are better clones out there for Blue de Chanel. Did I mention the opening though?

Dear Armaf, Someone on your factory floor has a great sense of humour... Kindly congratulate Him/Her for amping up the company revenues! Otherwise, who on Earth would pump the same exact perfume juice into 4-5 different bottles with a new name! 😂 Ok folks, there's 1. Armaf Tag-Him 2. Armaf Shades Blue 3. Armaf Voyage Bleu 4. Armaf Marjan Silver Homme all are reminiscent of the Shannel's Blue cash-cow... Armaf Marjan Silver is better one among all Armaf B d C cousins, or perhaps it's the latest launch! 🙆♂️ Still can't seem to stop laughing at that Sterling Employee of the Decade!

This is a beautiful summers breeze on a yacht in St Trope... Smells expensive and deep but not overpowering so still suitable for day time and evening. It lingers on & on & on & on. Armaf bottles are always gorgeous. Well made & expensive type of bottles. Vetiver, cedar, sandalwood with a dash of pure blue sea in there. What's not to loveee. Longevity is not as great as some Armaf but 3/4 hours will do & nothing wrong with a top up!

Bought this about a month or two ago and it’s an outstanding fragrance. Very clean and fresh scent! Bottle and magnetic lid is pretty cool too for real. I’ve seen several say that the longevity is bad on this cologne which I have to strongly disagree. The first night I bought it, I sprayed it and wore it out on the town and it lasted the whole night and i could even still smell it on my clothes the next morning.

Yaah. Blei de channel copy.not that good in terms of performace but more compliments i received this juice everytime i wear

An uninspiring cheap edition in a horrible clunky bottle. I’ve hardly used it.

all I can smell is Bergamot and pink pepper . smell average nothing unique

This is BDC no two ways about that give it a shot you won’t regret
