Haters are going to hate, but let’s be real: this is a very nicely done fragrance. There are way too many snobs out there with more money than sense who get mad when a Middle Eastern house nails a DNA that usually costs way more than it’s actually worth. They hate seeing regular folks smelling just as good for a fraction of the price, so they try to trick people on here by downvoting the "reminds me of" section or claiming it smells like something else. But the real ones know what this resembles------if you know, you know. Do your homework. As for the scent, yeah, it leans feminine, but I love using this to layer my darker leather and oud fragrances. It adds a softer, fruity touch that brings a serious level of elegance to the mix. That said, you can absolutely rock this on its own. It’s well-done and high quality. I even gifted a bottle to my sister and she’s obsessed with it. For all the snobs with your ghost accounts downvoting everything: go ahead and keep on hating while the rest of us stay smelling great.

#1430 in my "Tour de Fragrance" A Mideastern oud/incense/rose scent, trying to copy Louis Vuitton "Matiere Noir", and a very good copy. A little closer on the fruitiness than Maison Alhambra "Jean Lowe Matiere." Anfar London "Bruno Imperial", Adyan "Amber Extreme", Flavia "Privee No 6" all try to copy the Vuitton, but I would choose this over the other clones. The very floral opening comes off feminine but the dry down is acceptably unisex. I'm debating whether I will keep this or give it to a girlfriend, though I'm perfectly happy to wear it. I think this is carpool. elevator and small office safe after thirty minutes. Just don't bathe in it. Easily lasts till lunch.
