Chakra 3 Equipoise

Spa in a bottle. This blend is invigorating, calming, fresh and wonderful. The citrus is minimal but the fir and lavender is about 50/50 and it’s quite powerful.It’s totally worth the money but they are switching out the glass bottles for plastic ones so not sure whether the formula will change or be diluted or anything like that. I love this so much.

Given the lavender component, Aveda Chakra 3 was naturally the last of this series to join my collection, as I generally steer clear of lavender perfumes. In the end, I capitulated to yet another blind buy, because all of the other Chakras were so wonderful. I am not disappointed with this one either. The lavender is balanced beautifully from the one side by fir tree balsam, and from the other side by lemon leaf. What a delightfully aromatic combination this is: by turns it is purple or yellow or green, with the fir winning out as the dominant note to my nose. Chakra 3 is strong--nothing like a body spray at all--and might be too strong for some people to wear as perfume, but it really does feel great and rejuvenating. It's every bit as refreshing as the feeling of hiking to the summit of a mountaintop in the springtime while temperatures are cool. Clean and natural and green. The notes are more characteristic of masculine colognes, but I recommend this power-enhancing tonic to guys and gals alike!

This Chakra spray helps me stay focused and motivated at work when I'm feeling distracted and burned out. No joke! My fiance tried it and said he was a powerhouse at work that day. Now we each keep one at work and reapply as needed. A coworker came in after I sprayed it today and commented that "something smelled good".
