Chakra 7 Bliss

This creation boasts a hefty dose of angelica, but the elemi and olibanum are also readily detectable. There are no real surprises here, since it is basically a solution of three notes. Conspicuously absent are flowers, which will be appreciated by some but not others. This is definitely a unisex blend! It's probably possible to create this sort of fragrance for one's self using essential oils, but the proportions here are perfect--if you happen to be looking for angelica, elemi, and olibanum--and the price is very reasonable ($30 for 100ml), especially since this "body spray" wears just like an eau de toilette. I have become increasingly disenchanted with loud aromachemicals and am moving more and more toward natural perfumes, so this series of reasonably priced organic fragrances was a pleasant surprise to me. They are also savory, not sweet, unlike most recent mainstream perfume launches. The entire series is unisex, and the quality is very good. They are probably worth testing just to find out what the natural notes really smell like!

This is not the Aveda Bliss I recall. Guess I am showing my age - but does anyone else remember the original scents? I have the tiniest bit of Bliss left in an atomizer & can only hope to find another scent to rival it. 'twas once described as such: Chakra VII -- BLISS -- A delightful floral-spice aroma combining jasmine, bergamot, rose and 75 other pure flower and plant essences and their natural derivatives. Elements: Air, Water, Earth, Fire If anyone knows the scent I'm describing and can suggest something similar I would really appreciate it.

yes I think this is the one I purchase ages ago and why they discontinued dont know it was AMAZING and nothing like it out there....from what can gather was popular.....sooooo why discontinue
