Black Suede Hot

Saw some mixed reviews around here. For me personally, it doesn't smell cheap or generic, it's different and has a little bit of its own personality. I really like the opening as well as the dry down. On my skin(dry and overall not good for fragrances) it lasts up to 12h and the projection is good for couple of hours too(3 to 4 hours maybe). I wore it few times in the fall and one or two times in winter(might be good for early spring also). It's a great deal if you're into cheap tobacco fragrances which last long and projects good(I repeat, it might not perform good on everyone's skin but considering that on my skin a lot of fragrances don't last, this really does the job despite being an EDT). I'll give it a solid 9/10.

Ceylon cinnamon and Bourbon whisky are missing from the notes in Fragrantica. These are actually the main notes of this scent as advertised by Avon and also felt! The cinnamon and Bourbon combination is very sharp, this is a strong spicy and boozy scent. The HOT version is for me longer lasting than it's Black Suede predecessors, I think there are more modern molecules in use here. Hot it's actually a warm scent thus best used in colder weather day or night time. Due to it's spiciness and strenght I would tend to wear it mostly informally nowadays.

This is the best perfume for me. It is just wow. It last long. Have very good and fence smell. Smells pipe , with whiskey in room with Aircon on and leather sofa. Something unique. I was looking for this smell untill today. I got it. The best ever. For menos the best

This is my 3rd fragrance that i tried (ever) and its the most masculine thing you can imagine, It has a strong bergamot smell. Imagine going to a gym locker room, this is exactly what everybody would be wearing.

Hugo boss, the scent... But very very cheaper.. I love this long lasting and beautiful smelling scent... Worth 13 quid for 75ml of anyone's money. 👍👍

Smells very spicy and masculine, but also very heavy. You can really smell the tobacco. It’s one of the few Avon fragrances I like, it’s nothing too unique but it just works. Unfortunately I don’t really use this anymore since I’ve found better winter fragrances that also match my taste better, but if you want a cheap masculine winter fragrance this is pretty solid

not my favorite black suede, but very decent. i've had intense a long time ago and i think i liked that better than this one. sticks on skin pretty well, smells masculine but not excessively so. can be a little bit overpowering, but very good for the price.

The first time I applied it, I didn't like this perfume. I found them very biting, sharp and flat. After subsequent tests, my impressions were more favorable and although they still do not fully suit my taste due to their sometimes clumsy, aggressive character, I think that considering Avon and the low price range they are quite good. Black Suede Hot opens with a strong hit of bergamot and black pepper. The beginning is piercing and this is the stage I like the least. After a few minutes, when the prickly freshness of bergamot calms down and cinnamon joins the pepper, it gets much better. The scent is still quite spicy, but the hint of cinnamon adds a pleasant warmth and spicy atmosphere. After a while, spicy, sweet tobacco comes into play and this is the most interesting stage, although there is nothing groundbreaking here, but it is simply nice and even cozy. There is also a hint of whiskey, which makes the composition drier. I also smell something like dried red fruit. I've read a lot of opinions that these perfumes have very good parameters, which I haven't experienced on my skin. Longevity, considering what Avon usually offers, is quite good - the scent stays on the skin for about 6 hours, but the projection is quite weak, only for maybe the first hour something breaks away from the skin. At the beginning it seems that the perfume will be loud, because it emanates quite strongly for a few minutes after application, which is more due to the loud notes. However, the aroma fades very quickly and stays close to the skin until the end of its existence. It is not a very sophisticated composition, it is rather flat, similar to many other fragrances placed in red bottles, but for the price of several dozen zlotys it offers decent quality and due to the low price, Black Suede Hot should be assessed quite well. It's not a first-class fragrance, there are better and nobler ones in this climate, but I appreciate Avon's attempts to create something decent for a few pennies. And I almost always like the combination of cinnamon and tobacco, here this duo played well and without excessive artificiality. Just a little more depth and a little more power. On the one hand, the composition is expressive and masculine, but on the other hand, its ceiling is still much too low. 6/10

This is trying to copy Hugo Boss The Scent and it has that Maninka note but much cheaper smelling. Little bit of sweet pipe tobacco and touch of pepper, and that's it. Ok for anyone who likes H.Boss The Scent, a cheaper alternative indeed, anyways I'm not a fan. For me: 4.5/10

Un parfum diferit! Este o combinatie dintr o nota alcoolica ,piper negru si condimente indiene. Longevitatea nu este una buna , proiectia este una mediocra. Clar un parfum pentru zilele mai reci. Avand in vedere pretul de achizitie , este o alegere decenta.

Smells NOTHING like Hugo Boss The Scent. I have both. This is heavy on the tobacco and whiskey. Those who say this is Hugo Boss The Scent better get your nose checked. Nothing ground breaking. Best for cold weather.

One word to describe this fragrance - DISASTER! Cheap smelling not performing chemical mess. I am talking about big mess! 0/10
