Smells so pleasant. Reminds me of Cypress and Grapevine cologne intense by Jo Malone, even though the notes listed for both fragrances are completely different. I loved the smell of Cypress so much, but when I tried it on my skin, the scent turned extremely musty and rancid smelling. I was so disappointed, because it smelled so earthy and sexy to me on the fragrance paper strip in Sephora. However, thank God, I randomly received and I tried on a sample of this Avon fragrance yesterday, and it acted the way I wish Cypress would have! My body chemistry accepted the Avon one and it remained so pleasant and sexy on my skin, until it disappeared a while later. I didn't expect long longevity, because of course it's a toilette, but I am so happy to have suddenly found a Cypress dupe!

Mesmerize Ultimate is primarily composed of tart citrus, pepper, and woods (such as Vetiver), with a hint of patchouli. On my skin, it lasts for about 5-6 hours, and if you spray it on your clothes too, it can last for an hour or so more. I really enjoy this fragrance and would highly recommend it. However, it's important to note that it is nothing like YSL L'Homme, Invictus, or Explorer - it's in a league of its own. Despite this, I believe it's worth having in your collection.
