True Life

Got This Perfume to gift to my Cousin. I got a tester of it along with my purchase, so I decided to try the tester to see if the fragrance meets her standards of what she generally likes. I applied it onto my wrists and instantly I got the Lemon Blossom and sweet Rose smell, Its clear from the first spray that Avon turned to Dolce and Gabbana for inspiration as it melds 2 of their scents together Rose The One And Light Blue The scent is really Champagne like in the sense that it smells like a sweet rose champagne. The notes I get most is Rose, Lemon Blossom, Champagne, and Musk. Its a great day to day perfume for work, or on weekends when you're out and about at home or going for a quick visit to the mall, it is very pretty and girlish and it has good lasting power for an Avon release (5 Hours) with a close proximity radiation. In all its a perfect fragrance for a girl, or guy (who does not mind its floral notes) as the floral notes take a backseat on my skin and it ends up smelling like a Black Xs for men with added musk and rose. I for one will love to smell this of a girl or a lady as it is Fresh, Summery and playful. I give True Life For Her an 81 out of 100.

low price does not mean cheap. this fragrance is a summer hit;the dominate note is lemon blossom which give the fragrance a creamy citrus smell (not the sharp smell of lemon ) mixed with musky roses. It is true a life ;It makes me breathe.I get a lot of compliments when ever I wear it. It has a moderate sillage and longevity overall it is creamy fresh summer fragrance that I enjoyed a lot

I have a tester for this but I can't smell rose at all! I'm still unsure if it may be the men's version in the wrong bottle. Either way, I like it.

A slightly more flowery DG Light Blue. It has a hint of grass too. If you are looking for a light, budget perfume for any season, you can go for it. Longevity is good and sillage is moderate on me. True Life is ideal if you need to feel just lightly scented. I use it when I feel tired and a bit down to handle anything but still need a scent. I also found that True Life works as a wonderful, calming bedtime scent for me. It's somehow unisex, fresh quality reminds me of men's cologne and I sleep like a baby.

I think that's my favorite fresh scent. It's not "perfumey" with a heavy sillage or has a too sharp of a freshness (like Acqua di Gioia) which tortures the senses. It's not accentuated and neither leans towards the masculine citrusy edge of the spectrum. And as I said earlier, it's a bit more flowery than DG Light Blue which is a big, soft, creamy lemon pie.
