Chevalier Noir

Pretty good TF ombre leather clone. I have a Maison Alhambra Galatea as well, which is a PdM Godolphin clone and they are pretty close, Chavalier Noir maybe a bit darker/smokier. Longevity was bad in the begining, but got better and is now 5-6h. Silage is average and turns in to a skin scent after an hour. Bottle and atomizer are nice, the cap is magnetic but quite weak (can't lift by the cap). Good colder weather day/night fragnance, office safe. For 15 bucks it was a good blind buy, but Galatea is overall a better choice (and usually even cheaper)

This magnificent steal of a fragrance is the perfect combination of smoke, leather and plastic notes. Plasticised leather on top of smokey ashy base . Very intense, royal sillage, duration surely over 7-8 hours, for me more than enough. Not a safe blind buy but at that pricepoint who cares? A bit synthetic at start but really, I could not ask for more than that , 10-15€ for 100ml with that duration and sillage. It can see how it can be not a comforting but daring smell. For what it does, I am impressed.

1/10 Blind buy ($13) from a discounter Mother's Day sale. Poorly constructed bottle, just cheap, fake leather band wasn't long enough so they just left an 1/8in gap in the back with adhesive showing. Scent is low, low quality; I like leather fragrances and this one is far more plasticky patent leather than a quality jacket or car interior. I'll give it a month to hopefully get a little better.

Took a chance on this one when it was deeply discounted on Amazon ($12). • Very nice bottle with a magnetic cap and a good atomizer, but the juice inside is not great. • Too dark, harsh, and synthetic for my nose. • This one is a write-off.
