Azzaro Aqua Frost

This is a charming summer scent for daytime. The balance of citrus and sweetness is simply perfect. It risks being underestimated because it doesn't scream at you. Nor is it an overly complicated affair but that's one thing I really like about it. It's cool, clean and honest about where it's going. The drydown doesn't veer very far from the opening. The longevity and sillage are ok and better than a lot of its competitors but lets face it, its a bright citrus scent so it's not going to break any performance records. There's no harshness to the opening so you can apply it quite liberally without any negative repercussions. Imagine Cool Water but with a slightly more forward, cleaner smell and with better performance not much better but definitely better. That's Aqua Frost. Buy this little gem for summer. You won't regret it.

hello, I have a tester bottle and it says that there is kumquat, frosted grape,marine note,vetiver that is all the notes on the bottle. So yes there is a hint of grape not strong but smooth not like grape soda. This is a wonderful smell cannot wait till summer to use.

II got Azzaro Aqua Frost in a swap. I just wore it today and wow. It is actually really good smelling. But I must say that I get a lot of Light Blue in Azzaro Aqua Frost. And I mean A LOT. The bottle is frosted white with blue writing and the cap is blue with some silver to it. The bottle design is a bit different, but there are a lot of similarities and because it came out later, it was likely a cash grab flanker. Like Light Blue, Aqua Frost is very citric and this is actually little more aquatic. That is due to the added aquatic note to Aqua Frost as well as the mint note. Unlike Light Blue, the citrus isn't mostly grapefruit. That said, the base is fairly unnoticable. Aqua Frost is great for spring and summer. That said it isn't that strong and is far from beast mode. This is great for offices and great for kicking it. Azzaro Aqua Frost is a cash grab, but it is very nice none the less. I think it is an even 7 out of 10.

To increase the Aqua line started with Azzaro Aqua (in 2009) and followed by Azzaro Aqua Verde (in 2010), the House of Azzaro released, in 2013, two new fragrances: Aqua Frost and Aqua Cèdre Blanc. While the last was sold in Brazil at the time it was released, this version called Frost never came around, popping up in some airport stores a few months ago, as 2014 launch. Who understands? The fragrance of Aqua Frost follows the freezing effect of so many others with "frozen" name, trying to give the feeling of freshness, as soon they are applied. It is composed of output notes of frozen Mint and orange kumquat; frozen grape and marine accord, in the heart; cypress and vetiver, at the base. The result is fruity-citrus, with an output style that reminds me of a soda. I'm going to be honest: it's really refreshing! But this feeling ends quickly and then, the smell of the grape is more present. Finally, a very soft cypress terminates the evolution, making it clear that there has not been any innovation in this creation. At the end of the day, it's just another great fragrance for hot days, which could be called Aqua Sport or Aqua Frozen, like already exist out there from other brands. In my opinion, this should have been the limited edition, instead of the Cèdre Blanc version.

I really like the original Azzaro Chrome for men, so my uncle bought this for me as a gift. I must say, I am quiet impressed! From the initial spray, I still detect some remnants of the original Azzaro Chrome, but with pleasant icy, tropical notes. To me, in the top notes I smell light hints of grapefruit and marine notes. After it dries for about 10 minutes, it tones down nicely with notes of wet tropical beach woods (traces of drift wood perhaps?). I do not get the "grape" scent from it as some users say they smell. However, I do get nice wiffs of orange kumquat and iced lemons and limes. Longevity seems to be pretty good. I sprayed a few (4) sprays on me (2 on my neck, 2 on my shirt) and still vividly smell it 4 hours later. Projection is great too. Not too over powering, but JUST right. A marvelous scent to wear on a summer day. Sure to get compliments. Very well formulated summer scent from Azzaro, well worth the price.
