Chrome Summer Edition 2013

Heaven on earth. I absolutely adore it. Azzaro has made a huge mistake not to include it in his range but to have it discontinued! I do not really like the basic chrome but this edition simply is the best fresh male smell that was ever created. Some light & magnificent mix of watermeloon & delicious meditereanen spices. I can't find one particular known smell but the mix is brilliant. A lovely fragrance that wiil make you feel like being on holydays. Even nicer is it does stays for hours. I had it sprayed this morning & can still smell it myself 10 hours later! I've used it as any eau de toilette. A couple of sprays in the neck, about 4 sprays on my t-shirt & shoulders & 3 sprays on my chest sprayed from my collar. Bring it back Azzaro

Lovely fragrance, perfect for those hot summer days, with bright aquatic citrus notes with get slightly sweet when the florals kick in but the star of this show is the beautiful tea note which slowly gets louder until it takes over and really shines! The dry down is very green, I get the black tea not mixed with cypress and a touch of the cedar. beautifully blended it's a shame they discontinued this, I was looking for the regular chrome and stumbled upon this and I don't regret it one bit, if you can find it don't hesitate to add it to your collection now!

Firstly the bottle gets top marks, so cool. Finally a Chrome that I love. Never was a huge fan of the original, I found it too sharp, this though is greatly softened by the tea notes, which are extremely nice, it's a very soothing fragrance which received lots of compliments. I will stock up. Spillage is a little soft, but it lasted well.

#dda,I just got my 2013 version in the mail,this has nothing to do with the 2012 version. I have both,the 2012 is pure grapefruit. this has a similar vibe to old chrome plus the tea note. all what I am getting is tea. if you like tea,black tea,get it. It was hard to find.

I get a spicy marine accord with Chrome Summer Edition 2013. I think it is the Black Tea and Sharp lemon that gives this Summer Flanker it's natural sillage typically not found in Chrome Flankers. I love this Summer Fragrance P.S. Thank You Redolessance (Ignore Spelling)

Smell's like the top notes of Bleu De Chanel, I really enjoy this one!!!

A nice little twist on the original, although I like the lemon/neroli sharpness of the regular offering better (a buddy at work liked this one better). With this 2013 Summer flanker, you'll notice a smoothing out of the Chrome idea, and an entering in with more tea and fruit that would probably apeal to a broader audence of modern fragrance fans today. To be honest, your wife, girlfriend or sister could probably sneak into your bedroom while you're at work, spray this on and nobody she passes while she's out of the house would be any more the wiser that she's wearing a scent marketed for men, whereas the original I feel would be a dead givaway as far as masculine harshness is concerned. That said, I like this flanker even though it's not anything groundbreaking or too different. It's blended well and I'm not gonna start crying about something that smells good to me, being "too synthetic" (gtfohwts). Tea fans will enjoy this. A safe blind buy.

I got this for my brother. I was never interested in Chrome, but the cool bottle and the idea of a summer edition made me purchase this (without smelling it). My brother and other people like it, they all agree on one word to describe it: "fresh". But to me it smells like many, many other summer/sport fragrances and thanks to Chrome Summer Edition, I discovered (finally) that Grapefruit and my body chemistry don't get along. I have other perfumes with grapefruit and they all have the same reaction on me, they turn sour, almost like sweat, awful. The same day that I bought Chrome Summer Edition I also bought L'Eau D'Issey Summer 2013 (love-hate) and then I sample the new Burberry Summer (2013). I should have stick with Burberry and return the other two.

It's ok, and has a cool bottle design but nothing beats the original 'Azzaro Chrome'. its like a sour, boring and dull version of the original.nothing special. it starts very synthetic standard citrus burst then quickly dries down leaving a fresh woody tea smell. yes it smells clean and citrusy and aquatic but its just not good something smells off especially on my skin it just doesn't work i'll stick to the original. projection is good but it has poor longevity about 4 hours max 6/10

This did not work for me at all. Sprayed it at Macy's because my girlfriend really liked the scent from the bottle, and when I sprayed it on my hand, I got this humongous burst of basil, which I'm surprised it's not listed as one of the notes. At the top the basil-like note is so strong and bitter that it almost smelled like BO, which is definitely not a good thing. I couldn't smell anything other than that bitter note. After about 20-30 minutes it dried down to a more fresh smell but it still wasn't great for me. This may work for others but on my skin it smelled awful.

This is the best fragrance I have purchased for myself in years if not ever. I enjoy the fresh scent myself. In addition, I have received numerous compliments from young women regarding the scent...and suffice it to say, I am not in their age group! I read about it in Details magazine; glad I acted on the recommendation I read there.

Smells pretty good..First though is this smells familiar...reminds me of a little Versace Pour Homme or Lacoste Essential Sport....I like it but nothing to rave about.
