Barbour For Her - 2016

I’ll be honest, It took me a while to get to like it. It wasn’t until I sprayed it one day as I was rushing out the door and grabbed the first perfume I could that I actually thought “oh I quite like this!” - it sits nice on the skin, the bottle is really pretty and it’s cheap enough to buy. I don’t reach for it an awful lot, but when I do I’m generally satisfied. I don’t think I’ll repurchase when I run out though.

I got this scent in the sale, I don't think I would have purchased it otherwise. It's okay, it's not bad but not great. I get a lot of rose with this scent, and I'm not the biggest fan of rose. However, I throw it on in the day when I don't want to use up my other perfumes, and it smells nice enough. I wouldn't wear it at night.

I got this in an advent calendar, and I kept it for a while to see if it would get any better, in the end it smelled to me, like those Horrible Histories scratch and sniff magazines from the 90s... Awful!

A soft spicy vanillic rose, quite soft but with character. The bottle is pretty and of high quality, fitting for a fruity rose scent, which is both sweet and mature. Elegant and sophisticated. Very well blended and versatile.
