A Thousand Christmas Wishes

I own the body wash, cream, and lotion of A Thousand Christmas Wishes. It is a dark berry decadent scent. I am 40 and it is not immature. I do love it for cooler fall and winter seasons as it has a woody grounding. I liked the original Thousand Wishes, which reminded me of the “Infusium 22” hair product of the 90s, but my husband complained the original A Thousand Wishes had too strong of a patchouli edge. The Christmas version is more like a woody smoky berry cherry. It is in the same realm as “Winter Berry Wonder” but darker with woods. It makes me this of a certain German wine that is spiced with cinnamon and served warm at Christmas. I love wearing it with burgundy colored winter clothes. BBW should bring it back.

This one is surprisingly strong. It initially smells like a bunch of berries, then settles to a sweet, woody, and clean blackberry fragrance. This is probably one of the prettiest and freshest fruity scents I've ever tried from B&BW. It's mature and not too sugary nor cloying. The woody notes balance out the sweet berries. The champagne note makes this fresher, happier, and bubbler. The result is magic. Cold and bubbly blackberries with faint floral woods in the background even after drydown. I like this much better than the normal ATW. It smells sweet, complex, put-together, and sophisticated. I hope B&BW brings this back. I'm almost at the end of my last bottle. 10/10.

I know there is no cherry note but it smells like fresh, spicy ,sour cherry to me

(Reviewing "A Thousand Wishes For You - Limited Edition" - which is the same as "A Thousand Christmas Wishes", just re-released for the Chinese New Year) I mostly get the “pomegranate prosecco” note, followed by the elderberries and a touch of the sugared woods. It's a musky, dark fruit, cold-weather frag - very pleasant! I do not detect any cherry (re: reviews below). Super similar to Winterberry Wonder. Really wish the liquid weren’t dyed red - the dye got all over my tester strips, and it makes me nervous about staining clothes, purses, furniture, etc; BBW needs to cut out red dye from their liquids altogether.
