A Toast to You

This is a sultry date-night scent, leaning toward the intimate type, because, despite being a little warm, dark, and sexy, it doesn't envelop the room or leave a trail, as expected from body and hair mists. In the morning, you might get a pleasant surprise at the scent lingering on your hair, but on skin it'll last as long as any body mist will last. For a woody, ambery, berry, plum combination, this works beautifully with my skin.

This smells like a sister of either Ballet Nights, Dark Kiss, or the oldest Into The Night formulation. It's like a mix of one element from each. It doesn't list vanilla or tonka, but it's obviously in there. There are also woods in the drydown. The berries are quite cloying and heady at first spray. The plum is quite pleasant as it lessens the sweetness of the berry note. Almost no signature ambery drydown. This is a perfect date night fragrance. Best worn during winter or fall. If you're a fan of dark and sexy fragrances, this is one of them. I won't recommend this to fans of light scents or people with sensitive noses. Personally, though, I like this since I'm a fan of Ballet Nights myself.

It's a nice dark bubbly amber scent, unfortunately I haven't found a perfume that pairs with it really well. I know with the right layering this could make something amazing. On its own it's a little polarizing and different, but still good! Love this for new year's!

This was their New Years' Eve holiday fragrance for 2025. BBW's fragrances are always available in various associated products, but only a few of them are ever available in a glitter spray, and this is one of them. Unfortunately something is up with their glitter spray base this year. Both this one and Touch of Gold come in glitter spray and both of them kind of sploosh out like a gel rather than spray like a normal spray mist. Older BBW glitter sprays like Luminous and Brightest Bloom actually sprayed, but the 2025 ones are too thick to spray properly. And the new glitter spray base alters the fragrance, too. Both of the 2025 glitter sprays I tried smell primarily of metal, or perhaps plastic, some sort of artificial note, rather than smelling exactly like the Fine Fragrance Mist version as previous glitter sprays did.

Here's the notes as listed on BBW site: Fragrance notes: sequined plums, berry spritz and smooth amber. This one is not a favorite for me. I agree with the majority of the votes that this one is "OK". I think it smells like plum and woods maybe? I feel like BBW has a very distinct amber scent note that they make and this one actually doesn't smell like the usual amber in many of their other sprays but maybe it's just hitting a different note on my skin specifically.

very reminiscent of dark kiss. i smell plasticky berries and synthetically sweet amber. "sequined plums" sounds weird but it perfectly encapsulates the scent.

I got this for Christmas. It’s not something I would normally buy for myself, but am wearing it more than expected. It’s a dark, ripe, amber plum. Nice sweetness. It is more of an evening fragrance, but I don’t care-I’m wearing it to the office. I layer on the lotion and finish it off with a spritz of Gabrielle and it lasts all day.

I absolutely hate the packaging. The sequin design gives me the heeby jeebies but I adore the scent. It’s like a grown up version of champagne toast with a big dose of amber. I love it.
