Banana Blend

Yes! Banana laffy taffy all the way. This is the banana I’ve been searching for in a perfume. Lighthearted, carefree, and sweet but not super gourmand either. Great for layering to amp up the banana note in the MJ Daisy Wild collection in which the banana note disappears to quickly for me. The disappointing part of this body spray is that it doesn’t last long enough. That said, if BBW made this into an actual perfume, I would RUN to get it immediately. It’s just that yummy!

This begins with a paradoxical cross between fresh green banana and sweet banana candy, drying down within a couple of minutes into a cozy vanilla-amber gourmand that reminds me of EOS Cashmere Vanilla. I don’t get any sweet orange, bergamot or jasmine. It doesn’t have any staying power, but I didn’t really expect it to when purchasing online. Overall, a pretty, soft, non-cloying but fleeting gourmand. I’d still buy again.

This is the banana scent of my dreams!! Literally the artificial banana candy of the 90's. The lasting power is pretty bad though... maybe 2 hours if i'm being generous. PLEASE b&bw make this last longer or make it into a perfume! I can't even imagine how much money they would make if they did that bc clearly all of us want it!

FINALLY! i have been WAITING for this perfect sweet banana candy fragrance. ill probably buy a full size after i get through the mini. i am so in love with this! there's the tiniest bit of gourmand, but this is mostly a candy banana smell. not especially sunscreeny or anything so can be worn outside of summer.

Now this is BANANA. I don't expect BBW sprays to ever have much staying power (which is disappointing for the price) but this one seems to stick around longer than most of them. Banana obsessed people, I'd say this is definitely worth it.

Smells exactly like the Banana Laffy Taffy. Surprisingly not too sweet, and doesn’t smell citrusy at all. The little banana keychain is cute and detachable.

I'm so obsessed with this. It smells like banana laffy taffy and nostalgia. It's sweet but not sickening or overpowering. So so good.

I love this. It's so fun and quirky. But i'm biased cause i've always had a thing for banana candies and those antibiotics as a kid. Unfortunately, the performance is awful. Projection 2/10, longevity 3/10. I really want a louder version of this dna. In an actual fragrance concentration, not a bath and body works body mist ykwim. Just unapologetic sweet banana candy. No coconut, no pineapple... anyway. :/

Photorealistic banana Laffy Taffy scent,. This smells like happiness and nostalgia. I love the scent. I love packaging. I think the soft to the touch cap elevates the user's experience and I think the charm is a very cute and a visually pleasing addition. Now for the negatives. I tested this in store and it was gone from my skin in 10 minutes. I went back, sampled the body lotion and over sprayed my clothes and skin. Then I went about my day shopping outside of BBW. The scent dissipated with in 30 minutes. I do not expect body sprays to last long but I need to get more than 30 minutes of wear. Which is a shame because if this lasted longer I would have purchased multiples in the body spray and the body care. 4/10 because this is the best banana candy scent ( and I don't care for candy scents) that I have smelled, but I can't bring myself to buy it because of the performance. For reference 4 hours of wear time is my personal limit. I do not expect body sprays to have amazing performance, I just like to have some time with the scent before I have to reapply.

I bought a few bottles and lotion it’s the banana of my dreams . This is a beautiful banana that at first I was worried it was too light that it would disappear. But I know being in BBW your sense of smell goes nose blind from all the competing scents. It had gotten stronger as time goes but it’s still a more of a personal skin scent projection. I layered a with the matching lotion and overspray per usual on skin and my clothes and I woke up still being able to smell it softly on my shirt. This is like banana taffy/ runts yes but it’s more than that and it’s not an artificial sunscreen at ALL. No screechy beachy /rotten fruit or pastry here! It’s a creamy amber sandalwood banana musk scent for all occasions. Absolutely beautiful they need an actual fragrance.

I was at my local mall yesterday and went into Bath and Body Works where these were displayed in the front of the store. At first glance, they remind me of the Daise body mists/lotions that you can buy at Target. It seems like Bath and Body works has lost it's way. Back in the day, they were amazing. Now, with the oversaturation of bath and body products on the market, it's sad that they would want to mimic a newer brand probably due to viral here today, gone tomorrow brands that usually pop up on tiktok and the like. Sad. I remember a time when launches like Charmed Life, Tahiti Island Treat, etc.

I keep seeing Laffy Taffy for this, but I think it is banana runts! It has more of a soft, fuzzy, creamy drydown. It isn't too sweet or candied or sticky. It smells like a barely remembered childhood memory of sunshine and unbridled joy. Happiness without a reason or an end. Nostalgia, but without the corporate push. It lands softly, fades into a light vanilla banana creamy powder. I cannot stop smelling myself all day long.

The banana dissapears completely within 30 seconds, and the "body cream" is actually a lightweight moisturizer. I wanted to love it, because it smells good from the bottle and the packaging is cute. But... Hard pass.
