Covered In Roses

This is 10 times better to my nose than the nuclear Delina and flankers! Covered in Roses reminds me of Delina, but feels like a "quiet luxury" version. The rose is striking without being screechy. The fragrance doesn't cloy at the nose or yell "Look at me, everybody!" The rose is neither young nor mature. She's a beautiful, relaxed, and self-assured woman, who neither screams for attention nor plays the background. This is a masterfully blended fragrance that thankfully lacks the powdery accord that I find in a number of B&BW fragrances. I think that missing powdery aspect makes it all the more sophisticated. This is a beautiful wear!

I don’t like Delina at all but I adore this. I think this is sweeter than Delina and probably stronger too. I smelled it for the first time in the body mist version and couldn’t stop smelling my hand-SO GOOD. I recently got the small perfume version. It dries down so sensually and sweet. I’ll definitely be getting the lotion too. It’s very feminine with that rose background. Typically I am a gourmand/fruity type but this is sexxxxy. 🔥

I love layering this with gourmands that are creamy. I bought this while it was on sale and I'm over the moon about it. It's a long lasting fairly projecting scent that is affordable. VERY strong rose note as well as red fruit. I smell a little amber, but mostly ROSE. The longevity is super long lasting. My fiance said it smells like an old lady, but I think he associates any rose smell with age. If I layer it, he loves it lol

@xenomorhQueen: honestly I haven’t done a complete full day wear test on myself since I just got the perfume a few days ago. I sprayed it on my hand the night I got it so I can’t test to the longevity of the perfume version but I think it’s a tad stronger. I was super impressed with the longevity of the body mist when I sprayed that on! I could smell that on me all day.

Not as complex as Delina, but gives the same effect. Especially for the price point. I have a 5mL decant of Delina that I will spray a couple times and then supplement with this perfume and the body mist. They also have a body lotion that I layer in as well. I highly recommend if you love Delina but just can’t go for that price tag!

I don’t hate to say it, this is 95% Delina indeed but at like 25% of the cost! It smells delicious and expensive, so if you’re on a budget or can’t justify Delina’s full retail price, get this one! It’s beautifully sweet and rosy but not cloying. I smell this and smile 😃.

I personally enjoy covered in roses more than Delina. I believe it's sweeter and more welcoming as well. I don't find it to be artificial at all and the amber balances the rose in the perfect way. Absolutely lovely, incredibly feminine and elegant, very affordable.

It’s basically Delina but with more amber and without the sharp rhubarb opening. So, more like Delina Exclusif or trending toward Mancera Roses Vanille or Montale Intense Café. For the price, it’s wonderful and lasts forever: well over 12 hrs.

getting the perfume version was such a good decision it’s much more enjoyable than the body spray which was just linear and weak but this one gives you a good delina experience for much cheaper

I haven’t smelled Delina or any of the flankers, but I love this perfume! It lasts all day, and it smells very balanced. I don’t usually go for rose scents, but this one is so good!

This is such a nice spring/summer fragrance! Sweet, fruity and rosy, nicely blended even though not very complex. It lasts literally the whole day on my skin, I really like it.

Covered In Roses has been my go-to lately. Fiery amber, toasted roses & sweet berries. It smells exactly like Delina. It is the most beautiful and unique floral fragrance.

Not as complex as Delina, but would layer beautifully. I would say is a 92-94% dupe. But you definitely can’t beat the price.

Love this whole Covered in Roses line from Bath and Body Works. The perfume actually lasts longer than 45 minutes too!

I’ve come around to liking a couple of BBW scents! Yes I was kind of a minor snob. I’m not a big fan still of body mists to me they’re a waste of money as they don’t last more than five mins! Idc what you say they just don’t!! I do have three body mists that I like from there and I buy for bedtime (frosted coconut snowball, whipped vanilla chiffon, and guilty as fig is my ultimate favorite the perfume as well) So this is a lovely sweet pink rose. And I’ve already noticed it’s fun to layer with!! I put on some choco musk oil and wow!! Perfect!! 👌 then layered with pistachio yum! Ok! And also would layer nice with soft etc what I realized about this rose perfume? It’s literally begging you to layer it with something spicy or gourmand! The dry down is a bit gore gentle it’s not overly Powderly for a rose.. I’m really enjoying this so far!! BBW really surprised me with their perfumes (this one and guilty as fig) guilty as fig is my absolute new favorite!! It’s just such a happy sweet yummy scent and I think covered in roses I’m also really going to enjoy! Especially in spring!

Of the BBW perfumes, this lasts the longest on me. The scent is a soft rose with a bit of berry to my nose. Nice to have a rose scent that doesn’t seem old fashioned or too powdery. If you can get it on sale, definitely worth it. The scent stays the same over the period of wear so it’s not dynamic but is longer wearing than expected.

I was very surprised with the scent— the notes work wonderfully together and it’s much more sophisticated than other b&bw fragrances in my opinion. It is not dusty or powdery, but rather fresh but not sharp.

Absolutely lovely! However, I personally like the body mist version better! I don't love how peppery this is on my skin compared to the body mist...
