Delicate Iris

This scent is absolute heaven. I tested a spray at the mall, one single spray on the wrist, and hours after I got home I was still going back to smell it every few minutes. There’s only one other bath and body works scent I’ve fallen so in love with so fast and that was Aqua Hour (I’m devastated it was discontinued before I could buy the perfume!!) which has become one of my favorite scents I own. SO regretting my decision to not buy the Delicate Iris spray right then and there. My coupon didn’t cover it but honestly for that scent I’d pay full price, I agree with Steph in that regard! But I’m going back soon-ish for candles and best believe I’m stocking up on this scent the second I get the chance!!! It’s beyond good! Great longevity for a body mist of theirs, at least on my skin. And the scent is addictive. Mellow, sweet and fresh at the same time, it’s not overwhelming in any of the notes, just a delicious iris/caramel that I WILL be dreaming about until I own some!

if you like sunwashed santal, this is her iris sister. it’s got that same ozonic, musky, sweet scent (think ethyl maltol and ambroxan) but with a nice dose of pleasantly makeup-y iris, and i enjoy it even as someone that typically doesn’t enjoy iris. this is what i wanted glossier you to be. i swear i pick up some violet as well, rather than rose. it’s perfect for spring but would be flattering year-round and on me, it projects and lasts decently for a mist.

i love it. along with pistachio, this is my favorite in the b&bw scent labs line. it's so pretty and soft.. but it's also a sign i need to expand my collection of iris scents, i'm at a loss of what to properly layer this with :>

This smells AMAZING. Going back for two more, because I want to drown in this. DG The only one without coffee, Ellis Brooklyn Sweet with sugary caramel. It’s soft, smooth and sweet... love at first sniff.

What perfume smells identical to this? I purchased The Only One but it’s not identical. PLEASE MESSAGE ME AND TELL ME. I love this.

As a sweet floral girl, this was my favorite scent of the new scent lab line! It will layer nicely.

This is the best powder I have ever smelled. It's so soft, sweet and chalky.

OBSESSED- wish bbw would make this EDP.

This, especially in the opening, reminds me of Prada Candy—a powdery caramel. It does become notably woodier, however, as time progresses. I don't detect any rose, which is great for me, as I rarely enjoy rose in fragrances. In the deep drydown, I do see how the more woody, less powdery, *almost* smoky caramel scent smells similar to fragrances like Ariana Grande Plush Vanilla & Bodycology Cozy Fireside S'more (minus the pencil shaving note). I quite like this! Perhaps moreso in the more powdery opening, but still. It's my favorite of the Scent Lab minis line. I would have liked this scent in a moisturizer form of some kind! I wear this on it's own; I personally think layering it with any of the others from the line would detract from it, rather than enhance it.

I really like it, but I don't quite love it. Much like @vnoxnoctis, I'm not getting any rose, but my nose smells.... violet, perhaps? The iris, caramel and musk are certainly present, and the overall scent is sweet, feminine and airy. It vaguely reminds me of SDJ 59, but this is way better (plus more affordable!), and there's no nauseating stale play-doh smell.

I have bought sol de janeiro 59 just a week ago and today i went to bbw store and this smells almost similar to 59.i dont know about the staying power but it is so good. More violent prominent and vanilla note

This one is surprisingly good. Smooth Iris with a hint of caramel!

I was excited for this one, I usually love iris, but unfortunately this turns a bit... body odor-esque on my skin.

body mist dupe of Candy by Prada except it has a slightly more powdery smell. i even experimented by spraying Candy Prada on one wrist, and Delicate Iris on my other wrist, and they were definitely almost identical, even after some time passed.

Where is the iris? All I can sense is that sweet, caramelized woody base that's in Bonfire Bash and REM by Ariana Grande. Maybe there is a touch of florals in the first 10 seconds but it disappears quite rapidly.

People may disagree, but this smells like Lâncome Iris Dragées to me. It's very sweet, not nearly as floral as, say, Hermès Hiris or Penhaligon Iris Prima.

Loved this when I tested on skin, but the dry down is just that musky ambroxan which I’m not a fan of.
