Notes : On the back it says it has pomegranate nectar, fresh orange blossom, vanilla bean and amber. Scent description: Before i get into details i must say two things : 1. This fragrance has a visible masculine cologne like vibe to it but not musky in any way. It is very perfumey. 2. this is a personal opinion and i have heard reviewers say the same thing as well but dayummm this mist should be only worn by those women who are career oriented either they are CEO's, company owners, works in a bank, who are a boss babe in their job sector. This fragrance exudes confidence, power, luxury, money, having your life and bank balance sorted out. The name of this mist doesn't do this justice either. It should have been named boss chick, confidence booster, alpha female or idk anything but fairytale 😅 Opens with a slightly sharp green note. It's an orange blossom dominated fragrance with the right amount of vanilla bean and amber to add the sweetness and warmth to it. Imagine the prettiest orange flower in a tree which is gonna turn into the brightest, juiciest, deliciously aromatic orange ever. The amber and vanilla mixes with the floral notes of orange blossom so beautifully, those two notes uplift the whole fragrance. After a while they both take a back seat and lets the orange blossom shine throughout so you get a bright, sweet,citrusy floral aroma on the dry down. The projection is head turning, it fills up the entire room even if you spray the tiniest amount. Longevity is both commendable as well on my skin. Easily sticks around for 8+ hours without the matching lotion. So if you overspray it or layer it with the matching lotion you might not need to reapply. The smell sticks heavily on the clothes as well. Being a zesty fragrance i was afraid that it would be too cloying or headache inducing for me since i don't like citrusy fragrance like lemon, yuzu etc but fairytale was well balanced. It's more of a fall or winter season appropriate scent to me but crazily enough it performs beautifully even in the summer season. Given these days how hot the weather is, i have gone out spraying this on myself in the day time and the smell wasn't bothering me 🙂 So i really enjoyed fairytale, i would highly recommend it but slightly more to those women who work in an office atmosphere cause it adds as a confidence booster to your personality. This isn't a typical college/uni friendly mist but then again you can smell however and wherever you want to be 🙂✌ Also if you can smell like a million bucks at such a cheap price then why not right? 🌺

First, I wanted to mention that I’ve heard this is returning before the end of the year, so definitely keep an eye out! Sweet, floral, warm, citrusy, woody, powdery, fruity, feminine, sensual, flirty, charming, whimsical, delightful, inviting, cozy, comforting This is such a beautiful scent! It’s an easy reach that really suits all seasons and occasions. It has tart and fruity pomegranate nectar, sweet and citrusy floral orange blossom, powdery and sensual vanilla bean, and the golden warmth of amber. I get all of the notes pretty equally. The orange blossom, vanilla, and amber are the most prominent, and the pomegranate nectar is swirled throughout adding a sweet and fruity tartness I do agree that this has quite a similarity to YSL Libre and Libre Le Parfum, and the body care pairs beautifully with it! I recently got their new Libre Vanilla Couture too (quite similar to Burberry Goddess), and I love pairing the Fairytale body care with it too, or other similar vanillas (mostly B&BW). I also see a similarity to the new Touch of Gold (blackberry, orange blossom, tonka bean) and even somewhat to the discontinued Chasing Fireflies (jasmine, woody notes, pear). A beautiful, sweet, enchanting, cozy, warm, and dreamy amber vanilla! I really love it! The pomegranate nectar gives it a sweet, juicy, and somewhat tangy scent that is really pretty with the fresh orange blossom. The vanilla bean and amber add a lovely sweet and creamy golden warmth. Although I don’t see any additional notes listed, it’s also got this fresh and elegant woodsy scent to it. An extremely pleasant fragrance that’s a very easy reach! I definitely see the similarities to YSL Libre line. While they really are similar fragrances, I still wouldn’t exactly call Fairytale a dupe. Probably the biggest difference is that this has no lavender, while lavender is a key component of Libre. Still though, this is an excellent option if Libre is a little too pricey for you. Also, I think Fairytale pairs beautifully with Libre, and I love using the body care products with it. This is one of my favorite fragrances from B&BW and I hope to always have it in my collection. I have it in the fragrance, body mist, lotion, body scrub, and body wash. I think that it works really well year round, is great for pretty much any occasion, and works well for layering. It also seems to be pretty crowd pleasing and a rather safe blind buy. I get great longevity with Fairytale, it lasts all day on me. The projection is nice as well, it radiates out about an arm’s length from me. The performance is even better when I use the body care products with it.

This is such an excellent blend! The orange blossom and amber is the most prominent as it first dries, but as it goes on, the vanilla and pomegrante really shine through. The pomegrante is subtle, but it adds an addictive juiciness to it. Though it's more of a warm, vanilla floral than a fruity scent. This is a unique, sensual fragrance that could be worn year round, day or night, due to its diverse notes. I love this one so much that it became my signature scent. It's so wearable, whether you want to relax before bed, or go out and feel extra confident, the notes make it very versatile I'm SO glad I gave this one another chance. When I first tried it, I was a bit noseblind and didn't get any. When I saw it again a few months later, I tried it and fell in love! I have five mists of the December 2025 verison and four shower gels! The shower gel is more orange and vanilla forward than the mist, but it is still equally addicting 💞

I quite enjoy this fragrance. It has the notes of a higher end perfume, and the pomegranate nectar is fairly prominent on my skin giving it a fresher vibe. I would say the longevity for a body mist is pretty good (about 4 hours) but the projection isn't as strong in those final 2 hours (more of a skin scent). It also lasts a bit longer on clothes than skin for me. Some people have said that it smells like YSL Libre, however, I think it smells more similar to YSL Libre Intense but with that fresh fruity note rather than just gourmand, musky, vanilla. I'm glad I got it before they discontinued it because it is definitely a fragrance that can be worn year round (especially as a body mist since it isn't too strong or overpowering for the warmer months).

IMO exact dupe for Libre &/ Libre Intense. I Since it first came out - I always top Libre Body oil with Fairytale body cream & spray and top that with Libre, Libre Intense &/ Libre Parfum. (I use the body oil only during the winter or at night.) I swear, everytime I layer exactly as said -absolutely no doubt about it - any time of day or season - it will always have the best performance. Longevity: 10:10 Sillage 10:10 If used alone with body cream/lotion - meh. A good hour or two. I’m not saying this is only good if used as a base to layer, I’m saying that’s how I use it. I remember when Fairytale first came out - that’s when B&BW started making fragrance for all ages. IMO. That’s when they started releasing some great dupes!!

I bought this after hearing it was a dupe for YSL Libre and was interested in YSL Libre, but waiting for a sale. I really liked how the vanilla, clementine and floral notes blend together, it's a fresher vanilla scent that can be used for every season. It also has a good longevity - lasts about a full work day if I spray by shirt and hair with a couple mists. However, I have gotten YSL Libre since getting Fairytale and I can confirm this is not a dupe. It is definitely similar but the vanilla is much stronger in Fairytale than Libre (more floral and musky); since it is winter and I'm in a cozy mood, I prefer Fairytale over Libre. However, I can see myself switching over to Libre once spring and summer comes.

Bought this because of the hype review of Libre dupe. And I do agree since the first spray. I love how the amber wrap me with a mix of vanilla and sweet woodiness warmth. I couldn't smell the pomegranate tho. I wear this to work, it smells so good and not too overpowering. The silage is moderate with a weak longevity on my skin but on my clothes it last quite long. I only need to reapply it once after lunch break, and it stays until I'm back home. When I wear this, my colleagues compliment me on how nice my smell with this BBW Fairytale body mist that everybody think it's a perfume haha :) This is one of my fav BBW body mist so far. Smell so expensive, mature, elegant, and cozy.

THISSSSS fragrance right here, is the real deal. I love Fairytale. I’m pretty open minded to Bath & Body Work’s fragrances, but this scent right here is absolutely gorgeous. I haven’t see it in stores or online lately. I really hope it hasn’t been discontinued. Anyway, if you can get your hands on this scent, please do so. This scent smells amber, juicy dark fruits, and florals to me. I don’t smell the vanilla coming through. That doesn’t matter to me, though, because this fragrance is so beautifully crafted. It smells expensive. It smells rich, juicy, and sexy. I’ve gotten so many compliments on it. It’s just a good fragrance.

Another great B&BW scent. I do not like scents that are too "perfumy" in the way that they resemble a "generic" perfume. But this is a great perfumy fragrance with depth and complexity. It`s sultry, it`s sexy and extremely long lasting, it lasts on my clothes until the next day. I cannot really name the prominent compound here as it ́s not really orange blossom or Vanilla or pomegranate, I think it`s the well balanced mix of all of these scents. My husband loves it, my hedgehog is crazy about this scent, he wants to chew all the parts of my clothes where I sprayed it. This is how good it is.

For a fine fragrance mist Fairytale is just gorgeous💕. After the initial alcohol dissipates, you are greeted by a lush orange blossom, with some fruitiness to it, not very heady but full bodied. It rests on a rich, sweet and a bit dark vanilla amber base. Very beautiful. It lasts more than most modern eau de toilettes; around four hours. Is it a dupe for Libre? To me what makes Libre unique and edgy is the lavender note and that’s absent here, so no. Is it layer-able with Libre? Absolutely! I use it to spray my clothes, generously, whenever I’m using Libre EDP. Just beautiful.

I don't really know how to explain this scent, I guess the name Fairytale is fitting because it is the kind of scent that will smell different on each person. I love how the first spray is super fruity, you can feel the pomegranate and as the day progresses the scent turns into a sweet amber like scent, it's not your typical vanilla scent so I really liked this. I was impressed with how long this mist lasts and it smells very elegant, whenever people compliment it everyone says something different about it! Definitely became one of my favorites

I smelled a tester of this once in 2022 and wanted it so bad but they were out of the actual mists and when I tell you I haven't stopped thinking about it to this day... It's genuinely enchanting and woodsy it smells like an actual fairytale. It does smell similar to YSL Libre but now that I have a tester of Libre, Fairytale honestly smells even better. It's lighter and sweeter than Libre with a fruity touch from the pomegranate and mind you I smelled it once 2 years ago but it's still burned into my brain.

This scent is perfect for layering in the spring, summer, and even the fall. The issue I have with many of the bbw body sprays is that they have a tendency to smell overwhelming and cheap, this one is NOT one of those. It smells very fresh and feminine. I’m not a big floral fan, but I love this one so much. This is one I hope they continue to bring back because I will definitely be repurchasing.

This fragrance mist is so nice over white florals, citrus and red berry scents, and in general has become a favorite of mine to mix with whatever I am feeling like concocting with that day. I bought this on sale and went back the next day for the whole line of skincare products and a second bottle of the mist. I will buy this for as many years as B&BW puts it out with their winter collection.

This is one of the first body mists/fragrances I bought, and it is so lovely! I think you can wear this any time of the day. It's fruity and floral enough to be a day scent but also sexy enough to be a nighttime scent. It really does smell expensive but in a young businesswoman type of way or just a young rich woman. Personally, I think this is a scent any woman can wear.

Ambery orange floral that settles into subtle vanilla , MEN LOVES this on me , particularly my workmates , they keep sniffing the room as I left and as I walk in 🤣 but do remember this is a body mist and their projection are always weak , I need to spray 5-6 times for it to projects and to make it last long

I get a ton of the pomegranate and amber on me. I have the body wash and the lotion and i really like it - i think this is the best b&bw i have for every day wear. it's also not super seasonal to me, just really nice to throw on the lotion and layer with other fruity and creamy scents

It is not like Libre, but it is a sweet younger sister to it. If you’ve smelled the dry down and the heavy oiliness from Libre than you can smell how identical Fairytale is to it. Honestly it is a very good scent that has become one of my favorites over the year. 9/10!

I love love love this. Major compliment getter. White florals in the opening followed by pomegranate nectar and vanilla. I love mixing this with vanilla bean noel. Brings out the vanilla note so beautifully, taking it to the next level. Love this combo to the moon❤️

I bought this because many reviews say this is the dupe of Libre which I love. But I am loving this more than Libre. This smells more feminine , softer and higher end than Libre. I just wish the staying power is longer.

Best bbw frangance, sweet juicy from the pomegranate dark and warm from the amber, light floral from the orange blossom. Last a long time. This is the first bbw frangance i finished. Thats how much i loved it.

Smells pretty! I can smell pineapple in it but not in the notes. I guess that's the orange blossom. I can smell floral in other people. But on me it has more orange blossom. So weird but so love this!

Can confirm the longevity of this fragrance mist! Has a decent silage of a couple feet, and I can still smell my scent bubble after 6 to 7 hours (when liberally applied, of course).

smells almost identical to ysl libre and is my longest lasting bbw mist! I've gotten compliments after 5 hours of wear, so if that doesn't convince you, I'm not sure what would.

Fairytale layers well with Libre, but they're sisters not twins. If anything, Fairytale smells like Libre Intense. One of my top 10 Bath & Body Works brand favorites.

This is one of my favorite body mists ever. It smells so strong, yet so fresh.

But amber bath and bodyworks scent, I love that its floral but balanced

The packaging and name of “Fairytale” enticed me. The handwriting on packaging somewhat resembles my own handwriting. I enjoy a modified-for-function fairy core/cottage core aesthetic. I find “Fairytale” non-offensive fruity musk that is light on the amber. I do not think the scent matches the packaging as I was expecting something either ethereal or grounding. It is soapy and inoffensive and possibly a decent base for other scents that have more Amber. I have the cream, lotion, and mist. I love eating pomegranates and do not smell pomegranate. The cream lotion and mist stays with me through the day. I paid $6 for each item so it isn’t a total loss that I don’t love fairytale. The packaging gave me high hopes. I have been wearing it in 70 degree weather. I think it is a decent fall/winter scent. I will wear it, happy with the price but I won’t repurchase. It is a nice break from bbw fruit punch or puma colada bombs.

I'm finishing up this fragrance in the mist, body butter, and shower gel. I love this scent even more now than I did when I first got it. Yes it resembles YSL Libre but it is sooo much better (IMO) than Libre. All of the Libre's. There is definitely a warm sweet vibe to this scent from the vanilla and amber and that comes through a lot more in the dry down for me. In the beginning I get a tart sweet floral fragrance. It's perfumey but NOT overwhelmingly so. It's a pretty fragrance, one that can be an any occasion scent and you just smell good, feminine, sweet, soft but with just a lil "uummph". I need more of this to enjoy at a later date so I will repurchase the full set soon.

it really does smell like a fairytale! there's a really soft and ethereal quality to it that I think makes it suitable for most occasions. the orange blossom is the star here, grounded by the vanilla and very lightly brightened by the pomegranate (? or some other fruit). I wouldn't say it's a 1:1 dupe for YSL Libre but I can sort of understand why some people might think that (it's the orange blossom). it's pretty, but not exciting; it's something I'd wear to work or the doctor's office if I didn't want to offend anyone. longevity and sillage are both average, to be expected from a body mist. I think it's worth getting but I probably won't repurchase if I ever run out.

Update: I wore it to bed last night. At first spray it's pretty floral, but before long it smells like sweet tarts candies. I went to put on my same nightgown from the night before and the smell was still really strong on it. For some reason the smell almost made me want to gag, and that never happens to me. It was just cloying and too much. so I tossed the nightgown in the hamper. I'll give it another go before I declutter it. There's just something in this that bothers me, and I still don't get any resemblance to any of the Libre's. I own two of the Libre line, to me, this isn't it. If you want a Libre dupe in body mist form, get Chasing Fireflies.

I'm shocked that people think this smells like any version of YSL Libre. I have Libre edp and Libre Le Parfum. To me, Libre is all about the lavender even though it's scaled back in Le Parfum version. Maybe it depends how much your body amplifies the lavender and that's why many reviewers say Fairytale smells like Libre? Honestly, I like Libre, but I struggle with lavender. I'll have to give my Fairytale a full days wearing, as I'd pretty much bought it and decided I didn't like it that much. On me, Fairytale reads as pretty much just a floral. I'll update after I've given it a better wear test.

I know calling out a fragrance mist for not lasting long is like calling the sky blue, but dang this smells so good I wish it did last! (They didn't have the perfume there when I went.) The lotion smells great too and lasts for awhile. When I brought in a bottle to work all my coworkers kept using it, the men and the women all loved it. Sweet but layered and not just cloying and artificial like a lot of Bath & Body Works scents, I love this so much more than I expected to. Since it doesn't last though I mostly just wear it to bed so I can smell it as I fall asleep.

Nice clean mature scent, it's giving work scent or spring night. The fruit notes come first and vanilla amber on the dry down to my nose. Very nice, non-cloying vanilla-ish scent, with a little uplifting complexity from the fruit and floral notes. I loved Fairytale when it first came out, but the newer release has less vanilla, so I don't like it as much, but it's still good. I will say its pretty similar to Libre, just less orange blossom and vanilla but still a great dupe! Pairing her with Honey moon by phlur is chefs kiss!!

Just love it. Fairytale does not smell like it was $5 at a semi-annual sale. It smells designer. Feminine, floral and woody (almost a light oud), and that wonderful vanilla background. I have YSL Libre and Intense, this is not the same. Those have a very distinctive vibe to them. But Fairytale is gorgeous and kind of elevated from the many fruity, sweet and fun scents I love BBW for putting out. This is all grown up.

i wore this every day from july to december in 2023, and by december it had fully worn out. i sprayed this on letters, clothes, my bed, my hair. this is such a nice smell!! i absolutely love the sweetness and the bottle design. i got the glitter spray, and i got so many compliments on this it was insane. i definitely need to repurchase

Honestly suprised the majority are saying this is a fall scent? It smells like winter going into spring in my opinion. Anyways the vanilla is probably the strongest note here, almost overpowering, the amber and pomegranite still show through but moreso as undertones, i dont get any orange blossom at all.

For me, it starts of by giving a warm woody, musky, powdery scent. That kind of disappears and then comes the vanilla. Lastly, it settles in to a citrous-y floral scent.

at first i thought it was too basic of a scent to be called fairytale but it develops into a complex woody soft sweet scent that I can't get enough of.

This is more similar to Libre Intense to me. It’s such a pretty, feminine scent. I love the fact that I can really smell the vanilla in this.

I prefer this over YSL Libre which is what this mist is supposedly 'duping' can't beat that for this price point

i own this in a body wash. its great for summer and spring. lots of fun florals, it smells very clean and fresh

I have tested it in BBW store before boycott, not similar to "Libre YSL" at all, acceptable Amber and vanilla base mixed with a little of fruity citrusy mist, "Libre YSL" have a huge sharp amount of lavender which is not exist here, This fragrance you can wear it any time during the day or in winter and Autumn seasons. After boycott if you was searching on alternative fragrance, I advise you to use "body philosophy brand" or "Body Fantasies" or "Loyal - Jordanian Brand", these brands have a lot of fragrances in the same vibes category maybe not a same exact dupe. لقد جربته في متجر "باث آند بدي وركس" قبل المقاطعة، لا يشبه "ليبر من إيف سانت لوران" على الإطلاق، رذاذ له قاعدة من العنبر والفانيليا مقبولة ممزوجة بقليل من الحمضيات الفاكهية، "ليبر من إيف سانت لوران" لديه كمية كبيرة حادة من اللافندر والتي لا توجد هنا، هذا الرذاذ يمكنك ارتداؤه في أي وقت خلال النهار أو في فصلي الشتاء والخريف. بعد المقاطعة إذا كنت تبحث عن رذاذ بديل، أنصحك باستخدام "بودي فيلوسفي" أو "بدي فانتاسيز" أو "لويال - ماركة أردنية"، هذه العلامات التجارية لديها الكثير من الرذاذات التي تمتلك نفس فئة الأجواء ربما لا تكون نفس النسخة المطابقة تمامًا لهذه الرائحة.
