Fresh Pineapple

Deliciously sweet and juicy! It smells EXACTLY like this solid perfume that came with one of my Barbie dolls when I was little. Even without the nostalgia factor, though, it's the perfect summer fragrance that just makes you want to be out in the sun!

Wow this was one of my favorites from BBW. The eau de toilette was my signature back in high school. THis and a hot pink bottle of Victoria's Secret body spray, a coconutty vanillary confection.

I'm not a pineapple scent person by any means but I miss this scent so much, to the point where I still remember the first time I smelled this in store. So fresh, so intoxicating and juicy, this smells exactly like splitting a ripe pineapple in two. I never got a sense of the coconut notes or floral notes in this: just sugary, sticky sweet pineapple. A fun and energizing summer scent to wear for poolside drinks or at the beach (it layers well with the scent of sunscreen!). I also owned the shampoo and conditioner set which smelled even better than the EDT to me. Juicy beyond compare.

I actually loved this so much I had to get both the EDT and body spray. To me the body spray is the juicier of the two but is a bit linear to me. The EDT is Juicy too, but I love the warm, creamy, vanilla-like drydown of it. I would wear this in spring, summer, and fall. I’d just layer with something warm and inviting for the colder months. I’d skip winter only bc this is such a juicy pineapple lol..where can it fit in the dead of winter?? Lol. But who knows, I can probably make it happen lol. If you can still find this out there snatch it up. Juicy! Sillage: 7/10 Longevity: 6/10

I bought an EDT of this for like $15 at B&BW clearance sale. I think it still was too much to pay for it. Truethfully I find it to fake smelling. Like it should be a flavor for lip balm rather then in a fragrance. The notes I can smell in it are a hint of lemon, fake pineapple, coconut, and vanilla. It again is one of the fragrances that doesn't change much in the dry down. It also doesn't last very long. Maybe a couple hours. (Seriously I have body sprays that last longer) I did layer this with the new Pineapple Coconut lotion that they came out with this Summer and I think that helped. That one smells more real to me like a pina-colada.. (Actually I would love one of those about now. lol) But anyway back to Fresh Pineapple. I don't hate it but I don't like it either. It smells more suited to a 12-16 year old. I think it would be ok too if you wore this to the beach or to the gym. This is one fragrance that I really don't care that they discontinued. BTW Catagorized as an Oriental Floral? Someone must have had a cold when they smelled it. It's Gourmand.

I've only tried the EdT. This is more or less unisex but not quite an all-out gourmand, due to the mild floral and sandalwood notes. For some reason, I don't ever smell what I think of as pineapple in a scent that supposedly has a strong pineapple note, but that's fine with me because I prefer fruit notes to be more "abstract" in any case. I really like how the vanilic coconut is balanced by the fruit quality, and the longevity is excellent with just one spray (the projection was good but not outstanding, though I could have sprayed more than once, of course). I wouldn't wear this in hot and humid weather, nor on a very cold day, but otherwise it's quite versatile. Overall, I'm glad that I bought a bottle and can imagine using it for layering purposes too. I prefer this to Aventus, actually, so my wallet thanks me!

Despite the name, this is actually just straight up piña colada: a blend of coconut and pineapple (heavy on the coconut, and smells rather "candy-like"/synthetic). Sillage and longevity aren't strong - but it's a nostalgic fragrance for those that used it when it first came out. A good one for summer, beach trips, etc. If you're looking for something that smells like hyper-realistic pineapple, check out Demeter's "Between the Sheets". It's vibrant, juicy, and smells just like drinking a tall glass of fresh-squeezed pineapple juice.

The body slash and shower gel are so deliciously juicy. They smell just like freshy cut ripen sweet pineapple. What an up-lifting scent to wake up to!! On the other hand, the EDT is very synthetic. Go with the splash if you like pineapple. This is the best pineapple scent I have encountered with :o)

Yuck! I tried this one and it's disgusting. I gave it away. I thought it would be a fun summery scent, it was nauseating after s very short time and it smells very much like coconut with a hint of artificial pineapple. Blah! I will nevery buy that one again!

Update: if you miss this, VS's Coconut Milk & Rose is a very close dupe. No rose detected (at least to my nose), but it does smell very "piña colada"-y in the way "Fresh Pineapple" also does.

Have a bottle, use it when I want to feel extra sweet. Best in summer. I mix it with other BBW sprays I have.

Not for me, but you love pineapple.. you'll love this.

I think the pineapple accord is the next big thing.
