Gingham

Sweet clementine juice mixed with freesia reminds me of melons. Gingham EDP is a nice fresh fruity floral scent for summer days. The scent of violets adds a soft, fresh almost powdery tone. Non offensive, great for office wear, casual outings and picnics. There is moderate projection for the first hour, then leaves a light but persistent trail for at least 5 more hours. Great for any age, not candy sweet, more like fresh sweet fruits and flowers. This will make a good birthday gift for my friend who's turning 55 next month. I love it so much I keep a bottle for myself. My bottle is not clear glass like the one pictured here. I have the ceramic bottle that's blue and white. Clean fresh feminine scent for any age, any time of year.

Very fresh, uplifting fragrance. Juicy clementine is the most prominent on my skin. Pleasant and fun.

The thing I love most about Gingham is its opening. It starts off with such a happy, juicy, mouth watering clementine note. This note is well balanced between sweet and zesty and is quite refreshing and delightful. The heart is more on the soft feminine floral side with some hint of unlisted peach. I can detect easily a sharp white musk and probably some sandalwood in the base. The heart and base are quite lackluster after that bright opening and the overall performance is quite weak. But if you don’t mind respraying it is a nice pick me up scent for summer. However don’t pay full price for the EDP, the mist would be the better choice.

The powder and sweet in this are nice with the citrus. The name gingham and packaging fit it perfectly. One of my best friends fav scents, she put me on to it and I wore the heck out of it for a while. I haven't bought it again since I last ran out but I bet I'll give it a try again. Smells like a country summer. It lasts for every and it's a compliment getter.

whenever i think of the most basic perfume scent, i think of this. nice and airy, smells like a beachside summer vacation. not too overpowering, thank god! like most bath and body works perfumes though, it doesn't last and has no linger. very good price for what it is! not a "first choice" kind of perfume. like i said, very, VERY basic. still like it though!

A fresh and clean floral without the usual BBW sugarbomb. I can't smell much after an hour, but I enjoy this simple freesia scent while it's around. It's a great introductory fragrance but also provides comfort and cheeriness for my late 30s nose.

Sweet oranges and gorgeous freesia blossoms. Love this.

i love this scent, i just have an experience. i wore it for a whole day, and at the end of the day, i smelled like rotten lemon, or the kind of weird smell garbage bags have. i dont know if it got mixed with other perfumes or scents, but it only happened once. i love it, i just find it really strong. i wear it most of the time. :)

on paper, this should be a scent that i love, but in reality i find it just sort of generically sweet

The juice colour doesn't match the fragrance which has just such a 'lift me up' kind of quality about it with that fruity citrus note. A summer banger and a no brainer. Great for layering too. I got the solid perfume years ago and it's still going strong.

I really love this perfume! It’s a well balanced fresh floral fruity perfume. I have smelled the flankers of this and I prefer the original. It’s so fresh and feminine. I love the freesia note in this. It smells heavenly.

Really fresh, fruity, and sweet, without any notes overpowering the over. The citrus is strong at first, but then you get the floral notes when it dries down. think it’s a great scent for spring or summer.

Is this a flanker of their Gingham from the 1990s? I recall really liking that one as a fun winter scent.
