This is an oldie profile in my scent memory. I frequently have trouble with clementine notes (they have a tendency to turn & sour the scent composition on me). Perfect example is Gingham...love this fresh scent, but can't wear it. However, GC&A is an exception. Pomegranate & amber have always been fast fave notes with my skin chemistry, these two overpower & smooth the sour edge of the clementine beautifully. It starts out with a sparkling tinge that then turns a little more zest forward. Gradually the pom note comes forward with it's natural lush sweetness while the amber warms & grounds it from beginning to end. Reminds me a lot of an old VS garden line scent, Jeweled Citrus. I'd say GC&A starts off as a lovely dupe for JC & then leans more into the amber heavy realm in it's finish. Such a good one & reminds me of the holiday festiveness in the best way. If you find Champagne Toast a little too sparkly & sweet, this might be what you've been searching for.

It's such an unexpectedly nice scent for me. This fragrance is not too citrusy and smells like a nice candy. Reminds me of my mom because she wears this daily:)
