Into the Night

I have the hand lotion in this scent. The perfume itself is definitely a sexy elixir. I really enjoy a sweet, dark, tart cherry/raspberry note, and this does it to perfection. It’s so affordable, but smells expensive. I also love the stunning packing on the hand lotion tube (with the black and gold and beautiful glitter rays). I am ordering the perfume as soon as possible. Bath & Body Works nailed it with this one - what a gem! Update: I have the perfume, body spray, hand lotion, and moisturizing shower gel in this scent now. I love this line so much...it’s such an ambrosial fragrance with those dark, tangy and boozy berry notes. It’s a sweet, musky nectar, but it never verges into cloying territory. It’s perfect to wear in cold weather. It doesn’t give me cozy vibes. This is a fragrance I would want to wear for a classy evening dinner at a restaurant where the lights are dimmed and the red wine is flowing. It gives me sexy, alluring date night vibes. It smells much more expensive than it is for sure, and the lasting power is actually very decent considering how much it costs.

Got it as a just because I love u gift from my now recent ex, and immediately liked it so much its warm and sexy yet bold & a lil strong so a lil goes a long way & im an over sprayer, it lasts until the next day on me no matter the time I apply it especially after using the body cream in which I also received from the same ex about 2 or maybe three years prior, didn't even realize it was the same until I first sprayed the perfume, anyways its definitely a head turner I've watched men in particular inhale deeply and then look at me as if they were volgers ready to attack dead animals lol and plenty ppl men and women tell that I smell really good and some even asked what I was wearing. It's best suited for cooler weather imo as it's a lil strong & seams to fade a bit faster during hotter weather. It's easy to layer with different perfume notes and great on its own it projects within arms reach. Doesn't remind me of other perfumes some ppl have claimed but its an easy reach to wear all year round on any occasion. I recommend this into the night bath and body works perfume.

Into the Night is one of my favorite gourmand BBW fragrances. Raspberry dark chocolate ganache that dries down to an almost woodsy, dark, musky dessert coffee scent. The rose is definitely noticeable and gives a jammy, decadent sweetness, the patchouli is subtle and well blended. This is no patchouli bomb and you probably won’t notice it unless you’re someone who hates patchouli and is super sensitive to any trace of it. It’s so comforting and delicious without being sweet, and I’m predisposed to love it because it’s my mom’s signature scent, so it me it smells like a really great hug. The EDP specifically is a little more fruit-forward than I expected from using the body care products. I bought it a few months ago, used some, let it sit in a closet, and now the dark and gourmand notes are more prominent, and it seems a bit more blended. Longevity is okay, projection depends on heat, humidity, your body, and how much you spray. Value is good, especially if you can wait for a 40% off sale.

OmGGGGGG I smelled this today for the first time and I am In Love!! It makes sense that I love it so much because it has a lot of my favorite notes in it, and fragrances mentioned in other members' reviews are on my most loved list, such as Sofia Vergara and Ariana Grande Ari. I cannot WAIT to layer my Ari on top of my Into The Night lotion. I am wearing just the ITN lotion right now and its so sexy and mysterious and yummy that I feel unmatched in my femininity!! I feel like I could stride into an extremely important business meeting and close the deal with this perfumey cloud trailing behind and floating around me, enveloping me in mystery, intrigue and strength. Oh man, I wanna go roar somewhere now!

I soooo love this scent! I have the body mist version.It smells sexy and seductive. It is quite dark yet sweet and sensual. Kinda reminds me of the lighter version of la nuit and dark kiss which I absolutely adore. The bottle looks so cute with the gold star shimmers. This is one of of my top faves from BBW aside from Dark Kiss, You’re the One, Strawberry Pound Cake, Perfect Peony and A Thousand Wishes...and I have a looot of them coz’ i collect lol ! P.S. One time my two kids (5yrs and 7yrs), ran up to me as i went to the kitchen. They both hugged me and said “Mommy you smell good!” And my baby girl said “I smelled it when you walked by mommy!” And i believe kids don’t lie lololol!

I love this. And let me tell you even the body spray lasts forever. I can spray it on my coat and I will be smelling it for days after. Also something about it just smells like Christmas to me, berries and spices. I hadnt been buying from Bath and Body works for a while but they've won me back with this. Also I saw people were comparing it to Coco Mad, which I don't really get other than that loud Patchouli but I was wearing Coco Mad at work one day and someone thought I was wearing this. Also the notes aren't all listed on here on the back of my lotion bottle it says: Raspberry Noir, Amber Crystals, Velvety Rose Petals, Creamy Patchouli, Mocha MUsk.

I have the shampoo and conditioner of this. And a candle! But I digress... As a shampoo/conditioner, this is a sexy, deep, and sumptuous scent that lasts, and lasts, and lasts. There is more to this scent than is listed here! The B&BW site lists the notes as raspberry noir, amber crystals, velvety rose petals, creamy patchouli, and mocha musk. My nose agrees! I like to wash and condition my hair with this if I’m going to be in a crowd, a concert, for example, since the scent wafts with movement and is obviously not coming from a perfume so it maintains a bit of mystery, leaving folks to just ponder, “who or what smells so great?”

My favorite creation from bath and body works. Especially in the shower gel form. There are a lot of scent notes missing in the description. This has a lot of velvety rose, mocha musk, patchouli, amber, and berries. It’s a powdery chocolate, Rose, ambery scent. It’s so sexy, strong and mysterious. It is super long lasting for a bath and body works scent and can be worn as a perfume. It fills my whole bathroom with a beautiful scent. The shower gel lasts on me for a full 2 hours after washing with it and A few sprays of the body spray goes along way and mixed well with other perfumes especially black opium extreme.

I was gifted the full bottle of the EDP of this when I first started my perfume collection. I love the deep amber berry scent. I think it is acceptable for day or night. You should wear what you want when you want. I later started getting a variety of perfumes and got YSL Mon Paris EDP. This is an exact dupe in the opening but it the dry down is such a beautiful creamy amber rosey scent. The YSL Mon Paris stays linear, the opening scent never changes. I'm actually wearing one on each wrist. You can't go wrong if you love it. It's one of the best by BBW

The fragrance notes above are not the same as listed on the Bath and Body Works website. As of 2022 the notes listed are raspberry noir, amber crystals, velvety rose petals, creamy patchouli and mocha musk. I definitely get the raspberry patchouli in the forefront and the ambery musk in the background. There's no jasmine that I can pick out as listed here. This is fragrance is definitely in the same vein as La Nuit Tresor and Coco Mademoiselle and it lasts just about as long. I will always keep a bottle if this around.

The body cream for ITN has amazing projection and lasting power. Good lord, say what you want about bath and body works but they know how to CREATE a scent. This is one of the best raspberry fragrances I’ve ever smelled. It’s not medicinal, syrupy or sickly sweet. It’s sensual, noir and intoxicating. Wow. The patchouli in this doesn’t smell dirty nor does it turn the scent into a fruitichouli. You smell it and you know it’s there but it’s just adding depth. I love it bad.

I own the body cream and lotion for this scent and may have to go back tomorrow to buy the mist. I'm obsessed. I've been trying to find hand creams/lotions that would pair well with multiple perfumes in my collection and this is a winner. It feels like a cross between Carolina Herrera Good Girl and Ari by Ariana Grande (two of my personal faves). It gives GG a fruitier note but has that same dark, powdery, lactonic vibe and it gives Ari the longevity it is missing.

I agree with the person that said this smells like pine. It does but with berries, amber, a little jasmine and patchouli . So it's a feminine berry pine scent and I love it!! It has gotten expensive to get but its unique enough to hunt down a bottle of the edp. To me the pine is what sets it apart from other b&bw scents! At this moment (early fall) it's my favorite scent of theirs!!

One of my favorite scents from B&BW. I just recently got into the perfume game and I’m not that familiar with old B&BW scents but this one.. ooh it’s special. I gave my mom a bottle and she gets stopped by people asking what she is wearing. Just like the name, this is more of a night time date scent. Sillage and longevity is remarkable for the body mist.

BBW has done it again! Into The Night smells like High End perfume. One note doesn't stand out. The notes in the fragrance are blended perfectly together to create a signature scent. It is deep, rich & sophisticated. The Jasmine, Amber & Berry notes are all intertwined seamlessly. I stocked up on this one!

This is sooooo good. Way to go Bath & Body Works. Ya really did it. I love patchouli scents that have a lil sweetness in there so the berry / patchouli combo is an instant love for me. This actually is my daughter’s perfume (I bought it for her) but I love it so much that I had to get my own! 😂❤️

When I sampled this I thought, "oh, it's going to be another quickly made, lackluster holiday scent." I was very wrong. It sparkles, it's warm and has just the right pitch of florals, in the vein of Mon Paris. I think it's BBW's best yet, and I bought everything except the perfume. That's next!

This is hands down the greatest that bath and body work's has come out with (of course this is our opinion). We get compliment's every time we wear it by both women and men yes I said both of us my husband also wear's it. And you only need a little and it last all day into the night!!!!

This body mist paired with Pure Poison is heavenly. It took the sharpness out of the florals, which is what I was aiming for and made it woodsier. I bet it will take some of the sweetness out of my Lolitaland, as well. Day or night, it all depends on what you layer it with. Good soup.

I bought this on a literal whim when I went to pick up some stocking stuffers for my Daughters. Every single time I wear it, I get complimented “Mom you smell so good” or “what are you wearing? Divine!” Doesn’t smell cheap, has good sillage and lasts moderately.., no complaints.

I have a nice collection of scents, and this is one I get compliments on the most! I know there’s notes of amber, but I get a patchouli note with that nice rose note in there! Anyone else get that too? This is a lovely scent, my husband loves this one too.

This definitely reminds me of Miss Dior (2012). At least the top notes. And there is definitely patchouli in this. I’m excited to have maybe found a dupe for my beloved, discontinued fragrance. But I’m holding out judgement till I see how it wears.

This is a 'come closer to me' scent. I bought the small version to try, but intend on buying the full size. It's delicious, sultry, and enticing. For a body mist and layered over matching lotion, it gets compliments.

It has the same drydown as the original Miss Dior Cherie and for that reason I love it. Can't stop wearing it. I'm going to layer a wild strawberry over it and see if I can recreate that smell.

Beautiful for the autumn and winter. When I first tried it, I didn't like it. But the dry-down is beautiful. Warm, alluring, & unique. This will be my staple scent in the fall & winter.

this is really beautiful , smells like berries and incense, or cherry pipe tobacco , but sadly it has that clothing strange leather note that's making me rethink it

This is spicy, musky, and sexy. I love this! Can't get enough of it! The body cream is wonderful and smells great layered with: CK Euphoria, and JS Fancy Nights.

Perfect deep amber and berries scent! I pick up lots of raspberry in this....longevity and sillage are both moderate on me plus this one is a compliment getter!

Smells like a less complex dupe of Carolina Herrera Good Girl Supreme! Super affordable alternative. Layers really well with the men's BBW cologne Smooth Amber.

This scent is perfect for sexy night. Is it me or does this smell similar to Rihanna's Fenty Eau de Parfum? I Layer them and it smells divine.

Smells like dark raspberry and patchouli with musk and amber thrown in. Very dark, and intoxicating.

I've loved this for years, first scent type anything I ever bought.

This is a good, expensive smelling scent that's not expensive. Not a love cause I gotta be in a certain mood to wear it but very good, high up o. The list like. It does remind me of Mon Paris Ysl but without that headache inducing note. Also very similar to Euphoria Ck, but way watered down. How Euphoria smells after someone has had it on a few hours and walks by you. I would say a more wearable version of them both. And at first spray I get a strong whiff of fresh blackberries. I wish bbw would expand varieties. The do so many fruity sugary, foodie scents, it's nice when you find something different. I am not hating on fruity sugary scents at all, because I own way more than I should but I do want to smell like that all the time. I wouldn't wear this in the summer, but at in the fall and spring. Anytime in the winter.

For everyone who ever wished the sweet opening of YSL Black Opium would last forever, this one's for you! There seems to be more fruit and sugar in ITN and less coffee and jasmine, than BO, but BBW have nailed the central toffee/cashmeran/patchouli accord that feels luxurious, dark, and deep. It's well blended and, like BO, projects like a beast, probably owing to the same powerful synthetic aromachemicals in both formulas. I can't comment on similarity to previous discontinued BBW scents, but to me this one smells far more mature and upscale than other current BBW scents. Could credibly masquerade as a niche oriental for gents, grounded with a layer of a coffee, tobacco, or woody perfume that's not too complex. Edit: It's a clone of Black Opium Neon with extra fruit juice.

I have allergic rhinitis and suffer migraines so I don't like sweet or fruity notes also I don't really wear those perfumes cause most of then are cheap smelling but this being a fruity scent I can do well. Fruitiness is just right for me maybe because of the amber notes which is one of my favorite notes. Not really that "expensive" smelling but okay for casual purposes. Even the "body mist" surprisingly lingers so much on my skin and the dry down is amazing. This scent really suits my body chemistry. I live in a tropical country so I suggest to wear this best on cold days and nights but I used this during summer nights as well but only on casual settings. Not really your typical BBW scent.

Went to our local mall today to have a look at Bath and Body works. I used to really enjoy their aromatherapy line but that sadly has been gutted. And all the really good scents are now gone. Into the Night is a typical berry, patchouli, amber perfume. Nothing very special but nice enough for a young girl on a budget (I was one once) and she wants something that smells a bit mysterious w/out being to sexual. This will fit the bill nicely, at least for today's tastes which are a lot more linear compared to what what my generation wore in our youth. I wouldn't buy this for myself but my nieces might like it. It's fruity, musky, patchouli and that is about it.

A gorgeous scent for fall or winter!! Lasts well in cold weather and the sillage is incredible, just a couple sprays and it fills a room. Smells like something that would be nice to wear to a holiday party, but can be worn relatively casually during the day. Altogether a stunning perfume that performs very well and has gotten me lots of compliments! It's absolutely worth the price if you're looking for a perfume for the fall or holidays.

I absolutely smell the pine in this scent. It's fresh and clean, but sweet at the same time. It reminds me of Christmas in the best way. It's not super strong on me, it's very light. Not something I would be obsessed with but the pine in it sets it apart from anything else I have, and my boyfriend goes crazy for it when I have it on.

I really love this one from B&BW. Dark, luxurious, and sensual. Sweet berries, florals, patchouli, and amber. People will probably think you are wearing something much more expensive. I bought the EDP and plan to stock up on the lotion and shower gel too. Great value.

I love this. Reminds me of Miss Dior Cheri as well as Soap and Glory’s original pink (rose and bergamot scented) lotion. I have the glow-tion and it lasts all day! I’m a teacher so I reserve this for weekends, it’s definitely strong. But delicious!

i like sweet scents from amber the most than vanilla, so this is very good for me. but i like the shower gel more than the prfume, idk just get different vibes smell when use it for bath 🤤. its more sweet than fresh

If you are a bath and body works fan then you must get this. It is a very sexy scent and my boyfriend loves it on me. It is raspberry with rose, amber, and musk. This has good performance for a body mist.

Not worth the perfume price, the smell is very nice but it has the same longevity as the body mist. I love the scent of this perfume but with bath and body works perfume, just get the mist.

Just get the mist and use a little cause it goes a long way . Even if you don't like it at first the fragrance grows on you . The mocha base note in the mist is bold and mysterious.

really loved it in the winter BUT it's SO NOT a summer-friendly mist. Can become a bit suffocating in hot and humid weather.

There is definitely patchouli in here.

I thought this was good, but not outstanding. It kind of rides the fence too much for me to fall in love with it, it's very balanced and classy, without jutting notes (I love In The Stars because it's screechy). A Thousand Wishes is really classy too, but I find ATW to be more unusual and unique with it's amaretto and tart fruit. This is also a little like Dark Kiss, I agree...but DK is dank and unbalanced with the basenotes being crazy dominant. I like this about as much as Forever Red, but Forever Red is a little but more juicy and memorable. Really, the issue here is probably my own taste. I like things to have more distinction and a little more individuality. This is a little too refined and it could easily be mistaken for a litany of other frags on the market. It's good quality (it certainly has better longevity than most of their sugary things), but it's easily forgettable and I didn't feel like purchasing it (even with the little EDP tubes on sale for a good price). I agree with @afw1219 ́s review below. I've had this fragrance on my wishlist for the longest time after really liking the shower gel and the body lotion, but I have to say... after getting to try a little travel size... the edP doesn't really blow me away. The berries are amped up but in a very synthetic sticky sweet manner and it does kind of throw the scent a little bit off balance. The amber is there but very muted in the background, I hardly get any Jasmine. It feels a bit blunt and hamfisted all over. I do think you'll get a better effect using the body care products of the line and top them off with the body mist. It is a nice line suitable for cooler weather. Personally, though, I'd go for a bit more nicely blended fragrance within the same genre. To be clear, it is not a bad perfume. I just think the fragrance shines better in its Body Mist and body care product formulation than in the EdP. The EdP just gets an "okay" rating from me.
