Off The Vine

Aside from the signature bath and body soapy/chemical undertones I definitely got the fresh tomato stem green as well as earthy soil notes. On me it also had a warm, not spicy, note, like solar. Overall very summery. Lasted overnight on me close to the skin. It did not smell like old tomato's to me at all, which I see is a common concern for this and other tomato/tomato vine scents, instead it reads as very clean and summery in my opinion.

This is a wonderful green vegetal fragrance for those who love aromatic herbs! Strangely too, I can pick up a slight BR540-style accord mixed in with it too, especially in the opening. People who love most BBW scents may not like this one; it's definitely a departure from their typical offerings. I may have to get a backup though.

my mom uses this perfume and it smells like fresh green feminine perfume, not like ketchup or pasta or anything. obviously it does smell like tomatoes, but it's very nice and clean. like chopping wet tomato's fresh from the garden. there's a petrichor note somewhere. its so nice to smell on my mom and it's very her style!

I have all of the body care and fragrance including the mist which I use to refresh during the day. I truly enjoy this line! Smells like a fresh summer day putzing around outside in the garden, a farmers market, you get it.

incredible tomato scent green, earthy

hello hello!! i got this perfume on a whim, mainly because i had wanted to explore the aromatic green smell it was advertised as having. The first spray was very interesting and intense. I expected an older, more savory scent as i have previously experienced with other vegetable perfumes. this was not the case— as my nose was immediately filled with the smell of fresh tomato vine. if you practice gardening, then you know this exact smell. the smell when you accidentally (or purposefully) cut or snap the stalks of your tomato plant. a clean punchy smell, lightly citrusy and very grasslike. a tomato plant in distress, as i like to say, haha. as it mellowed out, i got the hints of germanium and moss. the germanium was a welcome sweet edition to this grassy smell, and the moss did a great job at mellowing out that sharpness of the tomato vine. the earthiness paired really well with it, and i can see a lavender or even cilantro scent layering well with this! i really enjoyed it. while out of my usual comfort zone, it’s still a very pleasant smell, and i gifted the bottle to my boyfriend. even though i personally wouldn’t wear it all the time, he grew up gardening and is an avid enthusiast for all things green smelling. it also just pairs well with his body chemistry. please, smell this perfume while you still have the chance in stores!!

I can't get enough of this. I used to own Demeter 's Tomato and loved it, so when I saw this I had to try it. The geranium in this gives a kind of demureness to the vibrant tomato vine note. It has this sunkissed flushed cheeks vibe; a being all day in an italian villa a' la Stealing Beauty. On my skin the geranium is most prominent at first, then the tomato and moss kick in. I have the mist, the lotion, shower gel and cream. When I saw the perfume I thought it was way overpriced for the quantity and the fragrance itself. I may get the Demeter Tomato oil to enhance its staying power. Other than that. I love this fragrance.

Great green & tomato vines fragrance! I feel the vanilla and tuberose also and it is creamy at the same time. Very aromatic and unique!

yeah it smells exactly like tomato. not sure if this is a blessing or curse
