Pink Obsessed

Pink obsessed has the notes of blushing Jasmine, cashmere praline & vanilla bourbon. In one sentence "extremely praline" dominated fragrance. It's a smooth blend of floral, slightly boozy, syrupy sweetness. At initial spray I get a prominent juicy red grape note ( it should be listed in there) reminds me of a local grape flavoured drink. It immediately gets backed up vanilla & praline. The praline is creamy, well rounded & thick. There is slightly spicy note used here maybe peppercorns? After a few hours when it gets settled onto my skin I can detect the Jasmine at the heart of the fragrance & overall the creamy sweetness turns slightly powdery. The powderiness isn't headache inducing it's pleasant, sweet & pink dusting sugar like. The smell develops beautifully with the passing hour. So at first it is very creamy praline like, then it softens up a bit just so that the floral note could come through & in the final dry down you are left with soft powdery vanilla goodness. It's very sweet & potent. Even though the packaging is cheap, but the smell itself is very luxurious. The projection & longevity are superior. Creates a beautiful thick scent bubble ( you have to be a bit generous on the spray) & easily lasts onto my skin until I shower. The smell is so pink lol what an apt name for the bottle! It gives me the vibe that I'm roaming around in the streets of a beautiful pink city eating creamy delicious pastries & just being in tuned with my female energy. I like it! I might get bored with it because it's not overwhelming me. I recently smelled "forever red" which is also on the same realm just it is fruity + boozy while pink obsessed is floral+ boozy. Forever red Smelled more interesting to me :/ Anyway it's a crowd pleaser for sure because it's well rounded, mature & pleasantly sweet without coming across as boring or juvenile. Performs wonderfully in cold weather, could be a bit cloying in summer heat because of the potent sweetness. If you like sweet berry fragrances, sugary/candy like fragrances you are gonna enjoy it 🩷

This has an opening of spicy white-florals. I get the jasmine blended with some spice of pink-pepper (listed in Valentino Donna Born in Roma) and bourbon vanilla in a way that leans a little to Moroccan orange-blossom, except it isn't. There's a fruity note up top as well, reminiscent of the black-currant in Valentino Donna Born in Roma. Underneath there's a fluffy-creamy base of blended bourbon vanilla, woods and white-florals. Also maybe a little bit of powdery tonka. This works on its own. for year round wear, but also would layer well with other white-florals, lactonic scents, fruity scents, woody scents, spicy scents & more, but I'll likely layer it with jasmine, magnolia, orange-blossom, almond & lactonics. Love it. Enjoy! Update 01/10/26: After surfing through the layering threads, I saw that a suggested layer was Valentino Donna Born in Roma + Guidance Amouage. I don't currently have VDBiR, so I tried the lotion for this under Guidance and some dupes and it smells amazing! I think the Pink Obsessed balances out some of the sharper notes of Guidance and some dupes: Pink Obsessed lotion + Guidance Amouage Pink Obsessed lotion + Decadent Dream Maison Alhambra Pink Obsessed lotion + Bayn Al Asrar Paris Corner (although this lighter dupe works with many others, including Viva la Juicy DNA).

Okay so, this scent totally lives up to its name because I am literally OBSESSED with this scent. The second I smelled it, I was like, “Wait... is this giving Very Good Girl Elixir??” Because YES, it totally does and that’s a huge win in my book. It’s giving designer vibes without the designer price tag, and I am here for it. It’s that perfect mix of sweet, fruity, sexy, and just the tiniest bit floral, all blended in a way that feels so feminine and bold without being too heavy. It’s flirty, fun, and a little seductive in a playful way. Basically it’s the kind of scent that makes you feel like the main character the second you put it on. Now, the only downside for me is that it doesn’t last super long on my skin. I wish it stuck around more, because I’d seriously bathe in this if I could. BUT- here’s the secret: spray it on your clothes, and it’s a total game-changer. It smells amazing and lasts way longer that way. Like I’ll catch a whiff hours later and just melt a little. So if you’re into sweet, pretty scents with a little edge- you need to try this one.

When I first smelled this in store, I thought it smelled synthetic and unappealing. I found out it's a dupe for Valentino Donna Born in Roma and I smelled that; still, although better, not my thing. Then, just today I smelled Pink Obsessed once again and I fell in love with it. Starts out with jasmine, then slowly transitions into some vanilla and I swear I smell some pink peppercorn as well. Lasts a very long time for a body mist. I sprayed it at around 1 pm and could still smell it on my wrist at around 8 pm. sillage is moderate.This works really well with my skin chemistry. 10/10 recommend. (however someone please let me know what season this would be for, I can't figure it out since jasmine could be spring, but vanilla, cashmere and praline could be fall. personally I think it would make a nice signature scnet for all year round)

I'm IN LOVE with this scent I was already a huge valentino Donna/ Donna intense lover so I was over the moon when bbw came out with this scent I've had this for almost a year and it's easily become one of my favorite scents It starts off with a soft blend of soft, delicate Jasmine and cashmere with gives it a woody factor, then the bourbon vanilla pulls through and blends beautifully with the Jasmine The dry down is a powdery, bourbon vanilla with a hint of almond and floral It's perfect for going out on a winter night, it's gorgeous, warm and sophisticated, truly a wonder I Pair this a vanilla body wash, lotion then a couple of sprays of warm vanilla sugar, pink obsessed the top it off with a spray of a thousand wishes, this combo smells like sweet, warm, wonderful luxury

this is definitely not the kind of fragrance i normally wear (i'm a vanilla girl through and through) but this is so pretty. the jasmine is definitely dominant here and it reminds me of jasmine tea. i do wish it was a little less powdery/musky and a little heavier on the praline and vanilla bourbon though. i don't know donna born in roma very well but i personally remember not loving it in-store, whereas this was an immediate like, though not a love for me. it was also pretty similar to petal parade, which was just a little sharper and soapier in my opinion, so i personally prefer this one out of the two. i do wish this lasted a bit longer though--of the everyday luxuries items that i picked up, this is surprisingly one of the weakest.

If you want a close dupe for Donna Born in Roma then I’d pick this up. It’s not exact but it’s about 95% the same. It’s close enough that I don’t feel the need to rush out and buy a new bottle of the original DBIR. My bottle had enough sprays left that I could compare them. It isn’t exact but it hits the spot. It last around 3 hours then becomes close to the skin for several more hours, I could faintly smell on my sweater the next day. Don’t pay full price ever for bath and body works, I picked this up for $4.95 during a sale. I got another bottle as back up and caught another sale for $3.95. If you think you want I’d get it quick because they aren’t keeping it around is what I was told.

I love this one so much, I find myself gravitating to it the most out of the whole line. It’s a beautiful feminine scent that just smells like ✨woman✨ the sweet vanilla and jasmine are just made in heaven. Some people say it doesn’t last long, but I’ve learned you need to be a little more generous with this spray, if you just do a couple sprays duh it won’t last long. Some good sprays on the pulse points and hair in the morning and I kept smelling it ALL DAY. Definitely recommend this one 10/10

Yup, this is basically a Valentino Donna Born in Roma (DBIR) dupe. Sweet warm floral. I know some people are saying “it’s not exact,” and maybe it’s not, but my nose doesn’t really pick up on a ton of nuance in fragrances so my first impression was instantly “oh, this is DBIR.” Either way, it’s definitely close enough, if you like DBIR. I bought this to layer with my DBIR travel spray and extend the scent longevity. With BBW sales and deals, I got this for about $4 so I’m happy with the value!

the longevity of this is really impressive considering it's a body mist!! this lasts about 6 hours on me, which is lovely. i really like this scent, it's sweet without it being cloying, and can be worn by both younger and older people without it being strange! i'm not sure how good of a dupe this is for valentino dbir because i haven't smelled it yet, but this is probably my second favourite scent from bath and body works! would absolutely love this in a body lotion 🥹

This scent is insanely sexy, and surprisingly enough this is my second favourite perfume, and my first favourite for sexy perfumes ! I am so, so sad that this is going to dissapear soon, I will never forgive BBW! It smells so, so sexy and sultry, and I've been trying to find another similar one, but I just can't. To me, it doesn't smell at all like Valentino Donna Born in Roma, which is heartbreaking because I would've gotten that instead.

I'm so surprised at how nice this is! I think it's become my absolute favorite from the line. I got it during the semi annual sale when it was like $3 CAD and I'm so glad that I did. Bath and body works is definitely stepping up their body spray lines now. I find that a lot of them (including this one) last a while, smell amazing and actually project, it's very impressive.

i wish this body mist was never discontinued!! it’s such a good dupe and i honestly lean towards this fragrance compared to the original(valentino born in roma). affordable and draws compliments just like the original does! the notes are very rich and fresh to me, i love the sweetness and sophistication of this mist! update: thankfully it’s not discontinued, just seasonal!

I don’t see any fruit or green notes listed but upon spraying this gives me something fruity and a bit bright. Once it dries down I get the praline and vanilla bourbon but the fruity note sticks around for a while. It’s a beautiful feminine perfumey scent! I never tried Valentino Donna Born in Roma but if this is what it smells like, then I’ll be needing a bottle of it!

I love this mist. I don’t like Born in Roma because the musk in the dry down smells bad on me. This is BIR without the gross musk dry down. It is very feminine and pink. I feel like it is pretty universally likable. It could be worn in any season. It is more floral than sweet (like the og). It isn’t super strong or long lasting, but it very nice for a body spray.

Born in Roma is my signature scent (basic I know), so I’m very familiar with it from initial spray to dry down. This is a 99.9% spot on dupe! It’s woody, it’s boozy, it’s vanilla, and it’s sexy! It’s definitely a good investment if you have Born in Roma so you can spray your body with it and save the Valentino for your pulse points.

It somehow smells so much more complex and intoxicating than Donna Born in Roma, which has never really been that interesting to me. It’s such a gorgeous scent. Genuinely no idea why they discontinued it, everyone that I’ve shown it to have been hooked, it lasts forever and projects very well, especially for a body spray.

Smells very, very similar to Diesel Loverdose. Not an exact dupe, but if you’re looking for that spicy licorice vibe, that’s the overall smell I get from this once dried down. I love it so much. Mature and sexy. A great wear for cooler weather. Surprisingly lasts a long time, even on skin.

Yup, it’s definitely DBIR. I also purchased the Oakcha dupe but was disappointed because I found them quite different from one another. THIS one takes the cake; I find it nearly identical to the original so I’m very impressed. I adore layering with this but I do love wearing it on its own.

Born In Roma is my favorite perfume ever, and I am literally obsessed with this fragrance mist. It smells so similar and lasts a good few hours as well. I wish they would make a body lotion version of Pink Obsessed 💖
