You're the One

There are no words to describe how much I love this perfume! I literally put more on multiple times a day because I love it so much. I just want to smell it all the time. I would shower in this stuff if I could lol. What’s very weird is that when I first smelled it I thought I hated it, it smelled like an old lady to me. I put it on anyway just to see what the dry down was like and I’m not kidding within like two hours I was like “what is this lovely smell”! it grew on me to the point where now I’m addicted to it. Pretty crazy honestly. I’ve never gone from hating something to loving it so quickly! And it doesn’t give me a headache at all, ever. I never thought I would find a perfume that I love as much as TM’s Angel, let alone a scent like this that is so totally different from it. Perhaps the biggest surprise was that it was from Bath and Bodyworks, of all places. This does not smell like it comes from a lower end shop; it smells like a high-end perfume that you would find at department store like Nordstrom. The only other BBW scent I got this addicted to has been Into The Night (which is also excellent and smells high end) but I think You’re The One is the one for me right now.

I've tested the body spray in store and can definitely smell the strawberry and rose. You get whiffs of the sweet and juicy yet artificial strawberries, rose that is prevalent enough to be detected but not to the extent of overpowering the other notes, and woodiness from the birch. It is overall one of the best scents at BBW that would probably layer really well! The overall vibes the spray gave — a seemingly delicate girl with thorns and some tricks up her sleeve. Anyway, I got the body lotion. It smells and projects slightly different from the spray. Instead, the birch is the star of the show. The delicious strawberry and rose notes are still there but the birch is much louder. It smells a tad bit more mature compared to its body spray counterpart. Would add an interesting layer to gourmand and floral fragrances. A few things that I can confirm for sure: 1)It is a head-turner. You will get compliments and/or have people ask for the name of this scent. 2)It is not too juvenile nor mature, but I can see both groups liking this scent.

Update: this has become my #1 scent from BBW; I love it. It's absolutely intoxicating and layers so well with many, many perfumes. This one never really appealed to me in the past, but BBW was having a sale on their mists so I ordered this along with a few others I will review as I form my opinions on them. (Other faves of mine from the brand: In the Stars, Almond Blossom, Dahlia, and Fireside Flurries). I chose this to wear for Valentine's Day - the bottle to me *screams* Valentine's Day and love, and of course rose HAS to be in your perfume on V day at least in my opinion. And this is it--a fruity-fresh rose! I do really like it, holds its own and lasts a heck of a lot longer than most of their mists. That said, it's still a body mist so you'll want to spray it generously on your body and then on your clothing to maximize it. I'm curious about layering this with other scents. It would be pretty with any other strawberry perfume (Burberry Her comes to mind).

This is the best scent that Bath and body Works has ever released. Honestly, I'm a body spray and body lotion junkie... I have more bottles of lotion and bottles of sprays then I can use. But I go through bottles of this like it's nothing. And that's how you know I really like something, cause I never really use up anything. This, and sensual amber. But THIS... this smells so good... I absolutely love it. Far from juvenile, and it actually has throw and staying power. This is my favorite thing to put on after I get out of the shower... Lotion myself up and spray myself with the spray. It leaves me smelling absolutely divine. The strawberry and this is very subtle, and it lends a youthful hint to the rose, but it doesn't make the scent itself fruity. It's still very much a rose forward floral. I think the birch is what keeps it from being too sweet. This scent is amazing. I don't think I'll ever stop wearing it.

I received this as a gift for Christmas from a friend (body spray, body wash, and lotion) and was shocked when it smelled familiar... had to think about it before realizing it smells almost IDENTICAL to Tocca Gia perfume. Seriously, this would be an almost exact dupe. Rose, sweet, soapy. I LOVE the Gia perfume, and was thrilled to have something that smells so similar. If I’m being honest, this smells just as good, is much more affordable, and.... it lasts incredibly long. I sprayed this on me, wore a jacket, and will continue to smell the fragrance on my jacket for days. That is amazing! Especially for a body spray to have that much power. I hope this is a staple in BBW, but I will be grabbing a lotion and spray before the season ends just in case. Buy this if you like: -Tocca Gia -Rose Jam from LUSH -Rose scents in general

this is a divine rose-strawberry scent (i have the body mist and the body lotion). the strawberry is not the bubblegum/artificial type, and the rose is dewy, not powdery or dusty. it's youthful -not childish!- and light, yet grounded and sophisticated at the same time. i find that BBW knows how to work with a strawberry note, they always nail the perfect juicy sweet strawberry without a plastic-y aroma. You're the One is definitely a cold weather fragrance, in the summer it loses the DNA and smells more like a banana instead! another thing is that it projects as long as its wear time (4-6 hours) and has great sillage, it fills up a small room. i can not smell it on my skin, if i bring my nose up to my arm there is nothing. but i can smell it in the scent bubble that it creates.

Update: I love this. It’s beautiful. Probably my most fav bbw scent ever. Beautiful. I kept hearing youtubers rave about this one so I went to test it out today in the store. Yes, I found it very pretty, in a Bombshell sort of way. But they literally did not have one body spray or perfume for sale in the store for this. Even if it ends up being pretty light on me, I would still like to have it to wear as a bed scent. Sometimes if I wear heavy perfume to bed, it gives me a headache, so something a little lighter might be a better idea anyway. The thing that I really liked about it was that it smelled so bright to me.

I am so much in love in this fragrance and I have a BBW store very close to my place ,so I go like every week just to check out what's new,and keep asking for this perfume,as it was discontinued so quickly .The scent is fresh rosy -birchy yamy...One day one of the shop assistants offered me to call me if they receive any,so I gave her my tel number...And she called me,I went to the store and my bottle was secretly kept especially for me.Very nice surprise.Also BBW gave me a coupon for free full size body item,so I grabbed the pairing shower gel.Lucky me.I am good for now,I am happy!Thank you,BBW!

This is probably the only floral dominant perfumes that I've found myself LOVING. This is such a sweet, juicy rose scent I'm so sad because this was gifted to me by my mom for my birthday and it's really hard for me to find a floral perfume that I like, let alone love and this is no longer available at the B&BW in my city :/, however if you are able to get your hands on this, you should absolutely BUY IT. This is a perfect Fall/Winter/Spring scent, since it is so strong I would avoid wearing it during the hot summer months because I can see it being too cloying.

Just picked this one up, it took me a trip around the store to decide if I should purchase and I'm glad I did!! I have the mist and body cream. A very wearable rose fragrance! I'm often drawn to rose perfumes but find them hard to wear because they usually smell so mature. The hint of strawberry makes this one just youthful enough to keep me from imagining Grandma on Sunday, while still feeling like a 28 year old woman, not a teenager. I've been reapplying all day because it smells that good! Just the right amount of sweet and sexy to wear day or night.

I love this perfume, it was my signature scent through most of high school. I bought this in a mall with friends after smelling countless perfume at bath and body works. The reason I picked this over all the others is because to me it doesn't smell chemically or synthetic like most other B&B scents. Personally it smells more like rose than strawberry, i love that but if your expecting a super fruity scent this isn't it. Its both a day and night scent. Lasts the day, especially on clothes. This is a great cheap floral daily scent.

Omg this BBW scent is one of the BEST imo along with fairtytale, in the starts and dream bright!! So So beautiful and very versital. I can wear this in ANY season, its never cloying or obtrusive. Just a light beautiful jammy strawberry and birch forward scent. Not immature, I can see a wide variety of ages wearing this scent. Just plain lovely. The longevity is meh, so I suggest using the body cream along with this mist/parfum, and even the body wash if you will.

Come on! This is one of the best fragrance from BBW and the lasting power is insane . It lasted so long time on my skin and clothes . I only have the fragrance mist and its all enough. If you like fruitty, shampoo-ie , floral , fresh scent, which is long lasting , then try this. This is giving me the VIBES of “my burberry”collection, as well as Issey Miyake “Rose en Rose” plus it smells like lancome Idole. Not for everyone, but definitely for me 🙃😃

BBW Newest edition, Awe what a jewel, this smells so good. I purchased the body spray, and body cream a couple of weeks ago, and have been mesmerized by this scent. The perfume smells like something that should be in a high end department store. I wonder how long this beauty will be around before it's taken off BBW shelves. It truly upsets me that every time I get attached to one off their fragrances they decide to retire it.

My first time testing at the store this was an immediate NO. Next time, I thought well that is interesting but no. Third time, I was looking for a travel spray of something and so picked this one up out of a lack of other options. Took it on a three day trip and fell in love. Try this one a few times, it might grow on you. I have now been back to get the full size mist + the body lotion. Love it so much!

This is really juicy in fall weather. I was trying to force it all spring and summer but it just wasn’t hitting the spot right. Until today... it’s September and now this is baby is in all her glory, the magic of this fragrance is alive! Mmmm I can’t get enough! Rosy strawberry without smelling cheap or plasticky. It’s so succulent! 🌹 🍓 ❤️ very very sexy tart and sweet. It’s like the perfect juicy kiss 💋

I find YTO to be a good dupe ingredient for PDM Delina. They have a similar drydown, but YTO is more fruity and Delina is more rose at the beginning. On its own, it's a very pretty, refreshing and flirty fragrance. I love smelling of roses and this is a perfect everyday fragrance for me. It lasts about 4-5 hours which I like because this is a scent that can make me nose blind.

This is one of the best bath and body work's has come out with. The rose, strawberry and birch go so great together just enough of each in it this is also our opinion as everybody's body chemistry is different. May smell great on some and not so good on other's. I love this fragrance and so does my husband which is a plus and if he want's to wear it that is fine with me.

I recently picked up the body mist. I'm sooo regret not purchasing the body cream during their sales. Right now, I have this layered with Pink Sugar, since both have the strawberry note. The combination is a very gentle and sweet smell. Lovely fruity/floral! ETA: I see that the product line is on sale at BBW. Lemme go order the body cream!!!

whenever i wear this fragrance mist you're the one, it smells like palmolive pink soap in the philippines in a good way, this is a rose with a hint of strawberry and birch in the background to give it some depth.. beautiful beautiful 👏👏when i'm done with my first bottle.. will surely repurchase this whenever i miss this kind of scent.. 🥰🙏
