Oriental Bloom Eau de Parfum

I bought a tiny 1-oz of this after wanting it for a few years. It is unisex to me and very blue, also very young, with the freesia giving it the aquatic note. Sweeter than I wear. Adorable bottle. I get mostly freesia and a sweet vanilla and also understand the comparison to Obsession Night. Was hoping for more tonka and musk. It is very hot summer now, and I think this could be better in winter or fall. I am glad to have smelt it.

The notes in this sound really nice but sorry to say I think the perfume isn't really that great and very disappointed with it I don't think I'll be wanting to wear this as a perfume any time soon if it smelt as good as they say it does in their advertisement for it then it would of bn a nice perfume to have and wear but its not as good as I was expecting it to be

I thought I'd try this out and oh boy what a let down it didn't smell as good as I thought it would do thought it would be a really nice fragrance to try and not much I can say about it really would I buy any more perfumes from this brand of betty barclay no I won't be doing

Sickly sweet chai milkshake. I love the creamy smooth vanilla-tonka bean, the solid, woody-musky undertones, the tasteful magnolia-jasmine florals and the fresh, juicy pear. Pretty sure it's the freesia that's tipping Oriental Bloom into cloying sweetness for me.

Yesterday I sprayed this on a paper strip, smelled it and went "hmm, this is familiar". Then today I smelled the paper again and Good Girl by Carolina Herrera came to mind. So, naturally, I had to spray some of my GG on a tester strip to see what's happening here. I waited for the dry down and as I'm smelling both I have to say GG is far more complex, deeper, lovelier, as expected. But both have this, let's say similar dry down on the paper. Can't say how this develops on the skin. Not going to buy this but it smells really nice.
