Pharaoh Ramesses II

I purchased this scent after smelling with my girlfriend and testing all sorts of different fragrances - high-end, cheap dupes, and everything in between. After smelling Ramesses I, my hopes were not high at all - I don't get all the hype from it. Ramesses II hits so much different. She absolutely loved it on the first scent. It is a very deep scent with lots going on from a sweet and decadent chocolatiness aided by smooth amber and spiced with some cinnamon. The saffron is there but not very noticeable too me, but I think it works great here. As it has dried down, you will notice a deep, resinous oud with patchouli to help accentuate the natural woody/earthy smell, and the amber and cinnamon still in the mix keeping it sweeter than just a normal oud. You get a lingering hint of leather, not strong at all, but very nice. Smells comforting. It's a Fall/Winter nighttime fragrance that definitely leans masculine a bit, but still arguably unisex. Very sweet and seductive in nature, but not too much to hit the category of being "almost too sweet/sticky" like Stronger With You Intensely, which I also love. An excellent rounded product that fits into a somewhat risky but commonly approached profile that doesn't fail to impress me.

This one is INSANE. Such a seductive and dark scent profile- it smells like if you were to mix BVLGARI Le Gemme Orom and a hint of Kerosene Winter of 99. The longevity and sillage is also unbelievable. If your goal is to have your presence known for 8 hours straight.. this is your fragrance. After that first 8 hours is done it turns to a normal fragrance and its performance- going on about 12-16 hours total.

This is a dark deep scent, it must not be a style that's widely admired or it's being gate kept very well. I sometimes spray this with BH Intense and it's mind blowing how great the scents mix. The sillage and longevity is amazing. I went nose blind to this so fast my wife said she could smell it all through the house as soon as she walked in.

One of the few fragrances that made me smile when I smelled it. I won't go into too much detail. I'll keep it short and to the point: this stuff is a masterpiece. I genuinely don't see how anybody could smell this and not buy a bottle.
