Jasmine Tea 龙珠茉莉

A luminous jasmine tea that opens with a bright white‐floral glow. On fabric and hair, the yellow‐floral notes stay quiet, letting the jasmine shine: cool, airy, and beautifully aromatic. The tea rises gently underneath, adding a soft green clarity rather than bitterness. Ylang ylang gives a subtle golden warmth. As it settles, the jasmine becomes more transparent and petal fresh, wrapped in a clean musk and a hint of cedar. A serene, realistic jasmine tea with a delicate floral aura — elegant, calming, and quietly radiant.

I find this scent way more photorealistic than so many other jasmine scents. Compared this directly side by side with Gucci Bloom. Perfomance-wise, Gucci Bloom did better on my skin, but blend-wise, I find Black Paw's to be so much more truthful. I drink a lot of tea, and jasmine tea is something I consume on a daily basis, iced, no sugar. This scent extrudes a very fresh and smoothly cooling aura of ice-cold jasmine marinated tea. Its perfomance on the skin is, however, lacking. After 2-3 hours, the only thing left is a dry green-ish tone, while Gucci Bloom which opened too strongly, set on my skin for 8 hours. However it is important to note that Gucci Bloom is a plainly floral scent, while this is a floral tea scent. And for the price point? I'm not complaining.

Smells as you would expect per the name, a naturalistic tea with jasmine. Floral. Leans feminine for me. Suited for cooler months, in fall or winter. Edit to add that the packaging, bottle and presentation is really nice.
