Sexiest most elegant feminine fragrance. Boudica, or Boadicea is a fierce Celtic Warrior Queen that revolted against the Romans. She is a symbol of resistance and raw womanly force, she's Xena best friend or sister, cut from the same cloth. This fragrance has everything a Warrior Queen of modern days may need: sensuality, strenght, sweeteness, roughness, layers of layers of layers of stories. She's complex, she is enveloping and sensual. The fragrance is not pungent or strong at all ( as you would expect from such a strong character, or some notes like cherry and almond ). She is flowing and seductive, warm, exquisite female fragrance really. Created with care for all details. I didn't think so, but i couldn't put her down. So now she's mine and ohhhh do i love her. She sips though my skin and becomes a scent trail anyone asks me about. Compliment getter for sure. I got to know her better and she's a cloth of superpowers; any woman can bring the world to their knees wearing this. Glad i have her in my collection. These are Fragrances for Queen and Kings. The packaging alone is is outstanding. A black box on gold writings. Unwraps into a secret chest-like altar, with carved celtic golden ROTATING DOOR to open it. Unboxing a fragrance of this price should always give such emotion, other brand in this price range should learn. Not to mention the bottle alone worth the price ( front and back handcrafted shields with intricate knot work in metals , mine looks like silver 925 ). I was on the hunt for unique perfumes and wanted to add a cherry smelling scent to my collection. I was so excited to try this, but the cherry is a bit too tart for my liking. I only smell cherry and almond. I don’t get any booze. It is really nice and I like the dry down, but I reckon this could be migraine inducing if sprayed all over. This is definitely the closest cherry scent to Tom Ford’s Lost Cherry. I’ve now tried several cherry scents in the search for a cheaper Tom Ford alternative, so here’s my thoughts: * Tom Fords Lost Cherry - This is still no.1 for me! I love the sweet, candied, maraschino cherry in this over every other cherry perfume I’ve smelled! ... even if it doesn’t last long. * Venom of Love by Navitus - this is another favourite that takes cherry in a different direction. This is a juicy black cherry, or boozy Black Forest gateau scent. I bought a full bottle. Highly recommend. * BDK Rouge smoking - This is a nice smoky, slightly spicy cherry scent. It does have a bit of a musky, flowery undertone. I passed on this because my partner felt it was too masculine. It’s definitely a unisex scent. * Bohoboco's Wet Cherry Liquor - a tart, wet cherry that just absolutely wasn’t for me. It has a strong musky undertone that amplifies on my skin and chokes me. Hard pass! * Bodacious is definitely one of the best cherhry scents I’ve come across. It’s a good, cheaper (but still extortionate) alternative to Tom Ford. It definitely lasts much longer than TF does! Unfortunately it was just a bit too tart for me and i decided to splurge on TF.

I left another cherry-focused review on Cherry Saffron from Tabbeau Place, a really decent syrupy cherry frag that leans grenadine--sweeter, greener, juicier, and a bit more into almond than Bodacious. (Random note: I've certainly decluttered a LOT of cherry frags, mostly for the sin of being a bit too doll head, or playdough or plastic, etc. You name it--I've tried most of them.) But Bodacious is GOOD. True to it's name, it's gutsy for a cherry frag and leans more into vanilla and booziness than some of its competitors. It's rounder, spicier, earthier, fuller and a bit more mature and elegant than my Tabbeau Place bottle. But well it should be--TP retails for about $135 for 50 ml, and Bodacious is $365 for the only size, 100 mil, so honestly, at that ridiculous price point I do expect more complexity and nuance. It's a grown up cherry scent floating in liquor, and that's my preference, honestly--it's what I WANTED from TF's Lost Cherry. I'm not really looking for cherry bubblegum or cherry plastic, or cherry lip gloss notes, if that makes sense. The scent is seamless, beautifully blended, but does lack projection and I suspect my scent bubble is mostly vanilla. I also suspect this will be a skin scent in no time, but that's been my experience with cherry frags. I have 5ml of this, but I'd be very tempted to snag a full bottle if the price was right.

Oh. She's here to grab attention. Well, she's certainly got mine. The opening was an interesting challenge for me. Not sure if it was first sprits out of the tester but immediately my partner and I got strong whiffs of sour cherry, birthday cake and peanut butter. Odd, but not unpleasant. In fact, it lured us in for more whiffs and, as we hoped, when it came time for dry down heaven we were both mesmerized. Bodacious has this drool factor, mass appealing, yet incredibly unique gourmand twist. I am very picky with cherry accords and usually not a fan, they often come across medicinal, but the way that Bodacious has done cherry here is fun and luscious. It's boozy, floral and a little smoky as well as very sweet. This makes lost cherry look like a basic bish (I never really liked lost cherry anyway). In my opinion, Bodacious would make an incredible party scent. She's social, loud and proud. I wouldn't wear her for intimate date nights, but I'd rock her for a fun night out. If this perfume was a song it would be CUFF IT by Beyoncé. Definitely leans feminine and is a beast mode fragrance - I could smell it on me for the entire 8 hours of testing and when I had a shower this morning, I still smelt yummy remnants on my skin. I bet it would be so intoxicating in your hair and on your clothes. Bit of a splurge, but full bottle worthy for sure.

I've been wanting, but waiting, to purchase this fragrance since the first reviews a couple of years ago. I became aware of this fragrance during the cherry fragrance explosion. I have long been a fan of cherry based scents with the Petite Robe Noire collection being my favorite for years. When I saw the review I was immediately intrigued, but the price made me a bit hesitant; especially after purchasing Lost Cherry and finding out that although it's a beautiful scent, the sillage and longevity were not nearly what I expected. Fast forward almost three years. I finally bit the bullet and bought this fragrance and WOW, I wish I'd bought this one first!!! It is absolutely lovely. It's well blended with the cherry being the star, but not a Diva. The cherry and vanilla play wonderfully well together and the cloves add a tiny spicy kick. After a while, the cherry moves to the middle seat and I get a sexy, amber musk scent with just a touch of sweetness. To top it off, the bottle and packaging are stunning. The box opens and the bottle presents like a flask of expensive liqueur. This is a great scent in the warm weather, but I think it will be a stunner in the winter time. I can imagine this scent wafting from under a sweater or coat while outside on a cold, brisk day. I can't wait to try it the colder weather.

I'm in love with this! I love it much more, than tf lost cherry. It's a more concrete cherry to me. Right after the application ,This is deep, boozy, luxorious sexy juicy cherry which is almost smells like a photorealistic cognac (sweetish)cherry bon-bon (for example mon chérie bon-bon) filler. Twisted with magical cloves, but the cloves aren't harsh, they slim down softly in to the composition, and give some spicy sparkle to it. And by time, this realistic juicy boozy spicy heaven get some soft powderly vanilla accord ( thx for the almond heliotrope and musk ) on a very delicious tobacco- tonka , and creamy bit smokey sandalwood. This parfumes smells like, u eat cherry bon bons,and drink cherry liqour, in luxorious old bar, where the tables are antiques and made from woods, and this woods has smoky vanillary bourbon scent. This is the most photorealistic cherry scent whic i ever met. It soo soo yummie. I think it'a perfect fall-winter night fragrance. ( i have to made place for it next to kilian angel's share) And a nice for date-nights too. It's tottaly unisex, but maybe slightly more feminin... at least relation to lost cherry for sure.

Sophistication in a bottle, The accords on here are totally off. This is not a super sweet fragrance, nor is it vanilla dominant. This is a warm amber cherry fragrance with huge amounts of depth and nuance. I get cherry, those florals in the mid, warm spices, and a bold amber accord. The stages of this fragrance are excellent. Now, a lot of people focus on the cherry, and while that is a prominent feature, I don't even think it's the star of the show. Everything going on around the cherry to support it, is what impresses me, and what I love most about this fragrance. It projects well, and performs for a good 8 hours on my skin. 2-3 sprays is all I need. This is unisex. You wouldn't bat an eye if you smelled this on a woman. It might raise eyebrows coming off a man, but worn with confidence it is totally doable--I'm a dude and I wear this and love it. Bodacious is probably the highest quality and best blended fragrance in my 60+ bottle collection. It's also the most expensive... While you do get what you pay for here, it's still a lot of money. But man, it's good.

As much as I love Lost Cherry, I gotta admit that this one may just be the better version. It’s so smooth, the tonka bean vanilla cherry combo creates a similar affect that BDK Rouge Smoking gives, and the almond grounds it and gives it a creamy base underneath. This is more sophisticated, more luxe smelling. Tom Ford’s smells rich and like going out for cocktails. Bodacious smells like an expensive dinner date where nothing is under $100. They’re around the same price point but Lost Cherry is $320 for a 50ml, and Bodacious is ~$350ish for 100ml. This one also outperforms Lost Cherry in a spray test, but I find when I layer with Lost Cherry and give it a base oil or Vaseline to cling onto, I can prolong the lifespan by hours. I don’t really have to do that with this, out the gate it’s performing and projecting all on its own. Of the two I’ve been comparing I’d recommend Bodacious, but then even beyond these, my favorite is still Rouge Smoking for this scent profile, but they’re all delicious and you can’t go wrong with any of them.

This was a blind buy based on below reviews and honestly it's a major win for me. This is everything I wanted Tom Ford's Lost Cherry to be and more. It's by no means a beast mode fragrance but you will definitely smell this on yourself and those in your close proximity. Upon first sniff, Bodacious is more nutty which I personally love but the dry down is exactly the same as Lost Cherry. Lost Cherry on me basically vanishes after 30 minutes on my fragrance eating skin, but Bodacious lasts a good 5-6 hours with good projection before sitting closer to skin. It's an addicting scent that will make you keep sniffing yourself and reminds me of drinking an Amaretto Sour in a fancy cocktail bar, and eating the maraschino cherry at the end. This bottle has better performance than Lost Cherry for half the price. I'm so in love with this fragrance, would definitely recommend to a friend and will definitely be buying a back up bottle.

My second review on this perfume. Recently I tried many other cherry perfumes.. Such as Lost Cherry, Duchessa, Mandorle, Rouge Smoking.. Bodacious is still the best among them. (For me & they are all different in the same family.) [Rank] Love to Least fav. 1. Bodacious: boozy cherry liquor & great performance with depth. 2. Mandorle - more floral-cherry, sometimes feels a little bit medicinal on my skin. 3. Lost Cherry - Classic, lovely & inviting cherry but weak performance sadly. 4. Rouge Smoking - Artificial cherry candy, very light & terrible performance. 5. Duchessa - Cherry is so short-lived & so rusty/metallic, Iron-like. BIG NO. Please try this if you like cherry & boozy stuff.

My last review was a bit too short and sweet, so I wanted to circle back on this one. I stand by what I originally said, this is the best cherry fragrance and I consider it to be my signature scent (this is coming from someone with moderate-severe cherry fatigue, lol). Someone below seems upset that it doesn't bear resemblance to Lost Cherry, but I'm not sure how that's a bad thing. This isn't supposed to smell like LC. I find LC to smell way too medicinal and Bodacious doesn't evoke that sensation at all. I also love how well blended this is. I don't think I've ever encountered cherry/almond/heliotrope that smells this good. This is so popular for a very good reason.

The nose behind this composition is Christian Provenzano. 🍒Top notes: Cherry, Clove, Almond, Cognac. 🍒Heart notes: Jasmine Sambac, Heliotrope, Moroccan Rose. 🍒Base notes: Tonka bean, Amber, Musk, Sandalwood, Vanilla, Vetiver, Tobacco. A warm, inviting fragrance, full of oriental promise. Cherry dominates this gourmand elixir, but its sweetness is tempered by the inclusion of clove, pepper and a host of light woods. Bodacious is a delight of maturity and seduction. 8/10 in my book 📝📓🤓 Wear what you like, not what other people say you should like.

I’m OBSESSED. TF Lost cherry is too light & fleeting to be in the same ballgame park as this, y’all THIS IS A MASTERPIECE! I sprayed all my cherry frags to test side by side, Bodacious remains KING! With Navitus Venom of love a VERY CLOSE 2nd then lovefest. Next cherry frag on my list: Khaltat Night Attar Collection! Edit: I now have Khaltat Night! long story short, Bodacious (cherry almond) remains KING of cherry frags, VOL (cherry chocolate) will be the sexy grown first born, Lost C (sweet cherry soda) is the second rebel yet fruity fun daughter and khaltat night is the close cousin because the cinnamon is very present almost dominating!

Opened up with a beautiful cherry liqueur with almond. Then the first two notes left all too soon, leaving the almond with tonka vanilla amber combo which was quite lovely too. Tobacco came in and it moved from Lost Cherry like to Tobacco Vanille like. But overall it still smelled good. Only that I’m sure most people bought this for the cherry note but cherry didn’t stay for the entire party. It was only a cameo appearance. Still love it when it was around. Edit. So the cherry came back after a while and stayed on till the dry down. In fact it stayed on clothing as a very light skin scent for well over twenty four hours.

I love it. There's a really nice cherry pipe tobacco off the top. I get the cloves in the mid once the cherry starts to wane, and it's pretty peppery and spicy (not as strong as Le Labo Poivre 23 of course) which gives a nice change. The pipe tobacco is still there and it blends really well. In the dry down I get vanilla pipe tobacco and it's really really nice and smooth. I don't get any floral notes off my skin, but the tobacco note is so nice throughout the lifespan that I couldn't care less. Yeah it's insanely expensive but you need 1 or 2 sprays only for all-day longevity and a 100mL bottle will last forever.

This is an excellent example of a fruity gourmand done right. It’s a playful booze-binger with a nutty texture and a lot of clove to spice it all up. I’m usually not a gourmand lover, but this really is mouthwatering. I see it compared to Lost Cherry, but I find it quite different. Lost Cherry is more bitter almondy all the way through and less cherry and though I like it, I much prefer this one. Bodacious is very well crafted, easy-going and with a lot of warmth in the base. I highly recommend it for gourmands with a soft spot for ripe, luscious cherries. It’ll be perfect in winter.

I found this instead of going for Tom Ford’s Lost Cherry. I have heard many mixed reviews about TF’s lack of longevity. This was the answer! It lasts!! Starts syrupy, sweet, boozy. The Cherry is front and center. I was cautious about the number of notes, but they balance perfectly. The Cherry, Rum, Almond, Cloves, and Tobacco are what make this fragrance. Jasmine, Rose, and Heliotrope pull this scent in a beautiful composition to make it have complexity. the Vanille, Tonka, and Amber give a richness that allow the Musk to soften while allowing the Sandalwood to add an extra bite.

WOW. Imagine a delicious mulled wine. A vintage port shiraz is used as the main wine. JMK Shiraz VP comes to mind. Then add a bit of cognac. A nice cognac that has a strong aroma. Some amaretto also is added. Some cloves and a bunch of fresh pitted cherries are crushed into the mix with a splash of good sour cherry juice. A touch of vanilla bean pods and essence are added into the mix.... While making this amazing mulled wine, you also have a great cuban cigar... This is truly a beautiful scent. Masterpiece!

Okay I am someone who loves Lost Cherry but wanted something that lasted a bit better on me ( I get like 5 hours of soft sillage). So I stumbled upon Bodacious and yes they are very similar with a similar juicy cherry note. But the cherry in this fragrance is not only boozy but spicy with the cloves & cognac. Like a grown sophisticated version of Lost Cherry. But not blind buy worthy in my opinion. The cloves on my skin are very pronounced but I love that so it depends on your personal taste and climate.

if you havent tried this, this is the best gourmand scent you haven't put your nose on yet, period. an absolutely delicious and gorgeous perfume. if you're a gourmand lover that enjoys cherry, almond, booze and vanilla this is a must try/own. the heliotrope in this adds a slight powdery vibe that enhances the experience, making it more complex and sweet. imagine if tom ford lost cherry had more of a masculine edge, yet still retaining its gorgeous cherry dominant scent profile. 10/10
