The Hiss of Cherry Blossom Trees in the Rain... There's a nice dewy, fresh cherry-blossom here built with a hiss of cedar on top of soft, fruity-floral cherry that's built with some additional pear. All the notes listed are serving to enhance and support the cherry-blossom effect. I don't get cedar in the base - only as part of the cherry-blossom, but there is something that reads like white-musk to me in the base, and the sillage has an additional shampoo vibe. Overall I do picture a cherry blossom tree in the rain. Contrast to Calgon Japanese Cherry Blossom (not on this website yet): These are different, but there is a similar vibe with cherry blossom and the longer they're on the skin the more similar they become. Calgon Japanese Cherry Blossom has an additional note near-pineapple and is more like a cherry blossom tree in the sunshine, while this has a slightly more forward aquatic facet and is more like a cherry blossom tree in the rain. Roughly equivalent performance. Contrast to Body Fantasies Japanese Cherry Blossom: These are different, but again a similar vibe with cherry blossom. Body Fantasies Japanese Cherry Blossom is more similar to the Calgon Japanese Cherry Blossom with an additional note reading like faint pineapple, as well as some more forward woody tones in the base. Body Fantasies Japanese Cherry Blossom outperforms both Bodycology Cherry Blossom and Calgon Japanese Cherry Blossom. Overall: Beautiful cherry-blossom tree in the rain scent. There's a nice balance here between the hiss and the floral-cherry, which isn't always the case for cherry-blossom scents. Performance is average for a body spray, and this would wear nicely in springtime. Enjoy!

I am a cherry blossom lover. I always have been and it's highly likely that I always will be. Bodycology's Cherry Blossom Body Mist is a great body mist for layering, if you're wanting to a just a little bit of a sweet floral touch to your fragrance of the day. Most body mists at this price point tend to be an over powering punch to your gut of a cherry blossom and alcohol scent. This particular body mist is different though, because there's a a really nice pear note that blends nicely with the cherry blossom, and it also has a hint of a woody dry down that balances it quite nicely. I love Bodycology because the low price point doesn't include a low quality scent. Speaking of the low price point, because I'm spending so little for a fragrance that smells so nice, I am free to overspray until my heart's content and I love that about my Bodycology body mists. I will always be a Bodycology customer.

Okay, I was iffy abt this at first. It smelt good when I js got it, but it didn't last long. But, I still wanted to give this a second chance. I let this macerate for 2 months.... and this is the most accurate and most feminine cherry blossom fragrance I've ever had. I would wear it in summer and spring (its summer right now and it is actually really nice!). It doesn't become cloying in the summer heat, even on the hottest days (in Colorado its like a mf desert). It isn't bitter, yet it does have a bit of flowery sweetness to it (as to be expected). So I would say this is a safe blind buy! Though, do let it macerate for best performance. And also this doesn't give me headaches or nausea (I'm usually very sensitive when it comes to strong scents). So, go get it!

Reminds me a bit of Jergens cherry almond lotion, with less almond. It definitely smells like cherry blossoms, it’s floral while still containing a nice juicy and fresh cherry note. It is also kind of like (but not an exact dupe for) BBW Cherry Blossom, which I used to LOVE before they discontinued it. Staying power is about what you’d expect from any body spray - i.e., maybe an hour or two if you’re lucky. But it’s truly such a lovely fresh floral fragrance and I don’t mind reapplying as needed. Perfect for spring and also won’t overwhelm in summer heat. Super affordable too.

One of my aunts gifted me a bottle of this body mist for my birthday and honestly I wasn't expecting to like it since I personally got fed up with the cherry blossom scents but the additiong of the pear and cedar wood? It just works! Its a delightful summery scent! It makes me feel fresh when I spray it in my skin! Would I personally buy it again? Yes, but its not an instant replace for me.

The pear combined with the sandalwood makes this fragrance so comforting to me, it doesn't last very long though :(

Ok. I actually hate cherry blossom usually, and I cannot make myself enjoy B&BW's JCB, as much as I try to. I don't like Body Fantasies' verison either. However, this smells more like B&BW's lesser-known *Cherry Blossom* (not Japanese Cherry Blossom), which I find to be quite decent. This however isn't as fruity as Cherry Blossom, but there's an indistinct juicy background note to help it be more than linear floral. I can't actually tell that this is decidedly cherry blossom at all, but it is a pretty, general type of flowery scent. It's quite fresh and doesn't smell cheap, despite this price tag. So, there are 2 things I dislike here. 1, is that I'd enjoy it more probably if the cedar was noticeable, or if there was some sandalwood to give this more longevity and depth. 2, is that these bottles are TERRIBLE. They leak easily, which makes me nervous. Sometimes they're leaking in the store, and my kids have had unfortunate issues with them here at home. I don't really want to buy any more of these even if they are a cheap thrill. So please, Bodycology people, get on this and fix your packaging! This is a nice scent but people won't want to take the risk of it leaking 😔

considering this is literally 7 dollars, it’s great. the scent is sweet and powerful, but not to the point where others around me say i smell too strongly. many people will find that it does not last long, and to that i say: SPRAY LOTS. and spray it on roughly 20ish minutes before you want it be out in the world since it is very buildable and will become overwhelmingly potent the more you use. the initial scent is fascinating since you can actually smell the leaves of the cherry blossom tree (very earthy in that sense), and the pear came through almost immediately despite not being the top note. as it dries down it almost becomes entirely flowery, which some may not enjoy and that’s very understandable. it’s extremely feminine and SWEET (as aforementioned). perfect first fragrance for younglings but also a casual day-to-day scent for women who don’t want to spend $100+.

Found an old bottle of this in my room, probably from the late 2010's. Good news is that it doesn't expire for a long time, smells the same as when I bought it. It's a straightforward scent, just cherry blossom, pleasant.

I really like to wear this to bed and spray it on my sheets because it is such a soft and lightly sweet floral scent and the woods make is a bit powdery. Overall pleased with it.

Reminds me of a perfume my grandma used to wear, it feels very nostalgic and clean. I love it as a fresh spring scent. Unfortunately it doesn't last very long.

smells woody and fresh reminds me of rainy weather

I got this as a birthday gift from a friend’s mom a few years back as part of a gift basket, which was very nice of her. I then forgot I had it for a while, but even a few years later this has a very pleasant sweet and floral scent that sits close to the skin. The smell of alcohol is very strong on application but dissipates very quickly, leaving a weak but good-smelling fruity and floral smell behind. It’s very weak, though—if I put it on my wrist I can no longer smell anything once I extend my arm. I’d say this perfume is very good if you are sensitive to strong smells or are very concerned with imposing on others, if that makes any sense. The sweet smell makes it feel a little too youthful for my taste, but that’s just up to preference.

Gone in less than an hour. Smelled vaguely like cherry blossom, vaguely like vinegar. Not the worst, but I certainly wouldn't wear it often because it just disappears on me.

Nice and fresh smell, not too overwhelming but nothing special.

You get exactly what you pay for with this one. I’d describe the initial smell as the VERY faint essence of cherry blossom (you really have to sniff a couple times to even get it ) with an overwhelming alcohol scent on top. Sharp and pretty unpleasant. You’d be better off spraying yourself with rubbing alcohol. It dries down to, again, a barely their floral scent with hints of pear. I’d say this fragrance isn’t worth it but at the price it’s sold, it is. Would not buy again though.

Sometimes perfume smells like puke and there's nothing you can do about it. Okay okay sorry, but genuinely this gives off sweaty feet smell to me. I know that's a horrible comparison but I'm being so genuinely, it smells like walking into a gym where everyone is trying really hard to mask their body odor with "natural" deodorant and essential oils.
