The wonderful rbalkris sums up the details, nicely. What a shame that this is so incredibly limited. I have less than .5ml of a sample left and it’s breathtaking. In my opinion, the most artistic yet wearable perfume in the group of new compositions from Bogue(Douleur! Il Diece X and I love YY being the other 3). This one has contradictory facets stacked up against one another: icy white florals, warm glowing base. Ephemeral top notes that magically reappear in the drydown. New accords that evoke fond memories. Frost on a fresh bloom.

Oooh wow i am glad i didnt purchase whole bottle :) At first i looked at notes, and there was nothing strange, they could be harmoniously weaved into super beautiful composition. I like Gardonis style, specifically with Maai, Trex was quite good, Mem was nice, so i was expecting a megabomb here and was fairly sad to see price, and even worse, 10 bottles made only. Despite that i got a sample, wore it for 2 days and was relieved. Gardoni seems to create in dense, and sheer style, this composition goes to the 2nd. Il dieci, mem and doleur are in this 2nd group. Oooh is gentle, very gentle. Opening is a mix ylang and i want to say lemon blossom. It is being pierced by lavender but ever so gently. There seems to be his signature note present in a few of his creations, doleur and mem has it as well. Then it shifts, while lemon blossom is still present for a little longer additional players join, mainly bergamot and benzoin. A sprinkle of rose jasmin and sandalwood i want to say. It gives composition warmth, little bit of muskiness and flowers. Finally, there is that metalic note that was very present to me in doleur, but its severely subdued, it never bothers you. Oooh plays on the contrast of warm and flowery citric notes. It associates with warm transparent yellow color. Not bad overall but nothing to be amazed with. If anyone knows Institut Tres Bien - then Oooh would feel at home along their line of colognes. I was testing from a sample, it was daber. Silage is tiny, longevity is about 4 hours. It might last better on you and have more presence if sprayed. With all this, myself, and maybe quite a few others can breathe out and go back to our normal life :)

A very special Oriental fougere from Bogue. Created for the tenth anniversary of Cafleurebon, the scent is a characteristic Bogue benzoin heavy creation this time with very high quality natural absolutes. The scent opens with heady lavender, variety of citruses, juniper berries and neroli. The firmly floral heart encompasses ylang, geranium, jasmine, rose and mimosa. The perfume settles on a dense powdery benzoin surrounded by vanilla, vetiver, patchouli, tonka bean, cedar and cypress. The unisex scent is beautifully blended with moderate to strong projection and excellent longevity. Made as a limited edition of just 10 bottles now sold out. Small decants available at select retailers. A heady sensual scent. Enjoy!

OOOH from Bogue Profumo A densely packed perfume that uses high-quality ingredients to portray an abstract floral-woody composition. Crisp, green, and tart in the opening, followed by a field of flowers, of which I mostly pick up ylang-ylang and mimosa, layered on a bed of creamy sandalwood, moss, and benzoin. The fascinating part is the frosted glass, or fog accord, layered over the composition, perceivable in the top and the heart. A subtle and yet palpable effect. Other than that, however, it is a rather uneventful composition that ranks lowest among other Gardoni perfumes, for my tastes. No old-school glamour, animalic bite, smoky resins, or powerful contrasts. Not even the good dose of weirdness that I find in Douleur or the burst of joy from I Love YY. Hiqh-quality without spark.
