Soho

This fragrance is the definition of niche. I bought this perfume in late spring, early summer and I wore it every single day until the weather started getting cold in Northeast Ohio. I'm traditionally a vanilla wearer, but this perfume is really great. I get compliments on it every time I wear it. Stays on my skin all day. Bond no. 9 fragrances are known to have more oil in them which makes the longevity of this perfume killer (also makes it more expensive). It opens up heady and a bit spicy with the orange and pettigrain, but then dries down to an earthy, sensual smell with hints of spice (oak moss, vetiver, and cedar is what I smell on my skin mostly). A very good combination of notes, not overpowering, they all mix very well. The price is worth it. It's such a unique fragrance and you don't smell this on everybody. My go-to for Spring and Summer. Don't know why more people don't acknowledge this fragrance, it really is awesome. Unexpected favorite. It's unisex but it pulls more to the feminine side in my opinion.

I don't understand why this one doesn't appeal to many people, the juice is great and absolutely a compliment getter. I agree with Francop that Soho is like a B9 Madame wearing a big hat covered in orange flowers. The resemblance is really there... Or in my perspective, it's more like B9 has a younger more sophisticated crazy rich sister. However, Soho is a more complex offering compared to B9, for me there's something bitter in it that adds more "ummph" to make the fragrance more stylish. The silage and longevity of Soho are both great. I love this juice.

Bond are totally hit or miss with me. This was a blind buy and it’s a big Yes for me. It’s so unusual from anything else I wear- it’s like a white floral with sea air and earth. It lasts forever on my skin and is perfect for summer. Does not overwhelm. I totally get the petitgrain and the moss/cedar; I do not get jasmine. This is a totally wearable casual or outdoor scent. For reference other Bond scents I like are Chinatown, West Side and Madison Ave. The misses are Gold Coast, Madison Square Park and Union Square -all of which I think smell generic.

I thought I wouldn’t like this scent initially. However, once I let it dry down fully, I was like ooh ok . I like it , it’s a nice orange floral and fresh scent to me. It’s different than anything else in my collection. It’s definitely a nice cool day sweater vibe kinda scent .it gives me a solid 5 hours of power and then it settles to a skin scent .

Soho on my skin really project powdery floral. A bit aromatic and woody. I can smell the orange but only little bit at the opening. But in the dry down. I get the hint of soapy. I do love it. But i hope it project a little bit stronger.
