Parco Palladiano VI: Rosa

Like the name suggests, this is a rose rose rose perfume, with little to none progression. The rose is fresh, not oudy like Montale/Mancera, it's more like Penhaligon's. It's fresh and loud for the first 2 hours and the mellowing down to moderate silage. It's a great buy for a rose perfume lover, but I was hoping for more character, for more notes to come out... or maybe I just need more time with it.

This is my favorite of the collection! Its genre may be overplayed but behold...THIS IS NOT OUD! The rose is watery, a little turpen-y (slight resemblance to Amouage Opus X but much much more wearable), and not particularly realistic, but there's something unique about it and it's very very pleasant :D

This smells like the Moschino Toy Boy! Its less spicier and more airy but is the same rose! This is a little more feminine leaning! But i prefer this one!

First snip, straightaway remind me of La Fille De Berlin Serge Lutens. 90% similar, but this one more woody and less sweet at the dry down. La Fille De Berlin is more jammy sweet, powdery and abit vintage feel. I prefer this one, more modern, less sharp. Got a full tester at good price 135 Singapore Dollar. feel worth it.

Smell like rose fizzy drink. Light and airy but has good longevity and strong sillage. Totally unisex, quite unique and everyday scent worthy although it doesn't develop overtime. Could be boring for those who aren't rose lovers but a like for me.

With all due respect to mr almirac but this one was mediocre to my taste I’m not sure how involved he was in the process but it didn’t smell like something he would create The biggest issue I had with the scent is the performance it’s almost non existent after two hours and for the prices the brand is asking for No way One of the few from this line that I agree with discontinuation

Have a #1-6 discovery set of 10ml each, trying one a day this week... A slightly darker take on rose than a bright airy one with the patchouli also taking up a large part of the mix followed by a woody finish. It reminds me of Xerjoff Richwood quite a bit, but the Xerjoff was a much more powdery rose and here the rose is much more robust and has a darker tone. I wouldn't get a full bottle of either of those personally, and if you want a robust interesting rose that goes for cheaper I think Diptyque's L'Ombre dans L'Eau would be the way to go.

A very nice smooth woody rose scent that's light as air and completely transparent. While it's nice and expensive smelling, its a bit two dimensional. Wears more like an EDT than a EDP. Nice for layering with a bolder, more predominate scent, but when worn alone, its a tad dry and little boring. A rose lover with enjoy this, but a floral lover will be left wanting more. As I side note, I find this too feminine for a guy to wear. It's nice, but for $300 a bottle, nice doesn't cut it. Ultimately, its a pass.

Real pretty rose and woodsy combination, the Rose isn't like fresh cut, it is more a rose whose smell is amplified and maybe close to extinction, I feel this is definitely feminine, the wood being rather subtle...although I am not a fan of rose perfumes, this is very nice...now, worth the price?! Not in my opinion...lovely rose scent, and there are lots like it out there .

It was a blind buy for me since I was looking for a rose scent. It is very different rose (different from most of them out there and different from what I was expecting). VERY sharp, almost harsh rose... kind of unbearable. Great silage and longevity. It is definitely not for me I prefer more of a soft innocent rose like in Dior la colle noire.

Bright, squeaky cellophane roses. Reminds me a little of Amouage Opus X with that varnish note, but less pungent and woody. This is light and airy, pink satin.

Paco VI Spicy woody rose, lite but stay present. Uhm.. from rose lover view, I don’t need this.
