Fantasy Did it Again Edition

I am in the USA and finally got this from overseas. As a Britney fan and collector, I really wanted to get my hands on this. What I will say is - this will probably be a popular release if it were easier to get because this just smells good and is easy to wear. However, this is not a cherry scent - and a lot of the comparisons on here are really troublesome. This is nothing like Midnight, Festive, or In Bloom fantasy - this is a HEAVY pear-forward scent. The cherry is light in the base and more sour. This is almost identical to Versace's Dylan Purple - this is a fresh, clean pear, with some fruit. The mandarin shines the lily, and milky creamy is in the dry down. This is very youthful and clean. Will likely be nice in warmer weather, but I could see this being worn anywhere, anytime. It's got good silage and longevity. My bottle has a super strong atomizer, it SPRAYS all over,r which I like. I'm just a bit tired of the redundant PEAR. But it is nice, and it's different than her other 20+ fantasy flankers. If you can get your hands on - I say grab it, it's a solid 8/10 for me, and as a collector, it's one of my favorite bottles and really is easy to wear!

thank u god for bringing this to spain. it’s a funny story cause i thought it would forever be UK exclusive and limited so i was like okay i’m never gonna have this, maybe for 400euros on ebay some day, but then some influencer said it’s available in this random spanish store! and i was like WHAT!? ITS MY ONLY CHANCE TO GET IT so i didn’t think twice and i ordered it. do you know what i found out after i paid 28€ for this (shipping included)? that it was coming to the most famous and typical spanish drugstore for 19€... anyways. this is the perfect mix between midnight fantasy and hidden fantasy. remove the bitterness from the citric in hidden and the vanilla in midnight and mix the two. this is what you get. this can suit anyone

Ok. This is an easy reach. I thought it was going to be gourmand and it really isn’t at all. It starts fruity I get mandarins and apple not pear. Maybe my mind is playing tricks since the bottle is red. It is tart/crisp. I do get the milk note and almond but very very faint. I don’t get cherry or lavender or any other notes. Maybe lily of the valley? I definitely get a white flower so it must be it. But even there is a very faint note of almost and milk the tart fruitiness really stays. This isn’t fruity sweet.. I would say it’s more fresh? Longevity I would say maybe a good 4-6hrs? Easy grab, not memorable, but I continue to reach for it since I got it. Maybe it’s because the scent isn’t offensive at all.

I love Britney perfumes, they aren’t amazing, but they are good solid fragrances. I was happy when I found this, I thought the note breakdown sounded interesting, as I am into milk notes as of late. This is sweet, fruity, & fresh cream. I find it quite pleasant & it falls above the mid of my Brits. The sweet stays throughout due to cherry in the base. The cherry is not a heavy presence, but it keeps it sweet. I have found that I seem to sleep in my Fantasies more than anything, to the point where I want to have them on my bedside table. Projection is moderate and it last through the sleep test, especially on clothing. So, I kinda love it for the purpose it serves in my collection. 10/10

This is pure cherry heaven. Cherry, with musk and florals. It smells nothing like Sabrina's Cherry Baby, which I find to be a horrible mulled wine, candle smelling mess. This is fresh, unsynthetic, sweet cherry. One of the best perfumes in the Britney line, the bottle also feels more high quality and the sprayer is so much better than some past releases too - The box is nice, strangely they've removed all social media promotion from it, not sure why!

This smells like a mix of midnight fantasy and thank u next 2.0. you get a lot of the midnight fantasy but with a strong Apple note. If you're looking for a red apple scent I think this is a good buy. But if you already have kayali or thank u next 2.0 you don't really need this. If you're looking for a Garnier shampooey apple scent or something to layer with Champagne, apple and honey, this would be perfect. It's perfect for fall! 🍎🍏🍒🫐

I absolutely adore this gorgeous little gem🤩Beautiful bottle and Fragrance.The cherry 🍒 can be detected alongside the rose, musk, lavender & pear🙂smells divine 😍Sillage and longevity are moderate, lingers beautifully 😍 it does have similarities to Glitter Fantasy, Candied Fantasy & Kayali Eden Juicy Apple 😍 Another fantastic addition to the fantasy line🥰

In contrary to the other reviews I would say that did it again fantasy is nothing like midnight fantasy it's far more sweet and fruity without being in your face or over powering which makes this perfume ideal for a younger audience the main notes in my opinion are the cherry and pear great for day to day wear lasts a good few hours

Pear cherry mandarin shampoo. It opens with a very sweet pear shampoo and as time goes by, the cherry comes along with the mandarin, I mean the milk mousse, milk cream and the lily of the valley is a continuation of the fragrance. A perfect sweet cherry fantasy shampoo for the series, 10/10 bravo give back beauty.

immediate love for me. smells like sweet juicy pears and when you bite into a cherry, i get no milky or almond notes, it's more like a peary shampoo which i don't mind at all. definitely try if you like carioca crush / versace dylan purple 🍐🍒 (found at ross for 19.99 for the big bottle !!)

Did It Again has a juicy, fresh/sweet opening, thanks to the mix of mandarin & pear. The lily & lavender also develops quickly on me, adding airiness and some cleanliness to the fragrance. The long-wearing-yet-light cherry note is clean, so I don't understand why it is described as being a cherry jubilee note [which is sweeter & has berries in], maybe because of the nutty & creamy notes which begin to come through & add some warmth to the fragrance as the top notes fade away? A faint whisper of lily & lavender are detectable, but it is the rose that is the clearest floral note for sure. There is some vanilla and orange blossom here too, which I'm guessing is meant to represent vanilla orchid. The sandalwood strengthens the mousse & almond milk, adding more warmth and creaminess to the blend, as the fragrance becomes softer & closer to the skin. The cherry, vanilla and musk mingles with the powderiness of the orange blossom, maintaining the lightly vintage feel to the fragrance as it becomes a skin-scent. Considering that Did It Again is an edt, I was happy with the performance; 5 - 6 hours of softer-side-of-moderate wear, before it is a total skin-scent, with occasional wafts of cherry and vanilla. I find Did It Again to be like a mix of Ariana Grande's Thank U Next 2.0 & Cherry Eclipse. However Did It Again is a bit more energetic thanks to a fresher vibe and it does wear better than anything in Ariana's ranges. I think that it's very nice "everyday" fragrance that I don't regret blindly ordering, but I will say that it doesn't bring the original Fantasy fragrance to mind - maybe a slight hint of Midnight Fantasy, so I guess it gets away with being a flanker.

Did It Again is a perfume for someone who tends to prefer their sweet scents a little more subdued and clean smelling than gourmand. I can not entirely tell you if this would deter a lover of the original Fantasy (Which is quite soapy for a gourmand by modern standards) , but I personally quite enjoy it. This is smells more like a lactonic red apple soap than a lactonic cherry soap. It has the slightest feeling of Peace,Love and Juicy Couture to me but cleaner and sweeter. I also find that the florals give the scent and slightly more multidimensional drydown, whilst the Mandarin gives it a little playful tang. Comparing this to REM Cherry Eclipse , Did it again is more playful and energetic with the citrus brightness, where Cherry Eclipse feels a little more cozy and sedate from the Amber. A good choice for a cherry day scent at a easy price.

The cherries on the box and the bright red bottle are a little bit deceptive- this perfume is really pear-heavy. It reminds me of this one Mexican apple soda I love. I do get cherry as it dries down a little more, but I don't smelly any of the heavier sandalwood or lactonic notes. It's just a fruity fresh fragrance. I don't hate it, it's actually pretty nice! In the dry down, I can smell more of that sweet musk DNA that the original Fantasy has. Good light fruity shampoo scent for hot weather. edit: just wore this today. it um... only lasts like 3 hours... I'd recommend reapplying at least 3 times throughout the day if you actually want to keep smelling it, which is a little disappointing because the original Fantasy lasts over 6 hours on me.

I will try to keep this simple. (Wish me luck). It's a sweet, very fruity floral. Inoffensive and extremely youthful. I personally don't get cherry either which seems to be the norm going off other reviews. I agree it smells similar to MF. Is it groundbreaking? No. Is it similar to OG? No. Is it pleasant? Yes. I collect Fantasy line (although I don't really wear them) and £20 for 100mls was a no brainer. I blind bought it. Looks nice next to others. 👍👍

Don’t come for me. This is my nose and what it smells. The best way I can describe this is if you took Midnight Fantasy and added a few sprays of Tom Ford Electric Cherry to it. Just a few Gives it that cherry kick that makes it standout to me than the Midnight Fantasy. If you’ve smelled electric Cherry by TF you know it’s a bright tart cherry fragrance not that dark cough syrup cherry. Anywaysss, I like it. Is it basic? Yes. Is it bad? Not at all.

Love all the Fantasy line so had to get this and it's worth it. It does remind me slightly of Midnight. There's a similarity. For me I can't smell the cherry it dries to a fruity musk.

Found it at Burlington for 14.99. Sweet fruity shampoo scent. Reminds me of Salon Selectives shampoo I wore in high school. I smell more apple for some reason.

‘Midnight Fantasy’ part 2 the remix. Explosive Pear shampoo with the same type of fraudulent weak Cherry notes from ‘Midnight Fantasy’. While I don't like the Ariana Grande release, I totally get how people see a relation to ‘Cherry Eclipse.’ I find this more palatable than both of the lackluster aforementioned fragrances. Really wish this was more of a fun artificial Cherry candy moment that better distinguished itself from other flankers. 😅

very sweet fruity opening. like the og midnight, it has that clean vibe just fruitier. what stood out most to me was cherry. it's cute and sweet but idk it just didn't do much for me personally. it smells nice enough but i wouldn't buy this myself. lasts like a few hours at most and the projection is ok. you kinda get what you pay for here. i prefer the original midnight tbh i think it's more unique than this.
