Early Morning

I have 3 of the 4 My Cup of Tea Perfumes from Brocard. This is the only one I can't get a full bottle of and I ADORE the tester I have, but it seems impossible to get (which is heartbreaking!). I often dislike rose notes in tea perfumes, but this smells EXACTLY like a fresh red rose. It smells like sitting in a dewy garden drinking Lemon tea with a pinch of sugar, next to a big bunch of freshly cut roses. It amazes me that someone described this as synthetic! I rarely smell rose in perfumes that smells this real and also has the perfect balance of sharpness to sweetness. *Edit.... I’ve just realised that when on my skin, this smells extremely similar to my beloved Boum Green Tea Cherry Blossom by Jeanne Arthes! When it dries down I’m not sure I’d be able to tell the difference between the two!

REMARKABLE - the most animated tea scent. Tea & Lemon - delight. It does not last long but while it does it will vitalize and energize! and with a spoonful of sugar, makes the medicine go down, the medicine go down~ Mary Poppins wears this fragrance. Very nice.

Magnificent absolutely lovely fresh green tea with grapefruit and delicate roses, fantastic in all climates. Its a true treasure for less than a 10$ - I've bought mine in Russia.

At first spritz this had me torn - sharp! It is all about lemon, grapefruit, a marked tea note and musk. The initial sharpness wasn't much appealing, but after 5 minutes subsided and all I got was an uplifting blast of citrus and subtle musk combo. Rather syntethic if I must say, but not unpleasant though somewhat this number reminded me of ... washing up! In a good way, ya know, when you find a washing up liquid that truly makes you go "ahhhh, this is nice"... ? That way. Overall, I think I will enjoy this as pick me up (vanishes after 30 minutes into skin, very intimate scent) after shower. Not a cologne for outing, definitely not that long lived. For the price, it's an ok and enjoyable thingy.
