Wow 🤩 this was love at first smell . I already went back online and purchased the full bottle . The lasting power and silage leave much to be desired but the scent is so good that I’m willing to look past that . It’s as if chocolate greedy without the orange , skylar she wood, and maybe antique vanilla or bbw vanilla romance were all combined and this is the outcome , it’s actually pretty unique . I have a lot of perfume and it starts to feel redundant and this is such a pleasant new smell . I’m obsessed . It doesn’t last very long though. I love brown girl Jane , they have a handful of winners including carousel, Casablanca, dusk, casino, and now chalet . I love how they stay on trend but also keep their versions unique at the same time . I can’t recommend this one enough, it’s sweet and rich and velvety , it’s chocolate and comfort a little sexy. It’s sweet and gourmand without being gourmand . Just wish it lasted longer

It's as if someone took the best components of Amour De Cacao, Eclaire and Sweet Tooth Caramel Dream and combined them to make this beauty! Chalet is far more complex than Eclaire IMO, and there's no blast of alcohol in the beginning either, unlike Eclaire. It has a delicious chocolate note reminiscent of Amour De Cacao, and the soft patchouli note reminds me of that found in Caramel Dream. The champagne and plum further set it apart from all the BL dupes that continue flooding the market. I purchased a travel size at a great price and will definitely use it up, but I'm not sure I'll consider buying a FB of Chalet. The longevity isn't bad, but I don't find it to be worth nearly $100 either. I'm hoping it gets stronger in time. ** Update 12/11 - Wearing this again today paired with EOS' Cocoa Cashmere body lotion and VS' Bare Vanilla mist. Excellent combo!

I’m also not sure why this does not have a higher rating because this is delicious! I would make this my signature scent if it lasted longer. I would say the lasting power on this is 4 to 5 hours. I think it might last longer if I oversprayed but because these come in smaller bottles, I try to maximize my use. It starts off with that white chocolate truffle, which gives it Eclaire vibes, however that white chocolate smell is super addicting. Then it elopes with that plum, then champagne - which gives it a more sophisticated scent. It all blends beautifully together and I feel super feminine when I wear. I own a ton of fragrances and I feel this will be my first empty bottle I will own in a hot minute because I’m addicted.

Typically not into chocolate fragrances. But this perfume right here! It’s good! I initially get a strong blast of white chocolate and a fruity champagne combination. It’s a beautiful and sophisticated gourmand combination that I didn’t think I needed. It’s strong but airy. Towards the dry down I smell some of the dusted cocoa and the champagne that keeps the scent airy. It’s a sexy perfume thats elegant and yet smells of chocolate in a realistic way. My sister said she picks up a bit of hot cocoa. Definitely one to smell on your skin as it smelled very different on the tester strip. This is my first purchase from Brown Girl Jane. 10/10.

So reading the comments, it sounds like the rating might have been artificially lowered by trolling or something. This is a great scent - I blind bought a travel size, and I am very happy with it. On its own, its just a very uncontroversial "good" scent, and I think you could layer it with just about anything if you wanted to add some sweetness. If you don't like sweet smells, you probably won't like it... but I think by the notes you could guess that.

Yummy yummy yum! This is warm, chocolatey, cocoa, and a bit dense. This opens very strongly, almost a bit too bold, but really, the dry down is so sexy. Realistic, flavorful scent, almost able to taste this. I think this works really well on skin, but doesn't really pop on my clothes. It's also a bit easy to go nose blind to this, I have found, because it is so bold. BUT I really like this. I think this and Casino are my faves from this brand.

This is such an easy buy and wear for the colder months. I am a bit baffled by the comparisons to bianco latte and sweet tooth though. This one is much more creamy cocoa than either of those are. Longevity wise this is going on four hours without truly weakening. It deepens and doubles down on the chocolate and vanilla aspects of the scent without being sickly sweet. I can already tell this will hit the 8 hour mark easily for me.

This is fab! A yummy fall scent. Its that scent when you open up a snickers bar and then put your nose to the wrapper with a hint of slight spice but very hint. Its a chocolate creamy candy bar base. Kayali chocolate oud needs to take notes!!! no pun intended! This lasted 9 hours on me! 10/10 EDIT* I dont hate kayali chocolate oud (got a full bottle )..Just saying it needed more chocolate! lol

I have bianco latte, eclaire, cream velvet and this does not smell like any of those. Chalet is a soft, almost sheer-like chocolate fragrance that can be worn year-round. Imagine opening up a piece of Belgian chocolate while sipping champagne with a piece of fruit. This is that. Sexy, sophisticated, present but not cloying. It is a love for me.

I get white chocolate and brown sugar, even though that isn't listed. I could get Bianco Latte just cause of the white chocolate but that's it, and this perfume has the strongest white chocolate I've smelled. This is warmer and cozier, I think it reminds me more of Vanilla 28 with white chocolate added

Gorgeous chocolate and champagne. White chocolate is pretty accurate, it's a very sugary take on chocolate, and I love it! The cocoa comes in and deepens it slightly, as it dries. I'm not getting any distinct fruit, but that may where the sugary note is from.

So delicious. I need this in the full size bottle because the moment I smelled it, I fell in love. It smells like a white chocolate truffle, and the champagne and plum sparkle in the opening and this one last. Such a sexy gourmand.

How does this not have a higher rating? It’s cozy, sweet, and a little spicy. A lovely smooth chocolate. I will be upgrading my travel size to a full bottle.

this is delicious. is it groundbreaking, no. but it’s a beautifully executed white chocolate gourmand and i am going to enjoy every minute of it.

Smells like Bianco Latte, very very close.

This somewhat reminds me of Kay Ali Oudgasm Chocolate Oud, same overall character but stronger, more chocolate-forward, and a bit more complex. I get the sweet white chocolate, the bitterness of the cocoa, and that little tickle in the nose from the sparkling champagne and the crystallized patchouli. I’m not getting a true plum impression; perhaps it’s functioning more as a sweet lift in the opening than a clear fruit note. I can see a Cream Velvet (Bianco Latte dupe) comparison, especially in the dry down, but that’s where the similarities end for me. Even though it’s really sweet, it’s well-balanced and perfect for the colder months. This layers beautifully with Chocolate Oud, letting Chalet bring the creamy sweetness while Chocolate Oud adds the oud and a soft smokiness. Because of how similar they are, both aren’t necessarily needed unless you want two different moods of the same idea. Longevity is okay, about two to three hours before it starts to fade, but the projection is strong, and the sillage is definitely room-filling. A solid, well-executed chocolate-forward scent with a cohesive structure that I’ll definitely be wearing all winter!

Interesting to read the comments as this does not smell like Bianco Latte on me. I love BL and wear it frequently but to my nose this is a drier, woodier Chocolate Greedy? It's a very grown up, sexy cocoa scent. I don't get the champagne (and I really wish I did), and the plum disappears quickly. Brown Girl Jane never lasts long on me, but they're really beautiful so I just buy the trials and re-spray as needed.

I was hoping to get more of the plum and cacao but unfortunately thus pulls heavily like Bianco latte with a hint of white chocolate. It also doesn’t last super long on my skin. 3-4 hours max Since I do already own BL, which lasts forever, this would be redundant in my collection. I will keep playing with her for now.

This is fine but it feels like a more dry version of bianco latte or sweet tooth (I'd say sweet tooth is a little more similar). It's like a very gentle chocolate bar scent. I like it, but I wouldn't buy it in the full bottle. It reminds me of Dulce, but without the hinoki (which I didn't like).

Milky white chocolate with a whisper of booze. The other notes are basically nonexistent. I think it’s delicious. So if you’re a gourmand girly, definitely give it a try. If you’re not, definitely skip this one.

Beautiful fragrance. But, if you have Bianco Latte, Eclair, Cream Velvet (or any of the 50 others). You don't need this.

I have to agree. It does smell like Bianco Latte. Nothing new here.

Idc what the notes say. Chalet is straight up ALMOND JOY candy bar. Now there's nothing wrong with an almond joy candy but don't tell me I'm getting plum and all these other notes then give me an almond joy. I'm disappointed, it's an okay fragrance but just not what I was expecting after hearing all the hype on this one.

Smells like Bianco Latte on a sweaty guy that was wearing cheap cologne, and forgot to wash his clothes. So the cologne, sweat, and Bianco latte are all mixing into a tiny cloud of odors. Thankfully it doesn’t last longer that 30 mins.

To my nose this is dry champagne and bitter dark chocolate coco powder. I don’t get white chocolate or any sweetness.

I am here to vouch for this perfume. I am not sure if people are unaware that our noses go blind to perfumes especially if they go well with our chemistry, and I am not trying to be offensive at all just trying to bring awareness that not even an air freshener lasts less than 5 seconds. I wanted to purchase this online but the reviews got me scared so I went to the store to try it on. The scent.. This smells a lot like cocoa powder which is a scent that I adore, this is not a lactonic scent.. It's like a dry cocoa powder perfume similar to Chocolate Greedy from Montale but a bit more complex. I disagree with the Bianco Latte Comparison.. Not even close... Longevity.. I sprayed it at 3:15 pm on the back of my hand. Washed my hands 20 minutes later and went to the gym. I did weights for 1 hour, I did Yoga for 1 hour. I washed my hands twice at the gym. Went to the mall to buy some stuff washed my hands before coming home. It's 10 pm and I can still smell it on my hand. I washed my hands as soon as I got home. There is no way that this would fade in 5 minutes when we don't really wash our necks so many times. I know that longevity depends on each of us but this is not a weak perfume. I am actually very impressed with this brand and I am thrilled to try what else they have. As for this one I will get a full bottle. I love it!

To me this smells kind of like Bianco latte + Amore caffe + Dulce Fundamentum had a baby. I can’t explain it but that’s what it’s giving a lil bit. Super chocolate forward obviously, the patch came through a bit for me on the dry down, but I also have an exceptionally low tolerance for patchouli in general. Most prominent notes I detect are the dark chocolate, white chocolate, cashmere vanilla, and deep stone fruit from the plum. Followed by booziness from the champagne and some light crystallized patchouli. No florals detected. Edit: after wearing this all weekend and layering it with other gourmands in my collection I have fully fallen in love with this scent and determined the patchouli doesn’t bother me like I was worried it might. I actually don’t even notice it anymore, especially when it’s layered with other vanilla/marshmallow scents. Great layering combos I’ve discovered are: Chalet + Mochi Milk Chalet + What the fluff/Delizia Marshmallow Chalet + Lick Me Chalet + Amore Caffe 10/10 would recommend!

Really loving this right now. The closest thing I can compare it to is Commodity Milk but if you completely remove the sharp wood note and make it a touch sweeter. It's very marshmallowy- white chocolate to me. The name Chalet fits perfectly. It feels like coming in from a day in the snow, curling up in some blankets and drinking a cup of hot cocoa- but with white chocolate! Yum. It kind of does have this veryy slight masculine edge especially in the dry down, but it's not overpowering. I was a bit nervous about a chocolate fragrance because the only other one I've smelled is Jousset Le Gourmand and that is such a realistic Nutella perfume that is delicous but made me a bit nauseous and felt a bit sickly sweet. Chalet has a perfume-y aspect that makes it more wearable and is more of a powdery cocoa/white chocolate. Lasts days on clothes and I can tell I go nose blind to it after a while. I don't think projection is huge it's just a nice bubble.

This smells very , very similar to Choco Musk - just not as sweet. I don't get a lot of the other notes as this is very chocolate heavy scent, so the cocoa in this is very prominent. Someone made the comment that it smells like an Almond Joy, and I get that because it does smell like a pure chocolate bar. If you're a gourmand lover and a chocolate fragrance lover, this is the perfect perfume for you. I can't speak to the longevity at the moment, but I will say, this is a beautifully done fragrance. If you have Choco Musk and Chocolate Greedy, I can't quite say this is a need to have in your collection as this is very similar to those two .

Everything doesn’t smell like Bianco Latte just because there’s a vanilla in it give it a rest. This scent profile is lovely and warm, and it lasts a full day on me, even through hand washing. I get immediate white chocolate and a bubbly essence in the beginning and it’s gorgeous. The dry down is warm cocoa powder and very nice. I don’t think this is super sweet like BL, but more so like a cocoa powder.

If the white chocolate note was NOT in this, i would love it more. The smoky amber goodness underneath is slightly sweet but the white chocolate gives it a gourmand depth and this brand does too many gourmands. It’s still a beautiful scent nonetheless. Update: love the dry down. Now i need a bottle.

This is Bianco Latte ELEVATED. The added plum and champagne notes are delicious and addictive. My favorite purchase of 2025. Full bottle worthy.
