Allegra Magnifying Patchouli Essence

nvr tried any other patchouli scents so i cant compare but initially u get a stonger woody notes, almost like wet bark & fern which reminds me of wet moss. after a while the fern kind of fades into the back, woody scent stays on top its hard layering this, the earthyness of the scent is very easily covered & doesnt last long at all too i layered it with Hermes' Un Jardin Sur Le Toit, and the fern smell gets covered, but u can still smell the woodyness

I really like this one, you can definitely smell the fern and woody notes.

Where’s my patchouli? I only get woody notes. Tried layering this with Tam Dao, only then do I smell the patchouli. Nice when I get to smell it. Unfortunately it doesn’t last and revert to woody scent too soon.

This is a well balanced patchouli fragrance ... It's not 'hit-you-in-the-face' 70s hippie patch that I used to torture people with; that unadulterated version definitely lingers and can smell medicinal if applied liberally ... This one is refined - it's got enough of the woodsy and fern notes to temper the patch ... I got a 1.35 bottle and haven't regretted not sticking to decants with this one ... I'm really beginning to l♥ve it ...

Tooooo strong, almost annoying. Made me realise i do not appreciate patchouli as it is. Patchouli has to be blended and technically covered up with multiple notes for me to be able to tolerate it .. In this particular scent it’s annoyingly strong and i would not even use it to layer it with anything. - Bhavna Darira Chesan

Clean and subtle type of patchouli. I would compare it to either Molecule 01 + Patchouli or to Artisan Parfumeur Patchouli Patch ( which is way stronger). When mixed with Musk and Bergamot from the same collection it becomes even more gorgeous and goes in the direction of Coromandel.

If anyone has tried this, does it smell like the patchouli in Bulgari Patchouli Tentation?
