Goldea

Ok, I just got this one and I feel like I'm going insane - this smells soo similar to Tom Ford Black Orchid to me! I blind bought this one after doing research and I thought I had a good idea of what to expect, but damn, I was thrown all the way off when I sniffed this and immediately thought of Black Orchid. Goldea feels like it has the same DNA as TF BO, but it's more light and bright, has less spice, and is overall more friendly and wearable. Once Goldea starts drying down, the musk comes forward and becomes way more pronounced, and the depth starts disappearing a little. It starts to move away from the TF BO scent more and more in the drydown. And this just goes to highlight the difference is sillage and longevity. TF BO projects very well and has a very bold sillage on me, and its' longevity is incredible. It stays on me even when I don't want it to. Goldea has very moderate sillage and longevity, which is very common and similar to other perfumes in this price point. It feels crazy to me that I'm comparing this to TF BO, but it really does smell similar to me. It seems that quite a few ppl have said that this smells like something else to them too (a bunch of different things, all widely ranging). I wonder if this has to do with common factors, such as reformulation and batch differences, or if it's just something that smells THAT different on one person to the next? Whatever it is, this little chameleon is a gem and I love it. Edit: I checked the notes and there are some overlaps: Top notes both have Bergamot; Middle notes both have Ylang-Ylang, Jasmine and Musk; Base notes both have Amber, Patchouli, and Musk. They also both have some fruity notes too (Goldea has raspberry, TF has orange, lemon, and fruit notes). Maybe this is the skeletal structure of TF BO without the added spice.

I’ll keep it short - this is ambery, musky, flowery and sweet (in that order), but not too sweet and not too mainstream, which explains why many women seem not to like it. I got this as a present a few years ago when it first came out and I really enjoyed wearing it when going out at night, even during summer (ylang-ylang made me do it...). Not in my top 5, but I definitely appreciate it and although I managed to sniff and buy a lot more fragrances in the past few years, I still find this one “special” enough to justify owning a bottle, as it’s different enough from the rest of the things I tried. An important detail is that men LOVE this, I got compliments from men literally every time I wore Goldea and I think that in general, this must be my most complimented fragrance. It’s a “love” from me too, and I think this can be something suitable for someone who gravitates toward heavier unisex scents, as something easygoing and appropriate for those occasions when you don’t want to go too heavy with your usual fragrances, but still want to make a statement. Well, at least that’s the case for me. Performance is moderate, but pretty decent if you spray a tad more than usual. Not recommended to “girly” scents’ lovers (unless, of course, you are looking for something different). PS: I didn’t really manage keep it short, but I hope this could help someone 😁

I bought this for my grandma several years ago, shortly after it came out I think. Buying a fragrance for someone else is hard, so I picked something that I thought was inoffensive and fitted into the overall profile of scents I’d sniffed on my Nan over the years. This is a beautiful classy scent. It’s very soft and simply gorgeous. I can’t give a note breakdown or anything since it’s been a few years some I tested it on myself. My grandma loved it though and wore it regularly. After she passed, my mum asked me if I wanted it, but I preferred she’d have it. She recently wore it when visiting me and I instantly recognised it. I still think it’s a beautiful fragrance, and I don’t really understand why it’s been discontinued. I think this is a safe blind buy and also a safe gift. It’sa beautiful, elegant fragrance without any note that’s off putting or overwhelming. It’s classy and sophisticated. It leaves a beautiful trail, yet it’s subtle enough to be inoffensive. It’s not the most unique, but it’s interesting enough to not feel generic. It’s really a scent you can’t go wrong with.

One of my favourite scents, and top contender to become my signature scent! Only thing is that I used it throughout a particular period of my life, and I can't wear it without the memories resurfacing - not a bad thing but also not a good thing for an everyday perfume. So i've given it to my mum to wear (had a 80% second bottle left) and im hoping the smell of it on someone else will diffuse the memory scents attached to it... also this is the very first perfume that I hit bottom on! Scent wise, this is rich and sweet without being cloying. The sweetness underlies the muskiness too so it is not headache-inducing at all, which is great! scent projects and lasts, especially in hot weather - but in the best way. This was also one of the first perfumes that I had on, where someone stopped to tell me I smelt really really good. I'd say its versatile, young to mature, sweet but also grounded. I will come back to this someday!!!

A SALTY BOUQUET _______________________________________________________ Fortune favours the bold! especially, if the bold Bvlgari-people mix salt into a nice flower bouquet. Ever since, I tried 'Wood Sage and Sea Salt' (by JO MALONE), I wanted to try fragrances with salt in them. I was very disappointed by 'OLYMPEA' by Paco Rabanne, but now I found comfort in GOLDEA. Although there is no salt listed within the notes, all I could smell was a salty bouquet - as if someone had put together a wonderful bouquet of magnificent flowers and then sprinkled some salt upon it. -> to me, it was a genius idea and deserves my compliments (but maybe it's only the musk and I'm getting ahead of myself). I literally can smell the salt in the spritz. Longetivity: - 7/10 Sillage: - 7/10 All in all: 10 out of 10 points - It feels unique.

I bought a bottle of Goldea some weeks ago, I just couldn't resist it any longer.... It is so very gorgeous, I can't stop sniffing my arms, I smells like a million dollar - or - that's how I feel right now :D -And agree with you all; I defently can smell the amber, it must be the best amber of all, and there is this lang-lang smell in it, it's sooo goood, in the distance there is the smell of raspberries, which I also love, and Goldea still remembers me of my wonderful late Golden retriever, the smell of him between his eyes, I think that must be where the musky scents comes in, something animating, a very, very attractiv smell :)) Goldea will for ever be one of my favourite perfumes, for sure :D

I fell in love with this scent after sampling it on vacation a few months ago. I ordered it as soon as I got home. This is as others have said a very pretty amber with patchouli, fruit, and musk. I can smell the papyrus in the middle and it smells slightly medicinal for a short amount of time. It smells very warm and lives up to it's name. It definitely gets better the longer it is on the skin! Now, the major difference to me compared to others who have reviewed this is that on me this is A BOMB! I mean it is the STRONGEST perfume I have in my collection! It projects like crazy and is incredible long lasting. I guess I really got lucky with this one :) I highly recommend this!

After trying many scents, I bought this for my wife. She is not really in to fragrances, but I wanted her to have one. She is a beautiful, sensible, strong woman who doesn't fuss too much with fashion or accessories. I was looking for a scent that would underscore her simple elegance and unadorned beauty. I really liked Goldea and Coco Madamoiselle, but ultimately chose this. It smells great- not too loud, sweet but not candy, refined and classy. I understand people have different preferences when it comes to perfume, but it seems the fragrantica community is quite harsh on this one. I'm surprised it's not more well-received. My wife and I love it! Good work Bvlgari.

I love this as a winter scent, and like it even more layered over lilies - it's lovely over Lys Mediteranee or even Calvin Klein Eternity Moment. To me this is soft warm spices and amber supported by jasmine - but the jasmine is underpinning the gently spicy ambery golden tones, not stealing the show. It grows on you and is very different on paper to on skin. I went from hmm, interesting, to I must have it! After only 3 wears. It seems stronger than its flankers and makes an excellent winter scent, with good diffusion even in cold weather. Other perfumes in the same vein include Good Girl by Carolina Herera (not dupes by any means, just have a similar sort of feel)

So here's the thing.. I bought this so my wedding day. After hours of searching.. I decided to bought this. It was somewhat smells very sweet feminine caramely ( even though not a note )But now... I'm in a love hate relationship with this,,, I have to say the longevity is great. i wore this last day and even after a good shower. I can still smell the woodsy notes in me today...Although... only downside is sillage. not that much...Maybe it's the climate. It's currently very hot in here + I have a weird skin... Have to try it again for the night time.... overall... 6/10... Really regret buying this so the wedding cause I wanted a strong fragrance.

As someone here said, the picture of the bottle from here it doesn’t show the beauty of it and actually because of the picture from here I wasn’t even curious to try the fragrance. But luckily the girl from the Shop insisted since I already have so many fragrances and she didn’t know what to show me anymore and she did well because this is one of the most feminine and elegant perfume I smelled lately especially with this craziness with unisex and masculine notes for women or extremely sweet sickening ones ( and I’m also into sweet perfumes, but sometimes is just too much).

This is my favourite scent, ever. The first time I smelled it, it was like coming home. It's the fragrance I've been waiting for my whole life. Warm, golden, buttery. It's so well blended, yet the different elements become noticeable during the dry down. Ylang ylang & raspberry..almost like a mature & sophisticated Britney-type creation. It'll warm you in cold weather & flourish in the warmth of spring & early summer. Too sweet & rich in the heat & humidity of midsummer, though. Perfection at milder temperatures.

Totally agree with comments below mine, especially with coreyflame: for a confident woman who doesn't need to impress more. It smells heavenly, indeed. Goldea had a massive "wow-effect" on me. Amber makes it warm but not heavy, the ylang-ylang makes it sharp in a pleasant way and the musk and patchouli highlight the oriental touch of it. Beautifully designed and combined notes. I would have however imagined a different bottle in shape for such a perfume. A must have purchase.

I tested Goldea yesterday, and it was absolutely fantastic! It sticked to my skin like glue and stayed on to the next day, and I was wondering what ever smelled so good at my shirt :D I'm not good at sorting out the different ingridients, but I noticed the amber, musk, ylang-ylang and raspberry. Also I like the name and color of it, it reminds me of my two late Golden retrievers, so Goldea will fit perfectly in my wardrobe :D

This is a review of the bottle more than the fragrance (I bought this because it is similar to Omnia Golden Citrine). As pretty as the bottle is, I dislike it because it has a tendency to rock or tip over. It could have used a wider base. Regarding the fragrance, the Fragrantica description doesn't mention Tonka, but I'm certain it's there, making a very nice addition to the base notes.

This one is very easy to like. But it is also very generic just like every other sweet floral parfumes. I liked it at first but over the time I grow kinda tired of it. The pros on this one is that upon the sweetness it has some fresh zing to it compare to other sweet scents. Nothing else is special other than that. This can be a no-brainer for fall.

I totally agree with @COSMICSCENTS it's like Vera Wangs Princess! But in a more sophisticated better quality kind of way. Not to take away from Princess as truth be told it's one of my favs but this is a little smoother and a little less sugary. I love it. It's a beautiful easy to wear fragrance and the bottle is to die for.

A very subtle, classy and sophisticated fragrance. However, it reminds me of other fragrances which I have. I love perfumes that have an unforgettable IT factor which separates them from others like them, and sadly this doesn’t have that ‘bang’. But I love it enough to buy it and find a different scent to layer it with.

Very nice perfume. It is sweet but not overly so, elegant and soft. Too bad it has poor sillage edit: as someone said, it has something that reminds me of coco mad, the sweetness and the patch. CM is fresher, thanks to the orange strong accord. So, if you like CM I think you 're going to like Goldea as well.

it's sweet with white floral,yellow floral.. i tried Goldea and it is very different and very powerful juice.warm sweet soft floral but isn't sharp perfume.The flowers in the composition are Lovely! The longevity and sillage isn't good.(moderate). It is a musky scent for cold weather(fall/winter).

Wonderful! I usually dislike all sweet scents, I am not into orientals, but this...! The raspberry opening slowly mingling with ylang ylang and all of the musk in it... I could not stop sniffing. I use it in winter, because the fragrance feels like the shining warmth of the sun.

Oh my! What a delicate soft and feminine fragrance is this!! I tested today and i cant stop thinking of it.. Even though it didnt stay much on me (i'll give another try) i felt like i wore a skin scent but so warm and fresh at the same time... Not sweet but warm fruity fresh!

wow ,This is one of my obssessing fragrances. It is one of the best of Bvlgari, too rich , suficticated , sexy , elegant and a very best choice for the matures. If you are fan of gucci guilty , Armani si , her by narcisso and bvlgari noir , you will love rhis one too.

I’m so sad they discontinued this i ran out of this and I just want another one I love most of the goldea line but this is autumn to rose goldeas spring it’s a warm sensual hug that’s very classy but still delicious and sweet I’m devastated that it’s discontinued.

For me Goldea is a warm sweet floral perfume with a LVEB vibe. The flowers in the composition are all so soft, not sharp at all (like ylang-ylang and orange blossomm sometimes are). I love it, except for the fact that sillage isn't that strong.

sweet, musky, floral fragrance. much closer to lady Million and Versace Eros Femme. i was expecting more and unfortunately it doesn't work. i see this fragrance is for young, sweet and girly people. suitable for daily fragrance.

After the fails with the last fragrances I needed something so revigorating like this. Elegant, distinguished,finally a real feminine fragrance. This is a breath of fresh air between the noxious unisex/male fragrances.

All I can say is that Goldea is absolutely gorgeous, in my opinion. I'm a sucker for a good oriental fragrance. To me this one is just right in terms of strength. It's not at all heavy to my nose.

Sun in a bottle. May not be for people under 30, though. It's creamy and smells soapy and clean. I enjoy this one a lot in spring and summer and get a lot of compliments.

It smells exactly like my tom ford velvet orchid and im loving it. It doesnt last that long like TF on skin but it can last all day if you spray it on clothes.

Oh Yes. I am impressed. To me this is confident, sensual,golden and smiling. Yes to the ylang ylang and the patchouli, musk and papyrus. I will be purchasing.

One of the good perfumes for woman in her 30s and plus. Bright, likeable and feminine. I suppose it is suitable for blind buy.

Too bad it wears off very quickly (few sprays lasted around half an hour on me) because this sweet scent is just wonderful!

Goldea is a beautiful unisex fragrance from where I stand even I would wear this another nice one by Bulgari

This is just beautiful. Spicy, oriental, sweet, grown up, rich, long lasting.

Harsh and strong at the begining but the drydown is just mmmmmmmm. Love it !

Let me tell u guys my story about this perfume... my mom in 2018 { i was 8yo } Bought this fragrance when she was in thailand airport and when she came back she called my aunties and they all came to our house and mommy was wearing this fragrance she just stepped in the living room all of my aunties was shocked from the scent they were smelling in the air { this fragrance has strong sillage and projection and the lasting power is 15 hours or more } before my mom was going to talk abt her trip to thailand one of my aunties asked my mom what she was wearing and she pulled a big smile and left the living room to bring the fragrance when she came back all of my aunties jumped on her to take a photo of this beautiful fragrance and just one week later all of them now have the fragrance and it was a huge trend in our family... however !! This story my mom was telling me 1 year ago and until 2 months ago i was drowning in overthinking i was f curious to try this fragrance I DREAMED ABT THIS FRAGRANCE 9 TIMES i was searching endlessly online every single day for a whole f 5 months I couldn’t try this fragrance cus it was already discontinued so i saw that store selling goldea bvlgari 50ml for 210 Saudi riyal { 55 US Dollar } and i bought it immediately and the fragrance arrived after 3 days and guess what !!! the fragrance is not freaking original !! Yeah guys i got a freaking fake bottle AND I WAS F PISSED the fragrance is somehow close to the original goldea which finally i found it in a store and it was original ... i think... btw the scent opens with a blast of synthetics and plastic with fake citrus hint of raspberry and just off putting synthetic miss... but the drydown...hmmmm the synthetics toned sooo much down I barely smell synthetics and now it’s just similar to flowerbomb v&r ...warm oily ylang and amber but wholaa sweeeeetttttttttt to the level i can smell Actually Noticeable CARAMEL Note pretty noticeable i can smell it so much imagine caramel but not too sweet with amber and warm not Hawaii style ylang the ylang here isn't tropical at all its more on the floral grannys jasmine side but the fragrance all of it smells modern don’t be afraid abt if it will smell old fashioned no this is too modern at the base u can smell a soft patchouli but like there was patchouli here but he died this is what the patchouli smells like and i can get papyrus but a really faint not strong or leathery more like faint moss but i can barely smell in the base after the fragrance settles... this is my story about this fragrance also im really sad about it why such a crowd pleaser scent like goldea get discounted and replaced by a f boring rose goldea which smells like Rose without goldea... im gonna rate this fragrance 10/7 {5 for the scent 2 for the story } ... thank u for reading my story about this fragrance... guys whoever made it to here... u are a f patient human being! ... Now that I have used more than half of my 15 mil bottle of Bvlgari Goldea, I can write a better review for it and I believe it's such a wasted potential. I absolutely love it when first sprayed but after half an hour, it settles down to something "meh" when first sprayed I can smell a flower explosion (mostly ylang ylang but jasmine and orange flower are pretty strong too) and just a slight fruity, citrus undertone but what makes me love it in first half an hour of it's life is the thick, slightly spicy ,ambery, honey-like, golden sweetness. almost like the sweetness I can smell in JPG Scandal and there's this clean,silky musk. it's very sweet in this stage but it's a deep and adult kind of sweetness.feminine and elegant. the opening phase is warm, rich and sunny. a truly golden scent and the floral notes are so opulent and beautiful. Unfortunately things go downhill after that. as time passes the fruity accord leaves the scene and the sweetness calms down. floral notes are still there but now they seem nondescript and bland. all the base notes are fused together to create a clean, soft, slightery powdery,woodsy base(it's more like a musky sandalwood).an hour after spraying, Goldea is just a barely there, generic flowers+musky sandalwood+powder skinscent that lacks any sweetness or warmth. don't get me wrong. it doesn't smell bad but it's too well blended and no note stands out so it feels generic and forgetable. Goldea's drydown feels like a less musky, less interesting version of late drydown(ten hours after spraying) of Narciso Rodriguez for her musc edp intense (they share ylang ylang, jasmine, orange flower, musk and amber) Goldea is a well a very warm and a golden musky-ambery-floral scent.sweet but not gourmand.clean and slightly powdery but not soapy.not too soft or too heavy. sophisticated and mature(I think it suits +30 more than younger agee) but also comfortable and easy to wear. eventhough it's not my style, I can see it can be a signature perfume for others because it can be very versatile. something wearable for office,nights out,date and almost every where,all year round. I would have loved Goldea if the opening phase, stayed the entire wear time but as it is, I can't even call it a like. personally for a warm and sweet, sunny and golden perfume with dominant yellow and some white flowers, I prefer Armani Sun di Gioia

I had a similar reaction to Goldea as delightme5. I fell for the Goldea splash version (the vial designed like a matchstick in a lovely matchbox and sold along with Rose Goldea splash). The patchouli and amber sang on my pulse points. Our chemistry was spot on! I wore the splash for about two months. Then I bought a big bottle after Christmas. New Year’s Day, I sprayed Goldea and became nauseated. Turns out I was coming down with a bad stomach flu. In fairness, every food and fragrance made me sick to my stomach then. Aramis Calligraphy Rose was a REAL scrubber at that time. But I didn’t touch the Goldea bottle again for fifteen months based on my initial reaction to the spray. This month, I sprayed Goldea in a room and the room filled with this fluffy, ambery floral aroma such that I was compelled to spray it on myself. It prompted compliments. But the spray’s drydown feels somehow heavy on me. I’m not sure it’s the patchouli but it is an earthy smell. I wonder if it is the papyrus. I am going to keep giving Goldea another go because there’s so much good going on here. Goldea is a voluptuous, goddesslike, golden fragrance — depending on the application and if your skin loves it. Postscript: To avoid the base notes (patch, musk) sitting too heavy on my skin, I mist the air, wait a sec and walk through. The coconut in the opening is a nice, light touch.

I got a 0.5 oz bottle of Bvlgari goldea as a gift from my lovely friend Initial blast reminded me lady million,not that they smell the same,just the Jasmine,amber concoction with a hint of raspberry is common between them for me,raspberry fades in seconds and I can get a Jasmine-ylang ylang combo in a warm,lush musky,ambery,woodsy base..thanks god I can't detect any patchouli here,just a hint of deep woody notes but the most dominant on my skin is a musky floral(Jasmine-ylangylang) There is a clean and soapy vibe here,not too much and there's also something feminine,elegant and chic This is definitely a mature scent,not girly..and is suitable for +30 years..it's also an autumn scent for me,it's warm for sure but is also soft and not sweet enough for a cold winter This is not my type since I'm a gourmand/oriental lover and jasmine/ylangylang aren't my favorite florals,so I don't think that I'm gonna need a bigger bottle,but I would save my pretty little 15mil bottle for formal events when I want to seem classy,womanly,clean and charming the same time Staying power is more than moderate on my skin Sillage is moderate ❤❤❤

I will start off by saying that I got the smaller 25ml bottle of this and the packaging is a little gem. I've always liked the Omnia series fragrances, but what held me back was the design of the bottles - I never really enjoyed the modern shape and the plastic details. This new Goldea however has a very classic and elegant design for both the bigger and smaller bottles. Now to the fragrance itself. Firstly, I could not believe that vanilla is not listed as one of the notes - I swear I can sense some vanilla in the background. And to me that is nice, because it is a very subtle note which adds that sweetness and saltyness that I mostly enjoy. But what makes this fragrance more enjoyable to me is the balance between the floral and musky notes. It feels very elegant, like a beautiful small but detailed piece of gold jewelry. Yes, there are many similar ones on the market lately - the sweet/sugary/musky/vanilla perfumes, but Goldea in my opinion has the best balance and none of the notes stand out too much, which is why to me this perfume feels balanced and quite classy.

This is pretty however it’s a tad too sweet for my personal tastes. I know many enjoy a sweet scent, and this is really pretty and bright! Sweet scents turn a bit sickening on my chemistry but this is a great fragrance if you don’t have the same problem. I get a clean somewhat soapy scent once the sweetness dies down and then I like it a lot more. The musk isn’t a heavy one, more of a clean white musk. Thanks to the poster who added the picture of the purse sized teardrop bottle. I wasn’t sure what fragrance I had until I saw that! I must’ve purchased a set along the way and forgot what this little one was! I also have the full sized bottle, not sure if I’d reviewed that yet! I’d be curious to see how I reviewed that and if my opinion was the same! I like this, once I get past the top, but it’s not a love.

It is a warm and sweet perfume. Very feminine and inviting. I like the amber notes in the perfume and the raspberry. Everything blends in beautifully rounded with no sharp edges. As the perfume sits longer on the skin the scent becomes even more delightful, turning the beginning note of amber, ylang-ylang and raspberry into sweet but woody and even vanilla-like scent with a hint of musk. It is very very sweet and elegant. However, it is a bit too soft & subtle for me. After spraying it for 30 mins, to be able to sniff the scent I have to put my nose on my skin in order to fully detect it. Recently, I prefer stronger longevity and sillage perfumes. If it can be just a bit stronger with larger sillage, it may actually be one of my favorite perfume.

Trip the light fantastic! I'm wearing this for the first time on a rainy morning at dawn and it works its golden magic like a charm. Delicious atmosphere of orange blossom with zest of bergamot and shiver of raspberry. Its a confection - and its the only one I own - but its golden aura of loveliness suits an antidote to a rainy-day. The musk is a comforting, warm cloud and after 30 minutes there's an unusual melon-like green note which must be papyrus. I like it. Only lasts an hour or so but its a perfectly glorious hour and I'm happy to take its layers of light and stride into my day lit up like a goddess :) Gorgeous bottle! Goldea: genius in simple things I had a sample of this fragrance and I truly enjoyed it (although not enough to purchase a whole bottle - I have other favorites). What I appreciate the most about Goldea is its well-blended nature. Like Chanel No5, Goldea is not willing to reveal its composition and individual ingredients. Everything is tied so close together that it becomes just a holistic scent. To me, it is not overpowering or too sweet, it is refined and elegant rather than carnal and sexy. Such type of fragrances compliment you, not define you. Longevity is average and sillage is very beautiful.

I've read a lot of negatives reviews about this, I respect them and understand in a way but I don't agree with them. This is a warm scent, sweet and uncomplicated, like the rules of the world don't apply to you and you can just live in your own bubble, which is a luxurious thing sometimes. I'm probably the only one not impressed with the bottle because I don't like how rich it is, but the perfume itself is so lovely the design grew on me. This is the kind of perfume that makes you feel good and cozy, it's the kind of perfume someone that doesn't care to impress anyone would wear.

An airy type of soft fragrance. Nice to wear during the day but not nighttime wear as it lacks the performance that an evening fragrance should have. Very soft with the opening musky fruit mix. Overall, it is a very musky, amber jasmine fragrance with a hint of orange blossom coming through in the dry down. I call it airy because it lingers on the skin, and you do catch a whiff of it from time to time, but it isn't cloying or sticky or screechy in anyway it just whispers to you that it's there. Just a good overall fragrance but might be considered too mature for some. 7/10

Opens with light musk, so that's a bit different from every other medium sweet musky floral, but there's not much that stands out here. I question calling it an amber floral. It's cool, not warm, and the spice is minimal. Not a long lasting scent; I've applied it three times in 8 hours and I'm usually a 2 pumps and good for the day type. I was not expecting much from Goldea, i do not know why, but this one is a fat like for me. It is a sweet,strong floral, and yes, it is golden. It is Lady Million ́s older and more elegant sister. About the notes: i get mostly ylang-ylang and amber, but i can also detect the jasmine and the raspberry. Thank god, the patchouli is very shy on this one ( i really don ́t like it) and i don ́t smell much bergamot. The bottle is really pretty but in live it is a bit too much. Longevity and sillage are ok. Note:9/10

Historically there has been something about the packaging and branding of Bvlgari offerings that puts me off. But I recently tried a sample of Goldea and was pleasantly surprised. It’s quite a full on, sweet ylang and patchouli fragrance initially. I love ylang ylang so it was nice enough, but I felt like I’d sniffed this before. The drydown, though! Totally worth the wait. Soft, buttery yellow flowers and smooth amber. Very nicely done and full bottle worthy for Spring and early summer nights, I think.
